Welcome to our newly renovated 2-bedroom house in the heart of Worcester!

This stylish and comfortable home is perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends looking for a convenient and relaxing place to stay.

Also, popular with those coming to work in Worcester temporarily, stopovers for long journeys and those exploring Worcestershire and the Malvern's.

The space

The house features two spacious double bedrooms. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals, a cosy living room with smart TV, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath and wash hand basin and a small garden.

The house is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with parking, just a short walk from the town centre. You'll be close to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions that Worcester has to offer, including the Worcester Cathedral, the Royal Worcester Museum, Worcester University, Worcestershire Royal Hospital and the Racecourse.

Entrance/accessibility -
There is on street Permit Parking - we require registration sent to us 24 hours before check in.

Kitchen-
This spacious kitchen will have everything you will need during your stay to whip up some culinary magic! Appliances include; Oven, Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Toaster and washing machine. Coffee, tea and Sugar are complementary.
Within the kitchen space there is a dining table with space for 4.

Lounge Area -
The cosy lounge area has a comfy sofa and chairs. There is a smart TV so you can watch your favourite shows still.

Bedrooms -
The first bedroom is situated at the front of the house and has a lovely double bed as well as space for belongings.
The second bedroom is at the back of the house and has a view of the garden and fields behind. There is also a comfy double bed and space for belongings.

Bathroom -
There is one spacious bathroom in the property which is on the first floor and has a Shower, Bath, Toilet and Sink. Towels are provided for your stay.

Outside space -
A lawned garden with a small patio area with table and chairs.

Extras -
Full fibre internet, providing excellent connection for leisure or work meetings. Smart TV channels, The smart TV can stream BBC I-player, ITV Hub and YouTube available on the Smart TV. (No Terrestrial TV) Request full details. We have a “ring” doorbell at the property entrance.

Guest access

Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Other things to note

A digital parking permit can be issued for one car during your stay which provides one roadside parking space.
Please note this is not a dedicated space and space may not always be found directly outside of the property. All of the surrounding streets are permit holder parking so parking can be anywhere in the permit areas.

The property was not clean when we arrived. Stains and debris on all the floors. Dried blood in the bathroom. Food spilled on floor in kitchen. Children’s medicine syringes under the sofa. Stains on the sofa. Kettle broken. Shower door not attached and shower itself coming off the wall. Bad smell. Stains on the sofas. Filthy mop bucket. When we arrived we bought cleaning products to clean ourselves as we were unable to book alternative accommodation. Host and stay very unhelpful and non responsive when asked for cleaning fee and first night back in compensation. Got a parking ticket even after registering car reg. airbnb got involved and responded very quick. Grateful to them. Host and stay extremely unprofessional. Never had an experience like this. Have never been to such a dirty unkempt property. Really disappointed. Host and stay send many emails asking about a damage waiver. Apart from that not much correspondence.

It’s a bit of a shame they seem to outsource their deposit taking process to a group of totalitarian dictators- but otherwise an excellent stay and would recommend!

We had a pleasant stay. The house is cozy and well appointed. The bedding is quality. The only problem is street parking. Provide that procedures with the authorities are validated for parking in good standing.

Star off for every issue. 1. There’s the scam extra damage waiver which I’ve never had to pay before on air b&b. Yes they do mention it in their very long description but it’s right at the very end and I’m sure I’m not the only one that doesn’t read every single word of a description. I think it’s misleading as this extra cost isn’t in the initial calculation when comparing room costs so other places without the fee could miss out as you mistakenly think this one is cheaper. This should be the first thing in the listing if it needs to be there. 2. Broken kettle, not a major issue just meant I had to buy our morning coffee elsewhere but when reporting it they asked for a photo which I sent and you could clearly see it was plugged in and turned on yet they asked if it was turned on? 3. Sharp knob on chest of drawers cut my 3 year olds hand. 4. Stated my registration was on the system but I got a parking ticket ( they paid but still an inconvenience)
