Do not recommend. Upon arrival the airbnb had not been cleaned - floor had not been vacuumed, smelt of cigarettes, kitchen was unclean and bed sheets had not been changed (hairs found all over bedsheets). Contacted hosts and they insisted the place had been cleaned but the cleaners “missed some spots”, they said they would try to rectify the issue by getting the cleaners back but did not hear from them for 24 hours. Decided to find alternative accommodation and they refused to give us a refund and continued to tell us they needed to raise it with their management team. Contacted Airbnb directly and they stepped in and gave us a refund. Very disappointing

the kitchen utensils hanging from the wall were full of grease. The washer drain was broken and the whole house flooded when using it. the house in general is quite dirty and neglected. After paying for the reservation, I received a message asking me to leave a bond or pay €41 for possible damages and that until I do not send me the address of the house. overall negative experience.

- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.

- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
