The space

As you enter Bridge Street Residence, you are greeted by an open-plan living area featuring a comfortable sofa bed and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes all the essential cooking utensils and appliances, such as an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, and hob extractor fan with LED lighting. To the right, just past the living room and kitchen, you'll find the downstairs bathroom, which includes a sink and toilet. Upstairs, Bedroom 1 offers a spacious and bright retreat with a king-size bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables, and plenty of natural light. Bedroom 2, located next to the master bedroom, contains a single bed, bedside table, drawers, and a full-length mirror. The main bathroom is situated to the right of both bedrooms and features a bath with a shower over it, a toilet, and a sink. Complimentary soap and toilet roll are provided for your convenience.

There were issues around the cleanliness of the property which were discussed at the time of the stay and the communication around the matter was good. We were woken up by gas service team early on first morning and they conducted a full service on the boiler, this service visit was not communicated prior to the visit. The front bedroom was located on a noisy road. The Shower was faulty but this was addressed at the time of the visit and well communicated.

Had a lovely few weeks here. Pros: * Cosy little home from home * Very good location to the town, golf courses & places to visit for days out. Cons: * Noise from the main road outside is very loud, especially at night, so if you are a light sleeper I would recommend ear plugs. * No broom or hoover, despite having 2 malting dogs with us. Did ask for a hoover and was asked if I would drive an hour round trip to collect one from an Argos…..! I did have an issue whereby the previous occupants had left their dirty washing in the washing machine, I raised this and they were apologetic, so hopefully in future this will also be something the cleaners check. Overall it was a good stay.
