The flat is very well furnished and looks recently renovated. However, I would not recommend, especially if you are with small children. It's difficult to access, and the 4 flights of stairs and narrow corridors make it nearly impossible to go out with a child and any type of bag or a pram. The street outside is very sketchy and the chicken shop opposite seems to be a meeting spot for the local junkies. So again, would not recommend if you're with children. The hygiene was questionable, especially the bathroom, dishes, pans, etc were covered in grease and the sink was blocked.
