There is a Bathroom at the back of the house, just off the dining room.

Three bedrooms - 3 double beds and very spacious. All have bedside tables, wardrobes, lamps and full length mirrors.
Garden - there is a spacious garden at the back of the house as you walk into the conservatory.
Important: No terrestrial TV channels, There is Netflix, BBC Iplayer, ITV Hub, Amazon and YouTube available on the Smart TV.

- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
