just stayed 2 nights me and my partner. the entrance is off a carpark and looks like the back of a shop. outside was full of litter and dirty. the front door and windows were filthy and could have benefitted from a good wash down. if I wasn't on a budget that would have made me check in somewhere else. the entrance hall and staircase was filthy dirty. with dirty laundry, old pictures and Ornaments strewn around. room 6 is on the 3rd floor. the 'room" itself was ok. clean bedding and equipped kitchen area. 3 out of the 4 pillows needed replacing as they were flat offering no support. the spring mattress definitely needs replacing. some of the springs were prominent which caused a very sleepless night. the bathroom was fine and the shower ok with good hot water. sloping ceiling so not good for my 6ft partner. all in all although the review appears negative, if you want a cheap place to stay it's fine. however a good mattress and pillows are essential and makes for a good break.

- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
