Unfortunately despite numerous (automatic) messages prior to check in, when I arrived (late at night in the rain) the instructions proved to be seriously poor- had to call them to understand where to park and where to find the key box- both far away from the front door. And then the key box was empty!! Turns out this property was being refurbished but no one had cancelled the booking! To his credit, Luke was amazing and found another location nearby.

Our party of four was comfortable for three nights in the place, the location and amenities suited our needs well. The only downsides were the walls were a little thin and could hear from kitchen into twin room. The shower went cold when the heating went on, and the sugar pot was empty with a residue in it. Other than that will consider again for next time.

Lovely flat in an old house- unfortunately there was a leak under the floor in the kitchen which we kept having to mop but this did not hamper our stay. Beds were comfy and lounge was spacious
