Well equipped pristine barn in a beautiful location! Our host was very welcoming and on hand with extra logs for the fire but let us get on and enjoy without disturbing otherwise - was lovely to meet you! Huge rooms, cosy and well designed, we had everything we needed and additional children’s cutlery and crockery was appreciated! Both our one year old’s enjoyed zipping around the rooms and the bath, but especially the sheep! Only recommendation would be sofa beds when the sofas have seen the end of their days - there’s plenty of space for them and would make a great addition for extra guests or cosying up by the fire. If we visit again hopefully we’ll be able to see the magnificent view without fog!!

Upperley Barn was perfect for a relaxing break away from it all. The living area and bedrooms were very spacious and the views were amazing! The friendly owner met us and showed us around, ensuring we were comfortable etc. He was available if we needed him but was not at all intrusive. It is just a short drive into Bromyard which is a lovely little town with various shops, cafes, pubs, a theatre, a lovely church, and much more to explore. Thank you for a lovely short break.

Honestly, cannot recommend this accommodation enough! Such a beautiful location, surrounded by fields with stunning views. Host was super friendly, accommodating and welcoming ! Property was fully equiped with everything needed, including the condiments which are usually forgotten. Surprisingly bigger than what it looks in pictures with an enclosed area, perfect for dogs🐾Close to multiple National Trust spots and gorgeous walking trails all around. Perfect spot to relax and unwind!

My family and I booked here as we were attending a wedding at Bredenbury Court Barns. The location was perfect and just up the road, which was ideal. The surroundings were beautiful, the addition of the sheep and lambs just outside the house, made the trip for us. The place is lovely, modern and clean. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. If we make another trip down, we will definitely rebook and recommend others to stay here.

Lovely rural barn conversion. Plenty of outside space for our children to run around. Cosy wood burner for chilly evenings. Brian the owner was very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! Would love to visit again

Had a wonderful stay. Such beautiful surroundings. Brian was a total gent and only too willing to help out with anything. The dogs had a ball with all the new sniffs! Just be aware of that if you take your dogs to keep them under control if they're not used to the country. Totally recommend. A+

A lovely home from home stay in a beautiful location. Brian was very welcoming and a genuine nice guy. So peaceful, lots of lovely countryside walks on the doorstep and national trust walks a short drive away. We were already looking at booking again before we’d even left, will definitely be coming back to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Upperley Barn. It's a lovely, bright and airy space with lots of windows to show off the fabulous view. The photos really don't do the place justice. It's big and spacious but also feels very homely and inviting. We had a couple of rainy days but the log burner made us feel lovely and cosy. Thanks so much to Brian for stocking us up with plenty of wood. The barn is very private despite the owner being just next door and looks out over some beautiful countryside. Although there was plenty of garden space for our dogs, Brian allowed us to use his paddock for them to have a good run around. A big bonus for us with two very energetic pooches so thank you so much. We would definitely recommend Upperley Barn to anyone wanting a lovely relaxing stay in a beautiful location and we would love to return ourselves in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at Upperley Barn! The space was incredibly spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The peaceful setting made for a relaxing getaway, and the hosts were welcoming and helpful. We especially appreciated the owners’ support—they checked in on us to make sure our stay was comfortable and even switched on the fireplace for us, which made our stay even cozier. We couldn’t have asked for a better place—highly recommend!

This barn was absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views. Brian was especially lovely and made sure we were well taken care of during our stay. The property itself was the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever been to. You wouldn’t be able to find dust even if you tried to. Thank you ever so much for the lovely stay, we cannot wait to be back!

Peaceful and tranquil with beautiful views! A lovely place to kick back, relax and escape. Our hosts were warm and friendly and even had a lovely fire going when we arrived. I was visiting family in the Bromyard area and booked a 4 night break here. The accommodation and location didn’t disappoint, being about 15 minutes drive from the town and meeting all my expectations and more. Brian greeted us warmly on arrival and nothing was too much trouble. The barn is very spacious with beautiful uninterrupted views across the Herefordshire countryside. The accommodation is well furnished, well equipped and everywhere spotlessly clean. I’m a fan of things looking good but offering practicality and functionality too and those boxes were ticked here. The fully enclosed outdoor space a definite bonus with two dogs in tow and a lovely spot to sit and admire the view and the array of beautiful wildflowers growing out front. Brian kindly offered the use of his paddocks for walking the dogs too, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful rural spot within this lovely part of Herefordshire.

Lovely barn in a quiet location. Easy to find, house was clean and great open space throughout living and bedrooms. Great views across the region and owner was lovely enough to bring extra plastic plates/cups/cutlery once saw we had 2 small children Would highly recommend and can hopefully come back again in the future

Upperly Barn was a fantastic find and beautiful place to stay. Secluded but not too far away from local amenities and attractions. The property itself has been very well finished and fitted well with both my wife and myselfs taste. It had all the household items that you could need for a holiday and had plenty of space inside and out. The host Brian was extremely helpful and made it clear that nothing was too much trouble to make our stay more comfortable if we needed it. My family really enjoyed our stay and would have loved to have stayed longer but if we are ever looking to stay in the area again this would be first choice.

This is the most amazing Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The location is fantastic and you stay close by to the owner who just can’t do enough to help you. We had our dogs and we were allowed to train them in his 4 fields. The barn itself the photos do not do it justice, it is immaculate and very spacious. We will absolutely be returning again for sure. Thank you Brian for everything !! We didn’t want to leave ….

Great visit, the hosts were amazing and sorted out a safety concern for my elderly father very promptly. The views and location were amazing and the table and chairs outside were well placed. Everything inside the property was as described, couldn't fault anything. Would highly recommend.

We loved Upperley Barn and very much enjoyed our stay. It is set in beautiful and peaceful surroundings with amazing views. The owner was there to welcome us and was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking too. The accommodation is very spacious, comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.

Lovely location and surroundings. There’s limited showers (en suite only) so fine if you’re happy to share with the one room. Entrance is pretty hard to find and tricky at night.

We had such a lovely weekend at Upperley barn. The accommodation was so spacious, homey and perfectly well equipped for our weekend away with friends. Our dogs had an amazing time roaming in the front fields! We would come again in a heartbeat. Unfortunately the property was really difficult to find. The instructions took us about 1km from the property.

A fantastic barn conversion in rural Herefordshire. It was exactly what we were wanting after our wedding day. We took our pup with us, and she absolutely loved the amount of room she had to roam. The kitchen was immaculate, and there was a large open plan living room. The bedrooms are both en suite, and the beds comfy too. The owner of the venue was extremely kind, and couldn’t do more to try and help us (but we already had everything we needed!). If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, I couldn’t recommend it more, even more so our dog loved it too!

This is a wonderful location in a stunning barn. It is extremely spacious and very clean and comfortable, and well equipped. The outside terrace is great to enjoy the scenery and a drink. We loved it! Pets are allowed. We met Brian, the host, and he was most helpful. We came for a family meal at the restaurant Native at The Netherwood Estate - this was superb! Lots of nice walks from the property. Highly recommended.

Our visit was sadly for a funeral locally however Brian made the whole experience relaxing and hassle free. He lit fires for us and helped support us with assess for my elderly Dad. The barn is large and well equipped and makes the most of the views across the valley. We will definitely be back for a proper holiday at the barn.

Had a wonderful stay, and will definitely be coming back! The pictures don't really do it justice; the view is spectacular from dawn until dusk, and the living room so bright and airy. A perfect escape from the city with peace and tranquility all around. Plenty of space for kids to play inside or out, and a lovely warm stove to melt in front of in the evening. The host lives not far and is very responsive and helpful; a real change for some of the places you find on Airbnb. Overall 10/10, and looking forward to explore more of the area next time.
