It is a self-contained unit with its own lockable door, accessed via a shared hallway. There is one dedicated parking space right outside the flat for convenience.

This property is located in St Johns which is approximately an 8 minute drive and about a 25 minute walk from the city-centre. The city centre has lots to offer. The Olive Branch restaurant is in the town – highly recommended.
