Zentrale Lage, gut angebunden, Hotline freundlich

Informationen fehlten bezüglich der Schlüsselbox, die Hotline war sehr freundlich und bemüht, aber es hat letztlich 3 Stunden gedauert, bis wir in das Apartment rein kamen. Dadurch konnte eine Person das Ticket fürs Theater nicht mehr nutzen. Auch sollte jemand von der Hausverwaltung vorbeikommen, um zu helfen, es ist nie jemand gekommen.
Plastiktischdecke war schmutzig an den Rändern, es fehlte Spülmittel und -Tuch oder -Schwamm. Toilettenpapier nur wenig verfügbar. Im Hinterhof/Garten lag viel Müll.

The property was very clean and had all the facilities we required. Location was great for us. Easy walk to station and local shops.

We have a wonderful time in Guest Home. Close to both Acton Main Line station & North Acton station. Supermarkets are closed.

My experience with Guest Homes has been fantastic! The flat was very clean and had all the amenities listed. When asked to extend our stay, the response time was within the hour each time. I would recommend!

Excellent location and comfortable.

It wasn’t a 100% equipped for a group of our size. We ended up purchasing toilet paper and paper towels. It’s also very small. I wouldn’t recommend it for a group of six. It was a tight squeeze for our family of four.

This property was a good location for public transport and Heathrow. The size of the flat is comfortable.
If you are a light sleeper you may need ear plugs as we had difficulty sleeping due to noise from the upstairs residence. The sound of people talking, walking around and snoring was disruptive, suggesting poor insulation between floors, which made it very hard to get a good night’s sleep during our stay.

Excellent place to stay with family, we had a lovely time. The flat is exactly like shown in pictures, recently renovated ! The Acton main line station was 3 mins walk and there was a Asda express nearby too (3 min) ! I would definitely recommend it to everyone !

I recently hired a flat from Guest Homes and was very disappointed. The property was much smaller than depicted, and there was constant noise from the upstairs neighbours. The initial locker code was incorrect, and the response when I called was rude. The flat was on the first floor with stairs, difficult for my autistic child. Inside, I found dust in the wardrobe. Parking was a major hassle, and there were hidden costs for insurance or fees. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

Comfortable accommodation makes all the difference to the trip. The location is perfect on a quiet street yet close to everything. the apartment was clean and comfortable, with easy check in and check out. helpful host. comfortable beds, we slept very well. easy to reach from Heathrow Airport and to commute around London. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! I was here for work. Fast WiFi speeds. The host was responsive and helpful. The place was easy to find. The apartment was lovely, very clean, and homely. It matching the description and photos perfectly. Checking in and out was a easy. Excellent location in London, peaceful, with lots of amenities close by. Great value for what you get. I'll definitely be staying here again!

Absolutely loved our stay!
Bright, fresh and clean apartment on a quiet street, well maintained.
It had everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. Including a well-equipped kitchen for cooking, very comfortable beds with nice linens, a clean bathroom, shower with hot water, and towels. Clean and fully functional. The apartment has heating.
Convenient location. There are 2 metro stations nearby - Acton Main line Station (purple line is 3 minutes walk) and North Acton Station (red line is 8 minutes walk) from the property. Multiple Bus Stop 4 minutes walk away. Many good supermarkets within a 5 minutes walk. Very easy to commute to and from the apartment. Fast and convenient access to central London and Heathrow airport.
Host was friendly, responsive and provided clear communication especially during checkin and checkout. Apartment is the same as shown in the photos. safe and friendly neighbourhood. Great choice if you are looking to stay in the London area.
