I was not informed that there was not any parking at the property it was only when we contacted your office we were informed of this, we had to park a walk down the road to be able to find the property and this was limited to 1 hour after we inquired in the leisure centre next door about parking was told under no circumstances to pull up to the property as we would get a £100,00 fine by this time where we had parked was now coming to the end of our hour duration, we then had to move the car and the only option was to park in a side street and cart our luggage to the apartment about ten minutes walk.
Due to the parking problem causing some stress over the weekend and not knowing if our car was going to be safe and undamaged did spoil the stay some what.
This is the first time we have used Booking.com but i will certainly check the parking next time, but feel this should have been pointed out on the booking because i would have looked elsewhere.

A great place to stay for Stourbridge and the surrounding area. Great transport links with a good range of shops in the town and nearby. Some great pubs and eateries nearby.
The property is well maintained - all very fresh - though the shower could do with a deep clean and the designer sink will get your feet wet.
Parking is the only real issue - but this was made clear upfront - and apart from some pay and display car parking, kerb-side parking can be found within walking distance.
Would be more than happy to stay here again.

The accommodation is comfortable and well presented. We needed to be in the centre of Stourbridge so the location is perfect. We came by train and it is just a short walk from the station. The park up the road is lovely and so is Kinver, just 5 km away.Waitrose and Tesco are very close so food shopping couldn't be more convenient. The broadband is very fast - about 30 times faster than the speed I get at home.
Very pleased. We will probably book it for another visit in the future.
No real complaints, but some suggestions and observations:
The link to an online manual for the accommodation didn't work so we couldn't find out how to control the heating temperature. We just had to turn the heaters on and off to suit us because they were stuck at 24-25 C which is a bit warm!
A salad bowl would be nice. (We just used a large saucepan.)
The standard definition Freeview channels picture quality on the TV is awful - make sure you watch the HD channels instead!
If you log into streaming apps for your stay, remember to log out before you leave... Somebody had left Prime logged in. We only watched some free content on it but we could have watched pay-to-view on their account! Oh, and remember to bring your login details for Prime, Netflix etc - I forgot to make a note of mine.
The tap in the shower room is very noisy. I wouldn't be surprised if it could wake someone up even though the bedrooms are some distance away. There isn't a wash basin in the ensuite, which is a bit of an oversight!
There is a small doormat inside the front door. We would have liked a bigger one so we could walk in and close the door behind us and stand on the mat to take our boots off (or put them on before going out). We didn't want to stand on the carpet and get dirt on it.
