Could be so much better Curtains too short in bedroom letting light in Bathroom needs ripping out and starting again, torn Lino, rotten skirtings, silicon falling off Kitchen sink blocked, tap drips constantly Tv doesn’t get normal channels Stairwell is filthy (communal) Water in the bottom of the fridge Very run down but could be much better
