Extremely disappointing experience. The property was not cleaned from the last stay when we arrived at 6.45pm. They then moved us to a different property and suggested it was an "upgrade" but the new property didn't come with a separate cloasable living room and sofa bed (which wasn't ideal for our sleeping arrangements). When we asked for a small compensation for the hassle and the fact it was a cheaper and smaller property, the host rang us to ask us to leave if we're not happy with their "replacement". This was at almost 8.30pm in the evening which was just awful and appealing from the host. On top of that, the house didn’t even have basic amenities like shampoo which was promised in the description. The curtains in one of the bedroom wasn't long enough to cover the windows, letting a lot of light in at 6am in the morning. The replacement property was on a main road with lack of parking too. Overall, poor service and zero attention to guest comfort. Would not recommend.

We were very satisfied with the cottage. A nice cottage, with a very nice kitchen and garden to sit in together. The sliding window that could open completely to the outside was very nice. The rooms were neat and spacious enough.

The house looked just like the pictures and was clean and well laid out. The games kept my 9 year old grandson occupied too. It was perfect for my family of 6.
