We had an amazing stay. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and public transport. The host was super responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

The accommodation was very central, right in Hereford shopping area but the accommodation wasn’t great. The entrance was infested with pigeons & their excrement. The cooing went all the time which was disturbing. There was a smell of moisture in the building particularly if the bottom unit at the front was left open. There was no ability to ventilate the unit & it was very hot with no way of cooling. Hugely disappointing after staying in excellent accommodation in other areas. We were however happy with the location & washing facilities.

The room did not match the photos provided—the furniture was mismatched and visibly worn. The bathroom had missing tiles and several poorly patched holes in the walls. Although it appeared to have once been finished to a high standard, it’s clear that the property is no longer maintained at that level. While the location was excellent, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again or recommend it to others.

The big plus is how central this studio flat is in Hereford. River, shops, restaurants, bars, cathedral, theatre, places of interest all so easily walkable, all on the level. The accommodation itself is compact but ideal for an exploring couple, with comfy bed and easy to operate shower. Don't be put off by the shabbiness of the shared outside passage and shared internal stairs: all is fine when you get into the flat itself. The smallish space has been well designed: there are kitchen facilities and a good shower room. There's no on site parking due to the really central position in a mostly pedestrianised area, but pay parking by Hereford football stadium is a shor and easy walk away.

Where do I start , booked the property for 3 weeks , when checking in for the first week they had not sent cleaners to the property before my check in due to a ' scheduling' the property was vandalised and digusting. Had to book a hotel for the first week which they only refunded what it would cost to stay at their property. Had to pay out of my own pocket for a mistake that was not mine. They did offer a diff property but was further away

Hate to give bad reviews but would give this place a 0 star if I could. My friend and I arrived and checked in to find disgusting staining all up the walls by the bed, it seemed recent and looked to be sick, blood or worse. It was crusty on the headboard from this substance and was absolutely vile. We then realised that the rest of the property couldn’t be properly clean if that had been left like that so obviously. It was later in the evening so tried to contact the host to no prevail. I didn’t hear back till after lunch the next day. We obviously didn’t stay as was so disgusting. The place is also dingy and dark and not at all as well finished as the photos make it look. It is unacceptable to be renting a property that is obviously not cleaned properly. I do not trust this place to be rented again.

Parking was an issue for me, i used the layby with my blue badge displayed while i unloaded the car and still got a parking fine. Property was nice and literally in the middle of town, nice and clean and hosts had great communication. I would love to stay again

Dirty pathways leading to door. Cigarette butts, litter, pigeon dropping and feathers on outside pathway. A growing amount of cigarette butts are from the shop workers whose premises backs onto path that leads to the flats .

The immediate surroundings are a little unprepossessing, you enter through a back yard and when I arrived there were people standing smoking outside the front door. The staircase and landings do smell of smoke, but as another review mentioned you cannot smell smoke once inside. The studio is exactly as described, and works well for one person. Bathroom and kitchen both of good quality, though washbasin in the bathroom is a little difficult to use as it is positioned very high - about chest height (I'm 5'7"). The shower worked fine, I didn't have the problems other reviews mentioned, but it isn't particularly hot. The fridge, as another review mentioned, is way too cold and froze everything. I was able to shop each day, but if you wanted to stock up for a few days it would be impossible as everything would be frozen. I would also recommed bringing an eye mask, as there is a window by the bed opposite which is a security light that is on all night. The curtain is a too short to block it.

Just maybe worth being specific that key box is on the gate When it's dark it was difficult to find as gate was unlocked & open!

Perfect location. Watch out as you step into the shower as you might stun your toe ( or that just me being naturally awkward! ). Great heating in the room and bathroom.

A great location in central Hereford. I loved the easy access to shops, eateries, the river and cathedral. The flat is well equipped with everything you might need for an overnight. I’d stay again.

Great location and provided just what we needed for two nights exploring Hereford. The entrance was a bit strange, down an alley and into a courtyard but not a major issue. Bed was definitely a small double!

Was right in the centre of town so close to all the shops, takeaways and pubs. Although it was in the centre of town it was quiet with no disturbance. As stated in the listing there is not car parking but there is loads of car parks within walking distance very close. Car parking is free on the streets from 1800-0800 which is good. Safe area as there is a Police Station in one of the nearby streets. So parking the car in the street at night is no issue as there is the Police Station and cameras. Had everything you would need for cooking your own food. Also a fridge, microwave and kettle. Alan

The location could not be more central and convenient for accessing Hereford. Ideal if you are on foot and if you have a car there is car parking available within 5 mins walk. Flat was in very clean and tidy condition and as shown in the images. kitchen is compact but works - I cooked dinner every night there. I stayed during the spring and the flat was very cosy.

This Airbnb is absolutely delightful! Very cute little studio with brilliant amenities, including an iron and board, hairdryer and a fully functional kitchen - it had everything we needed! The location is amazing, we could get everywhere we needed to in town within 10 minutes which is fantastic. As soon as we had a minor issue guest homes responded in a timely manner and were more than cooperative and helpful - I would recommend this Airbnb VERY highly.

Great location, zero problems with the accommodation. The only slight problem was the distance from the carpark with cases, the street the accommodation is on has automatic bollards,so you can't drive down between 10.30 and 17.30.

The apartment is in a fantastic location with contact-less check-in and checkout and efficient communication from the host. I stayed here for a long weekend of work. My main gripe was with the shower. When I arrived, the shower was off at the fuse. When I eventually discovered this and turned it on, it was fine until my last day, when the fuse tripped mid shower, twice. I later discovered this was a known issue with the shower that they had failed to notify me about at the start. They stated if only I had mentioned this to them they would have told me what to do. Which is not helpful after the fact. However, it turns out I had already tried their "fix" and it didn't work anyway. I would suggest asking them if they have repaired /replaced the shower. The place is well presented and is very characterful with wonky floors, but a nice new bathroom and everything I needed for a few days, including clothes horse and box of tea bags and coffee pods. Netflix is a nice touch. The smoking area is right outside the front door, but when I reached the apartment I couldn't smell the smoke anymore. Overall I had a comfortable stay (except for the shower) and it served its purpose.

The studio is in a very convenient position in the middle of town and the service from Josh at Guest Homes is excellent. This was good as we had a lot of problems - the shower repeatedly broke and their wasn't any dish washing equipment when we arrived. The bed is essentially a camp bed and we had to put the legs back in position as when we arrived one was pointing side ways meaning we slept very badly the first night. The actual house which the room is in is in a very crumby internal courtyard and looks out onto two courtyards, one at the window height where there are lots of bins. We had problems with the fridge freezing all our food, even when we tried different settings, which made a whole load of freshly bought veg inedible - however this might have been our fault. All is all its an adequate base for a walking holiday, when you are getting up early, and spending hardly any time there, but should be about £60 p/n not £100!

The location of this place is fantastic as it is literally in the centre of the city. The only drawback is the parking, as you have to find a car park or street parking. I parked at Merton Meadow and got 24-hour parking for £5.00. There are other car parks nearby, and free parking on the streets after 6:00 p.m. But its worth noting. Hence why I gave the place 4* and not 5*

A very nicely furnished and well located studio in the centre of Hereford. Unfortunatley the off site parking didn't lend itself to the purpose of my stay ( I was on a fishing trip and leaving all my stuff in the car or carring it the apartment was not practical) So I cut the stay short. Josh was very understanding and proffesional dealing with my request and I would certainly recomend this place to stay to anyone wanting quiet comfort in the middle of town.

This is a really well-located flat in the centre of Hereford, but just tucked away enough to avoid noise from outside. It's a really cool-looking studio. Unfortunately the combo of the bed and a loud fridge makes it a problem if you're a light sleeper, but it was mostly fine for me.

Great location, Joshua was extremely responsive to questions. Parking offsite was manageable as well. Great value for a place that has everything you need in the heart of the old town.
