I wanted a nice quiet few days away to celebrate the New Year and my birthday. The location of the apartment was perfect for what I wanted. A route straight up to the hills from the front door, and central to see all that Malvern had to offer. The cosy living area allowed me to have a chilled eve in watching films after an early morning out to catch the sunrise. Come midnight on NYE, the bedroom offered the perfect view to see all the fireworks right across the area. Absolutely perfect - really made my birthday so so special. Thank you for having me 🥰

Great place/location just a few things Tv only worked via netflix, not programmed in due to no internet. Had better air n b for the cost who normally give a welcome pack.

Centrally located, ideal for a couple, easy access to local pubs and restaurants, lovely walks, good communication from host, cleanliness could be better, particularly the bathroom and toilet, check in/check out times could be more flexible.

The shower didn’t work on arrival. I had to fiddle with the main fuse box and Host and Stay didn’t respond . It continually trips the electrics and we were staying for 6 days and they did nothing

Flat has outstanding views from the window, unfortunately that’s where the positives end. Shower is pathetic, heat comes at the expense of pressure. Bed has the worst mattress that I’ve ever experienced, unsure it’s a king either! Moved the sofa a little and uncovered lots of dirt and a woodlouse! Not hosts’ fault, but 25c weather led to us finding alternative accommodation as the flat was an oven by 8am, would have been unbearable by midday. No fan available or offered to move the oppressively warm air. Though responses to inquiries were quick, it did seem the responses were coming from a chat bot (i.e, when mentioning the flat was “like an oven” the reply was “what is wrong with the oven”) and there was no offer to address the temperature in the flat. We let the hosts know we left early and found alternative accommodation, but continued to receive automated messages regarding the stay. No offer for any type of refund or apologies for unlivable conditions.

Beautiful Apartment. The view from the bedroom was beautiful and the location is walking distance from the path to the hills. The only thing missing was some basic cooking ingredients like salt, oil ect. But other than this great clean apartment and very responsive hosts. Great to stay if exploring the town for a few days.

Great location for bars and restaurants. Few minutes reach to walk Worcestershire Beacon. Allocated parking. Awesome views from bedroom.

Fab apartment, looks exactly liked it does in the photos. It is centrally located near shops and cafes. Waitrose is just a few minutes walk away. The TV has no aerial, you have to sign in on app to watch anything, which I’ve never come across in a let before. WiFi details given prior to check-in were incorrect / out of date, fortunately I was able to locate the router and get correct details from that. Overall lovely flat and area, I would definitely stay again.

It is extremely center location, 2 minutes to everything in town, restaurant,cafe, bar, bookstore, theatre, priory. Clean and comfy with stunning views, facility are good and convenient. Perfect for 2 for leisure stay. Will definitely come again.

We had a great time in Malvern. The property was perfectly located to get straight onto the Malvern Hills for some wonderful walks and also right in town for evening meals and drinks.

The apartment was perfect for our stay - particularly the location. Easy access onto The Hills and plenty of places nearby to eat/shop. The apartment was very well equipped- we didn’t cook but there was everything you needed if you wanted to do so. Great parking space too. Communication from booking through to departure excellent.

We spent 4 days either side of New Year for a relaxing break and it was perfect for what we needed. a Amazing views from the bedroom at the back of the property, and out of the font door everything you need on the doorstep, great walks in the Malvern hills, great cafes, pubs and restaurants. Tha flat was clean, modern and had everything needed. would recommend.

Beautiful newly renovated flat with an amazing view from the bedroom. Great layout with a nice big kitchen, comfy bed and TV with Netflix etc. The flat lacked a few homely essentials which I would expect from an Airbnb home away from home, for example there were no draining board, no recycling bin, no cleaning products or extra sponges, tea towels or towels. The shower water pressure wasn’t great and the hot water from the sinks only lasted for a couple of minutes (making it hard to wash up with no washing up bowl). It would’ve been nice to have had these few extra comforts particularly as we were staying for a week. The flat was really clean, felt secure and was within walking distance to all of Malvern’s shops, restaurants and the theatre! It was nicely decorated and spacious and was easy to check in and out with the lock box. We enjoyed our stay here, thank you very much!

Great location and close to all local attractions and amenities. Parking on site is bonus in Malvern and flat was well equipped for a few days away. Lovely views from the bedroom - shame the window was broken and obscured which we totally understood when the gardeners turn up!

We had a very pleasant stay in Malvern. The flat was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with the addition of a stunning view from the beautiful window in the bedroom. We enjoyed being able to explore the wonderful Malvern Hills directly on foot from this property, plus easy access to shops and restaurants.

The apartment is in a perfect position as the walk up the hills starts a few meters from there. Also many independent cafes and restaurants/take aways in walking distance, a supermarket and everything in the centre town. If you are planning to eat in a lot like we did keep in mind that there is no dishwasher and you will need to bring your own condiments, but for the rest the kitchen is well equipped. Parking spot in front of the place is a big bonus, it is on a main road but you can’t hear anything from the bedroom from where you have a stunning view! I would highly recommend it

Great location nice place but the TV is still an issue which is a problem with the dark evenings at this time of year Missed not having a host on site to help so will definitely bear that in mind next time l'm booking somewhere Cleaning charge is a bit extortionate

We had a wonderful couple of days in Great Malvern and this place was a great base from which to explore the area. The host was friendly and responsive and the place clean and as described and photographed - happy to recommend!

Beautifully decorated, spotless flat. Centre of Malvern, close to everything you could need. Highlight was the view over the Severn Valley from the enormous bedroom window (bring binoculars!) and watching the sunrise from the bed.

The apartment was as described. Beautiful views, centrally located & comfortable. We loved the breakfast/lunch venue opposite - Faun - so barely used the well-equipped kitchen.

A great place to stay. Fantastic view from the bedroom window from sunrise to sunset. Some great bars and places for breakfast too! And the Hills are amazing. So close to pubs, restaurants and Malvern Cellar if you want to buy local cider, ale and the likes.

Lovely and clean. Milk sachets tea bags and instant coffee for first arrival (probably sugar as well but I didn't look). Lovely views and windows that could open. Peaceful location. Window in sitting room and bedroom both opened. Back to back with Waitrose down the hill by road or 88 (!) steps. Could have done with instructions on how to get ty programmes we never did sort it out. But got a couple of programmes on Amazon and an episode of MasterChef on iPlayer. Internet was good. Fire/ security panel in hall squeaked and fuse? needs replacing. Excellent location. Plenty of things to do and places to eat. Enjoyed our stay greatly.

Exactly how the apartment was described and what it looked like in the pictures. A lovely, spotless, cosy, comfortable space which is located right in the middle of Malvern so you are able to explore the surroundings with ease. The hosts were lovely and friendly also. Very proactive and really easy to get hold of if you needed anything. I would definitely come back and stay if I were to travel to the area again

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the flat. It had a nice layout, and apart from a couple of glasses in the cupboards it was very clean. We were disappointed to discover that the television was not connected to any aerial which meant we could not watch the news or any terrestrial channels in real time.

Our first visit to the Malvern area and Great Malvern. The flat was in the best possible location for our planned Malvern hills trek. The view from the bedroom is absolutely stunning. The flat met all our expectations and had everything we needed for a short stay. The only downside was that our trip was too short and we can't wait to return!
