Quite disappointing. After being switched rooms from what I first requested, I was initially greeted by empty condom wrappers which littered the apartments main entrance, and a broken wardrobe in the hallway half filled with stuff. I was also informed on the day of check in that I needed to leave my key the following day as they had builders attending the property. My overall view is these properties are budget, student flats at best. Passable for a single night but don't recommend on extended business trips. Neighbours were extremely noisy late into the night and the shower wasn't great. This is business run, you'll get better bang for your buck by finding a local, individual run space.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
