Overall disappointed with our stay for two nights. The pictures do not show the true picture of the property and must admit it was left clean as can be…but the property is lacking some refurbishment and can tell it’s not well loved. Communication from the Host & Stay Service was excellent but would not return.

Despite saying there is WiFi, there is none. You can connect to the router, but no WiFi is available. We did contact Air BnB, who contacted the owners, but we got no response. Also, the radiators in one bedroom..beyond the kitchen...are not working. I could not put my 85 year old father in law there.

As others have said it was an unusual layout but it worked for us. It was a short walk to the Severn Valley Railway and close to the town centre. A great place to stay for visiting the locality. Host & Stay were great communicators with very quick responses to our questions.

We had a good stay here. Got what we paid for. Slightly strange layout and there were quite a few ants in the kitchen and in some of the bedrooms. Also no bin bags in the kitchen. But everything was clean and it was nice to have lots of space!

This property met our needs for a family get together with short driving distance to west Midlands safari. When checking in the kitchen and hallway was covered in Ants. Most ceiling also had cob webs and spider. Our youngest foster child is terrified of small bugs therefore we had to clean these after arrival. We were very fortunate that the weather was excellent, we all eat our meals on picnic tables outside as the ants were an issue throughout the stay in the kitchen. All bedrooms and living room were spacious and comfortable. Having 1 shower for 7 guests was time consuming. The electric shower had a water leak coming from inside casing when on that was worrying incase kids had shock. The shower doors leak and floor gets very wet. Shower roof had black mold. Shower and toilets let the property down as they need maintenance or modernising. The boys really enjoyed the large goal and garden. We planned to use the bbq but was dirty and had no utensils.

The house was quite comfortable, particularly the bedrooms, but we were quite disappointed as we did not have wifi the entire 5 nights we stayed. We got no help from the host with this, despite repeated messages, so Airbnb eventually refunded us. The wifi needs to be fixed, and some things (i.e. decorative blankets on the bed) need to be cleaned between guests. Other than that, it was a decent stay.

Great amount of space but awkward layout for two families with young children. Two bedrooms are off the large hallway, the other two - one is through the kitchen and the other is down a corridor near the lounge. Didn't suit us having young children, especially as all the doors are heavy fire doors so for them to alert us in the night or morning meant they had to negotiate the heavy doors and strange layout. Outdoor space was great for the kids, although no gate to keep them from the front, and all the amenities we expected were there. Shower had very poor pressure and sensitive temperature adjustment. Only one shower and no bath. Would suit all adults or older children staying. Had a weird feel, like it was a residential facility at some point. Fine if you're using it as a base to explore the area but wouldn't recommend for young families like us where you spend more time at the property.

We had a lovely stay here, it was perfect for what we needed it for - a gathering of friends to celebrate a 30th birthday. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, with new furniture and carpets. Plates, cups, etc. were provided. It’s an ok location too, with Wyre Forest and Kidderminster Safari Park around 20 minutes away by car. Cleaner arrived promptly as we were checking out so I felt confident it had been professionally cleaned before we arrived.

Lovely stay for our family while at a family wedding, very nice & spacious, plenty of room for the kids to run around. Beds were comfy & house was nice & warm. Bathroom situation could do with an update as sleeps 8 & only 1 shower but 3 toilets, bathrooms were really outdated too but overall was a lovely stay. Thank you

Very nice rooms, kitchen has everything you need. All the bedrooms had enough space and were well laid out, and comfy beds.. The bungalow does have an odd layout which didn't bother us, our kids loved it! The kitchen was a bit cramped for 7 of us, and when people were sitting on the side closest to the window you couldn't get past to make a coffee or use the sink. Was in a great location for what we needed and was clean, warm and had everything we needed. Thank you for a lovely stay

Pros: good amount of space bedrooms are spacious and hallway / lounge area has plenty of room. Beds are comfy as are couches. Big garden if visiting during warmer weather though we didn't use it. Heating when on keeps most of the rooms warm in cold weather - see below. Host responded relatively quickly to questions about heating even though it was late at night. 3 separate toilets. Kitchen has most essential equipment. Cons: only one shower for 8 people and despite previous feedback a year ago it is still old, very poor water pressure and somewhat mouldy. One bedroom heater did not work for our whole stay as the remote assistance from a plumbing provider could not resolve the issue and no further response was had from the host for the last day, perhaps as over a weekend. Very cold in that room. A few more forks would be good as not enough for 8 people, maybe some have gone missing. Other: dish soap and cloth provided with one tea towel. Take own shower gel/soap as none provided.

This Airbnb was super nice and comfortable the place very big for the price and although there were some minor issues the owners were very quick and friendly when responding to solve the problem. I will be definitely coming back.

Perfect stay at this property in Kidderminster, immaculate and really conveniently located. They responded very quickly to an issue with the heating (house was freezing cold and heating would only stay on for an hour). They switched the heating on remotely and kept it set for the duration of the visit. Other than that a superb stay.

Very large property with 4 double bedrooms and off road parking for several vehicles. Very comfy beds and linen overlooking a huge garden. A great location for exploring local attractions such as West Midlands Safari Park and Cadbury’s world. The downsides were a very musty smell in the bathroom and bedroom nearest the lounge. No dishwasher and a shower that was really is not fit for purpose.

A gem of a find, in close proximity to the many nearby attractions. Plenty of space, with four good sized double bedrooms. Added bonus of a fantastic, large garden. Layout of the rooms took some getting used to, and shower could do with a revamp. Thanks for letting us stay.

Extremely well organised but slightly expensive, as we had to pay additional for our verification and a deposit as well. House was perfect and right for 8 people. Only one bath shower was the only difficulty but definitely a great home!!!

The home was really clean with 4 large bedrooms. The garden and drive were really large, and it was convenient for West Midlands safari park and Wyre Forest. The layout is quite strange with one bedroom and toilet off the kitchen,and it only has one shower for 8 people, no bath,3 toilets though. It was great for us for a weekend but might be harder for longer term. We enjoyed our stay.

The house is as it’s described. The location and size suited what we needed. However we were freezing due to the heating not working. This wasn’t ideal when we arrived at 10pm at night with two young children. The communication was instant when we informed guest homes however the heating had a leak and wasn’t working properly. Therefore we had a very cold weekend in the house. I did ask guest from homes to contact me to discuss on check out. However I’ve had no response. So happy to take full payment but not happy to discuss on not delivering on what is expected. The shower also needs attention as very mouldy everywhere. Overall dissatisfied.

Happy with our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and had a big garden for the kids. The host was very quick to respond to enquiries and the house is close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The layout isn’t ideal if you have young children. 2 bedrooms are together by the front door but the other 2 are separated. We did not feel comfortable sleeping so far away from our children or leaving them to sleep alone near the front door (one of these rooms also had patio doors) so we ended up having one child to sleep in the same room as us. The bedrooms have internal locks which is also not ideal with young children. If you’re staying with children be sure to take extra bed linen as the host does not provide spares ready at the house and will charge if you ask for extra. There is a washing machine on site should you want to wash anything yourself but no drier. Also, bring your own tea, coffee and sugar as this isn’t provided despite the ad saying it is.

Great house, brilliant big garden with football goal. Could do with some sort of side gate. Four big bedrooms, each with a double bed. House was spotless and in a easy location for visiting local attractions. 5-10 mins drive from West Midland Safari Park.

Fantastic home, around the corner from Kidderminster train station. 15-20 min walk into town. As a local returning to visit family it was ideal. Bedrooms immaculate, beds super comfy. Nice large garden with football net. We bought a ball and left it for future occupants. Only issue we had was there was no washing machine upon arrival, this was huge for us as we only took one weeks worth of clothes, and planned on doing laundry on arrival and departure. When contacted, Guest homes were amazing and had one installed literally the next morning. That’s fantastic customer service. While it was fine, the bathroom with the shower was old, low water pressure, bit musty and could do with an upgrade. Looks like it’s the last thing needed in this perfect holiday home. Would stay again for sure!

Great large house with big rooms and enough space for a group up to 8. Mainly tastefully decorated with nice furniture but the bathroom feels a tired and in need of an upgrade. Location easy to find and has shops within walking distance. We found a nice walk and a friendly Indian restaurant nearby. Parking great and enough space for 4 possibly 6 cars. On a main road but the traffic did not impact and it was quiet. It was a great place to meet up with friends and relax.
