We had 2 horrible experiences with Airbnbs in Ipswich previous to this one so this was a godsend in comparison but even still. We got there and the bed sheets were dirty, we tried to message but the replies were slow and unresponsive. Despite this, we were offered no compensation/discount. We drove home and brought our own bedsheets to just solve the problem ourselves, luckily we’re local enough to do so but not ideal when you book an Airbnb. The rug in the living room was also filthy so we rolled it up and put it away. Other than that, it was fine. Flicker in the light was a little annoying but not a dealbreaker. It has great potential but just needs a deep clean in between stays and better maintenance in general. We asked for late checkout, as we thought that’s the least they could do for the bedsheets, but were denied this. Even though we knew it wasn’t booked the following night as they offered it to us the day we arrived at a discount. Did the job though.

The place was okay a convenient, but that’s about it. There was a noticeable smell like gone off milk when we went in the flat. Parking was a nightmare to find, instructions weren’t the clearest. As I say, it was okay. But wouldn’t be staying again.

Great place to stay. It was in the heart of town. Was quite easy to walk to most places. Towels and beddings were provided. Rooms were as described. Only thing we struggled with was we couldn’t access the car park at night when we arrived and the customer service lady wasn’t very helpful. Also, there was no tissue, we had to buy the next morning. Other than that, everything else was great

We were in Ipswich to attend a football match. The stadium was a 5-minute walk and the shopping centre a 3-minute walk. The apartment has a private parking space, very convenient! Our host Charlie responded immediately when we had a question or comment. We will definitely come back.

Positives: Good central location. The pictures on line accurately reflect the rooms. Communication from the agents with queries were prompt. There were comments from previous people about the parking being tight - it is but still very managable and I would not say it caused us any issue. It was a shame you could not access the building from the garage as lugging everything around the outside of the building was not ideal but still very workable. Could do better: The little things make a difference - like both kitchen bins being broken, no bin bags provided, there was a flickering light bulb that was so annoying we relied on the light on above the cooker to light the kitchen. The info for the checkin shared all the codes etc but what was not made clear was that the key safe was by the entrance to the parking and not the front door....and there were 4 of them with no indication of which was for flat 8. For a short stay in the centre of town, we'd book again (and bring bin bags!

Stayed here for 8 weeks while working in Ipswich temporarily. Very central location but quiet. Parking is underground and a little tight but manageable. Great communication when needed from host and stay, and a nice cosy modern flat. Thank you.

Apartment centrally located. Apartment generally clean but pan in oven hadn’t been cleaned and was full of grease. This was sorted the next day but it was unpleasant and should not have occurred. Some dishwasher tablets would have been appreciated, and a saucepan missing a handle, but basically well provided. Lots of hot water and a good amount of space in the flat. WiFi password not provided as advertised (but on bottom of router) and decent WiFi speed. A somewhat noisy area but acceptable in the middle of town.

The flat is really nice, but unfortunately we had an issue with the shower that took a few days to get sorted. That being said, Guest Homes were amazing at responding and always tried their best to resolve our issue. The flat itself needs a little bit of maintenance but still good value for money and would definitely stay again if the few small things are sorted out :)

Nice accomodation, just keep in mind that this is run by an external company so there are more than just the Airbnb fees but overall a pretty decent deal!

The flat was easy to accesss. it was a beautifully modern, clean flat. It had everything that we needed for a restful stay, and was easy walking distance to the town centre, with shops, pubs , restaurants and a night llife .

It was a wonderful place for short stay and worth for money.but there was a problem with washing machine.otherwise definitely all would enjoy the place
