The windows were rotten, massive gaps which flies were coming in from. They need to sack the cleaner it was filthy black hair all on carpet and cobwebs all over the place. Wish I could have my money back worse place I have stayed

The floor was hoovered and surfaces wiped. Very basic clean. And central location.

Wasn’t at all like the pictures! Too small for two people. The walls were awful. Wasn’t like the pictures. The bin was ridiculously too small and stunk the room out because there’s no cover. Plus you have to change it everyday. Kettle kept spilling water everywhere. Needs to be replaced. Was told two different things about changing rooms. One minute there was one available and I had been sent a link and the next minute they were full booked!

Nothing. I had to book another hotel it was that bad. The person I spoke to about it was as helpful as they could be is the only positive thing I can mention. I have requested a refund and the difference I had to pay for the hotel I ended up booking.

This is in relation to Flat 5. A window was smashed, the heater was broken and the walls and windowsill were heavily stained.
And it is really badly signposted. You had to walk across a very dark courtyard to find the street number.

The property was nothing like the photos, we could not stay there due to the high level of damp and no curtain or blind on the hallway glass window so everyone could see inside our room.

The whole building was dripping in old damp marks and was cold.

The flat had not been cleaned and therefore we found pubic hairs on bed sheets and towels, nails on the carpet, poo stains in the toilet and wrappers on the windowsill. We left the room immediately and checked in in a different hotel. It was a horrible experience and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL from both Booking.com and Guest Homes to not provide a refund. I am frankly disheartened.

I complained about my visit to the management company and felt that the staff were polite and professional even if we couldn't reach a resolution.

I left after one night after booking for seven. Felt that the accommodation was nothing like as portrayed on Booking.com. Found that had booked a tiny attic, no chairs, table, cupboard space, wardrobe, or even somewhere to hang up my jacket. Soon after that I got there got a phone call wanting me to be absent from the property next day at 8 am ( on a Saturday) as the maintenance man needed to visit ! Not to worry, I had already gone by then. All I can advise is that if anyone wants to stay there make sure that they are 100% sure what they are booking even if asking extremely basic questions such as is there a table, chair, cupboard, chest of draws, etc in the specific flat concerned.

Tv didn’t work. Cutlery was broken and old. Quite cramped and not suitable if tall. Building in poor repair .lots of steps which were quite steep. the shore surround was off its runners

Not a thing when making initial accommodation request i asked if they could make sure the room was as close to ground floor as possible due to my wife's mobile disabilities I gave them ample notice regarding this received no feedback from them numerous phone calls didn't render any positive news had to wait until the very last moment to gleen all relevant information about room plus entry access only to be told room was on third floor no lift we reluctantly took this accommodation when we arrived the climb up those stairs was a nightmare inadequate bannerstairs definate health and safety hazard when we eventually got to room all amenities crammed into small space room was like a sauna with only the skylight available couldn't really open because of seagulls my point hear is that we weren't given opportunity to abort this accommodation by yourselves ie telling us we're not able to grant your request of having your room close to ground floor giving the reasons I highlighted so in that sense you excepted our booking under false pretence we could only stay the one night because of the problems we encountered we had booked for four nights so we had to make alternative arrangements extremely bad communication and without doubt the worse experience we've ever encountered.

Sneaky extra £25 deposit required after booking, non refundable and paid via a 3rd party site. No curtains, therefore no privacy, and excessive light in the room making sleep near impossible. The room is excruciatingly stuffy as only one small window opens.

After i did finally get to sleep around 1.30am, I was woken up at 4am by a nest of seagulls squawking loudly and incessantly, which persisted until after I had to leave for work in the morning— having not slept nearly all night. This room would have been far more comfortable had a fan and blinds been provided. Am currently in the process of chasing a refund, but the property are avoiding calls by me, and by bookings.com on my behalf. AVOID!

Not an apartment more a bedsit for flat 6 but got charged same rate for the flat 1 which was twice the size

Self catering apartment - not applicable. There were some cutlery dishes plates etc and kitchen equipment. It was very clean inside - the cleaners had done a good job.

Room was barely large enough for one person - too small for two people - little storage space. The ventilation was minimal - why no opening window? Useless if you were using the cooker ( which I didn’t dare to) and probably dangerous - could easily set smoke alarm off. Never used the TV - it was an Altimo - never heard of it, and as far as I could see neither had the authors of the manual.

There was an issue regarding unavailability of the room advertised which was finally sorted after intervention by airbnb.
The place is right at the city centre, about 4 minutes walk from the railway and bus service, which is pretty convenient for travelers. as expected, there are eateries and grocery stores around.
The room itself is well equipped, as in the pictures and was tidy. My stay, however was marred by a strong musty odor [not captured in pictures]. Opening the windows did help though.

Very good location. Couldn't hear traffic. Stocked with essential (cutlery, salt, tea, towels, etc). Very comfy bed. Good layout and a good bit of space

Very squeaky floorboards. You could hear when people entered/exited the building.
The TV remote did not work (the TV had no buttons on), and after 4+ hours of contacting the hosts (including them asking us, if we were aiming the remote at the TV, which is a bit of a stupid question), we were eventually given the opportunity to try a remote control from a different room (which worked straight away). They originally wanted us to go and find a remote controller from a shop (this was 8pm at night), a lot of hassle caused which was an easy fix.
Some parts of the room were very dirty, like the radiator, bathroom window sill (others were good).
Stairs to room were pretty steep (although this wasn't a problem for us)

Our team member stayed in this accommodation whilst attending a training event through business. It was his first night at the property and he was greeted with slugs in the bed and stains over the bed sheets. There was also marks and stains on the walls and we have had to take him from this and book into an alternative accommodation. I will be in touch with booking.com in writing to agree a refund for this stay.

Extremely small, cushions had disgusting what seemed to look like bodily fluids. So many stairs given my mother has a bad back and knee she struggled with all the stairs while we wasn’t expecting as many stairs there was no mention about this, we was given the top floor room aswell. Windows don’t have any curtains or blinds so no privacy, couldn’t even open a window. Bathroom was so small and the ceiling was low we even had trouble standing by the toilet and sink without hitting our heads. Photos are very misleading there were also hairs in the bedding so I’m guessing they weren’t fresh. Walking up to the building itself was unnerving due to groups of youths hanging around out the front of it and all in all just seemed very uncomfortable. Would not recommend!

It’s a lovely little apartment, perfect location close to bars and restaurants.

I was surprised that I had to pay a further £200 security deposit after I’d already paid to book the apartment. This wasn’t made clear before booking. I’ve stayed in much nicer apartments in Worcester that do not require a deposit. This place needs some love and attention I think, the shelf next to the bed was hanging off the wall, the kettle doesn’t work unless you stand there pressing it onto the base, the hot tap barely even trickles when on full and you can’t shower for more than 3 minutes without the fear of the bathroom flooding as the water doesn’t drain properly. I also kept finding long, curly black hair everywhere and I’m blonde, so definitely wasn’t mine. The room is quite cold and I had to have both heaters on most of the time I was there as there is a draft from the windows. It’s a shame because if these things were fixed it would be a really nice place to stay

Could do with a xtra heater in the room with the time of year, had the one set to 30'c and dint really warm apartment enough
, just the time of year. The shower was either red hot or cold no real in-between.and some fuller pillows would of been good.

We booked our stay on the mobile app, and from the images posted, we were led to believe we would be staying in a spacious apartment with nice furnishings and enough space for two. We have realised since checking in that there is only 1 image showing the “apartment” that we were allocated out of approximately 40 images on booking.com, and it is very obvious why.
The apartment has barely any space with the bed crammed into the tiny kitchen area
There is a window into the communal stairwell with no curtains so privacy is non-existent and the room is lit by the lights from the hallway, so it would be very hard to sleep there
There were only two small windows, one a skylight with blinds, the other a window in the kitchen area with no curtains or blinds so light was again an issue
We were dissatisfied with the overall cleanliness of the “apartment”, including the fact that there was a small faecal stain in the toilet, presumably from the previous occupant, and that the walls had lots of smudge marks on them
Additionally, the toilet rolls supplied had been started by a previous guest (it seems very simple to supply new ones)
The roof was incredibly low which meant that it was difficult for my partner to use the toilet while standing, and the bed being pressed so close against the slanted roof meant it would have been impossible for us to use the bed
There was no wardrobe, chest of drawers or bedside cabinet to store clothes or charge electrical devices
As other reviewers on booking.com have expressed, there is no emergency fire exit from the room, or even the building other than the main entrance
Additionally, where its located requires you to travel through a narrow alleyway which felt very unnerving in the dark.

Apartment nice and close to all the shops. Had all the usual facilities, although the remote for the tv was missing. They delivered a new one, but we couldn't set it up.

Entrance is set back from the road with parked cars which was a bit unnerving when returning at night.

I didn’t like the property

The space of this is absurd. The roof is low and the window is covered in Green mould slime. There nothing to store clothes at all so I Had to leave them on the floor or in suit case, because both storage drawers was covered in fresh linen and towels.
Don’t go with the pic they show you won’t get that room. I complaint and I was ignored I had to leave 1 night earlier as I couldn’t stay on that box. The microwave touches your bed. The bedding was not very clean lucky the 2 drawers under the bed for storage for the guest was full of fresh linen so I had to made the bed fresh myself.
Bathroom there’s small shower and no water pressure, the shower is electric or the water goes extremely hot or very cold. Very tiny mirror that I couldn’t use because the ceiling again is Lower so I had to look and bend bit sideways. Requested refund and I got only messages saying sorry nothing else.
The noise of other guest going in and out is so loud and the polish cleaners in the morning don’t make you welcome at all because they are shouting and making noise.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.

Location, was great. Clear guidance on how to find and get into your apartment. The flat was very clean with all essential’s provided. Decor was nice. Along with a comfy bed

Flat was top floor, so was very hot with limited ventilation. Limited space with slanted roof. Not good for tall people. Future recommendations would be to have a fan in the room as heat can be an issue, Especially while cooking. No curtains/blinds on one of the windows

Pretty much everything. The pictures on your site were nothing like the shoe box I was offered. Cosy would be an understatement - that's estate agent talk for a large cupboard. Misleading advertising. I would never have booked the apartment - or should I say bedsit - if I had seen pictures of what I was actually offered. Very poor value for money, avoid at all costs

Loved the central location. The apartment was spotless.
Had everything we needed for our two night stay
Comfortable bed, stylish dining area.
Easy to use oven and hob.
We shall definitely return when visiting Worcester.

Leaving by 10am but not a criticism, just would have liked to stay for longer.

location to train station and shops was great. it was clean and had all the facilities you could need for self catering, apart from a working microwave.. but there was an oven so no worries. checking in and out was easy, and communication with owners was quick.

there’s was a lot of noise outside in the evenings, and there was a lot of stairs to climb which isn’t great if you have a heavy suitcase!
