This two-bedroom flat is situated in St Johns, just on the outskirts of Worcester city centre. Recently refurbished to a high standard, the flat features a modern bathroom with a shower. It is a self-contained unit with its own lockable door, accessed via a shared hallway. There is one dedicated parking space right outside the flat for convenience.

This property is located in St Johns which is approximately an 8 minute drive and about a 25 minute walk from the city-centre. The city centre has lots to offer. The Olive Branch restaurant is in the town – highly recommended.
If you love Indian food, The Massalla Lounge is lovely!
You are close to all retail shops, House of Fraser, TK Max, Marks and Spencers and Primark.
Worcester nightlife is within a close proximity – Café Cadena, Slug and Lettuce, All Bar One, Sin, Bierkeller and Bushwackers.
Nearby Supermarkets, such as Asda and Sainsbury’s.


Entrance/Accessibility:
In order to access the flat, you will come through a communal hallway to find your flat door. Flat 1 is on the ground floor. This property comes with one allocated parking space.


Kitchen Area:
As you walk into the flat, you are greeted by a cosy living area. The kitchen is just off the living room and is fully equipped for cooking with access to utensils and suitable pots and pans. Additionally, the property has: a fridge/freezer, a microwave, kettle and a toaster.

Living Area:
Settle down for your evening to watch the latest films on Netflix or catch up with everyday life on the smart TV. You will also be able to access Freeview channels through this TV. Relax on your sofa and enjoy your night with those around you.

Bedrooms:
You will find two spacious bedrooms within the flat. One bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a double. All furniture is suited to your needs; hang your clothes or fold them away ready for your next day and sleep well with a comfortable bed. There is also access to a hairdryer and an ironing board.

Bathrooms:
To refresh, there is a stylish bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. We provide towels for your stay, soap and toilet roll.

Good central location.
Clean, tidy with media pictures being accurate.
May have experienced dampness in the past with a few signs of same on a wall or two.
Thankfully there was a clean throw for the coach as it was stained heavily throughout.

Our stay was okay. Nice comfy beds and nice new carpet. It was pretty good value for 2 bedrooms. I hadn’t appreciated how busy the road it is on was and no net curtains or alike so unless the curtains were closed it was like being in a goldfish bowl as people walk past. Lots of stains on the walls and water damage from upstairs. The cups were all dirty and stained, the WIFI details were wrong but did find the right details after finding them on the router.
The front door was slammed repeatedly in the night, right the other side of the wall by the double bed headboard which wakes you up with a shock as it’s quite loud.
So it was acceptable for the money I paid but not quite what I was hoping for really.

We stayed I. The flat whilst visiting our daughter who is at university in Worcester.
The flat was easy to find and there was a lockbox so no problems getting in. There was also off-road parking which is handy as on a main road.
The flat was generally clean and tidy the beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Plenty of towels provided for 4 adults. There was tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided but Sainsbury’s is just down the road.
The flat had good WiFi and a smart TV.
Cooking facilities are ok but we could not get the oven to work or heat up so maybe the thermostat needs replacing. The cooking pans were all very worn/ scratched and no longer non-stick. Only one side of the toaster works . The microwave was in good order as was the kettle. Washing up liquid, tea towel and dish cloth were provided.
Unfortunately we did have to wash the plates and bowls before we used them as they were dirty.
Overall a nice place to stay but a few tweaks needed to make it better.

Really nice and modern spacious apartment, plenty of towels provided and kitchen utensils and really good parking just outside, would highly recommend and definetly stay again
