The space
This lovely property offers a private entrance and spacious living accommodations across two floors. All the living areas are located on the ground floor, with three bedrooms on the first floor. Parking for two cars is available to the side of the house.The modern kitchen and dining area are fully equipped for your stay, featuring a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and ample cupboard space. Complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar are provided, along with a dishwasher, cleaning pack, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, and spare bin bags. A dining space within the kitchen allows for enjoyable meals together.
The bright and airy living room offers a comfortable corner sofa, separate armchair, and smart TV with access to streaming services, perfect for relaxing after a day out.
Upstairs, there are three good-sized bedrooms, each furnished with double beds and stylish décor. The master bedroom, located at the rear of the property, includes an en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms, also with double beds, are situated at the back and front of the house.
There is a main family bathroom on the first floor, complete with a bath and overhead shower. Additionally, the master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, and a separate W/C with hand basin is conveniently located on the ground floor.

This property looked promising when booking - photos looked great and description, I booked this property as it was no pets allowed - presuming that no pets enter the property but that was not the case, kids sat on the sofa and with in seconds they were covered in thick white dog hair !!! On further inspection the cushions, sofa, throws, rugs, curtains were covered in hair, reported this immediately as I have two children with pet allergies!!!! They did offer to come and clean (which would of only been hoovering the sofa they said - so me and my husband did it ourselves) the fridge was not clean, the cutlery dirty, cupboards dirty inside, hardly any drinking glasses, outside furniture rotting in the corner so not usable, was extremely disappointed as we were paying £150 a night !!!! Have put in a complaint form host and stay sent but looking back over some reviews it looks like others have had these concerns as well in the past weeks even years so will wait to see what is done.

Cosy modern little stay to chill & enjoy company, great for a weekend getaway. Host was responsive, great communication. Garden could have been looked after as furniture was broken in arrival, made it limited to sit outside in sun. Alot of fly’s in arrival, & throughout the stay, had to buy fly spray to get rid of them. Overall a lovely little location, quirky & full of character.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
