This apartment is located in the basement of the building and is accessible via stairs. There is no dedicated parking for the apartment, but we recommend using Crown Gate Car Park (Moreton Pl, Worcester WR1 3LZ), which is just a 3-minute walk away. Alternatively, there is on-road parking in a 45-minute bay, which is free between 6pm and 9am.The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for cooking, such as utensils, pots and pans, a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster.
In the living area, unwind after a busy day by watching Netflix or enjoying your favorite shows on the TV. The comfortable sofa provides a cosy spot to relax and enjoy the evening.
The apartment features 1 double bedroom, offering a peaceful retreat for a restful night's sleep.
The luxurious bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink, along with towels, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience.

Very beautiful space, aesthetically pleasing and in a good location near to many shops, restaurants and bars. Unfortunately the bathroom had an odd smell, the sound proofing was poor so we were kept awake until 3am by the flat above playing music, shouting and banging doors. The shower does not drain well unless you remove the filter, the toilet does not drain correctly, the bathroom door lock does not work, the carpet on the stairs was not fitted correctly and completely lifting. Although it made do, I feel like for the amount we paid, there were a lot of inconveniences that we have not experienced in cheaper Airbnb properties.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
