Great location. Perfect size for the amount of people advertised for. Working facilities (minus a couple of lighting issues that unfortunately were not able to be resolved during our stay). Essential crockery and mugs/glasses provided. What let this place down was the cleanliness. Despite that, overall this was a fine enough stay. Would return if some time and money was spent on a good deep clean.

Great place to stay if you're looking for basic affordable accommodation close to Swansea city centre. It's not the most luxurious or anything but for a basic place to stay for a few nights it's got everything you need.

Walking distance to the city center. Unfortunately, there was no cleaning and there were dirty towels and stripped beds everywhere. Error in scheduling, happens. Host & Stay resolved this within 3 hours, great! House is ok, but it was all just not. Bit old and unkept. Many things were not clean; oven grates with residues of food, cutlery and glasses not clean, no dishwasher tablets and 2 drops of dish soap. You couldn't sit on the couch (completely sagged). Rusty and partly broken chairs in the garden. Glad we only stayed there for 2 nights. Beds were good and plumbing was clean (but mold in the caulking edges). So sleeping and showering is fine. My request for slightly later check-out to compensate, was only answered hours later with a "I'll see if this is possible". After that, we won't hear back. So direct contact with the host is not good/fast. Of all the accommodations this trip (3 in total), this was the most expensive and unfortunately also the least.
