Turned out 'Host & Stay' cancelled their contract with Airbnb & so put me up somewhere else the other side of town, after having been put on hold for 30 min stranded with all my luggage & then gave very little time to freshen up & go to work. Shout out to Mark who at least helped put a roof over my head. Their backup 7 Grafton St in the rougher part of town & in some serious need of TLC. 1. No lift, or anyone to meet & had to carry v heavy luggage up x3 floors & immediately rush straight back out for a meeting - all very upsetting. 2. There was no cooker/hobs etc. Had bought food which I had no way of cooking. The ‘kitchen' is very dated. 3. Slow wifi 4. Filthy windows / dirty light fittings 5. The area of town was the opposite direction that I needed to be in all week for work, but felt unsafe & kept hearing people shouting outside throughout the night 6. No gym Still waiting for my complaint to be handled & will amend my review if we can come to an agreement. Thank you.

Great little studio apartment in a lovely location. Close to shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive as well - thank you. I would stay here again - Highly recommend.

My stay here was amazing for the most part: the location was great and within walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go, the studio was extremely clean and had literally everything I needed, the bathroom was quite spacious, and the building was really safe. It also has a really nice and easy to use cinema room. The room is however a little smaller in person than it looks in the images but the bathroom is surprisingly larger than I thought it would be— but overall it’s big enough and I still had good space to move around. The one thing that was a real hinderance to me was the air conditioning; while it’s great that they even have AC (which isn’t very common in the UK), the AC was often too powerful and couldn’t be switched off, which led to the room being quite windy and cold, and would result in me waking up with dry eyes and nose in the mornings. I ended up having to get a humidifier for the room, which helped. But overall, the good definitely outweighed the bad with this place!

Lived here for a month while in between flats and cannot recommend enough. Everything in the studio was in excellent condition. Location amazing, building felt very safe (with a lovely concierge!) and the studio is well stocked with utensils, hoover, washing machine, dishwasher etc. shower pressure is really good.

We recently stayed at this studio apartment in Brighton specifically for Brighton Pride, and it was an excellent choice for our trip. Check-in: To access the building, you’ll need to pick up the keys from a Keynest location which is conveniently open 24 hours and situated just across the street. The host provides detailed instructions via email or Airbnb, so make sure to read them beforehand. Flat: The flat itself is a studio, so it’s not very spacious, but it was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a short-term stay. Fresh towels, coffee, and cutlery were provided. There was also soap available, but you should bring your own shower gel and shampoo. Location: The location is fantastic. Since we were in town for Brighton Pride, we were thrilled to find that the apartment is right on the parade route. It’s the perfect spot if you’re attending events like Brighton Pride or just want a well-situated base to explore the city. We had a wonderful stay.

Amazing location for Brighton, the lanes and beachfront were only a few minutes walk away while the flat itself still felt quiet and private. Very clean and modern facilities, the balcony was a bonus too.
