The space
Lion Court is a charming property split across three floors, offering spacious and comfortable accommodation for guests. The kitchen and dining area are located on the ground floor, featuring a dining table for six guests and all the appliances necessary for a self-catered stay, including complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar. The living area is on the first floor, where you'll find a large Smart TV and comfortable sofas, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Worcester.The property has three bedrooms: two double rooms and one king-size room. Fresh linen and towels are provided for all guests. One bedroom is located on the first floor, with the other two on the second floor. There are two main bathrooms, each with walk-in showers, as well as an additional WC in the house for added convenience. With its thoughtfully arranged spaces and modern amenities, Lion Court offers a comfortable and convenient base for your stay in Worcester.

One of the best features of this house is the proximity to the centre of the city and the station. Unfortunately there were a number of issues that spoilt our stay: 1. The bed in the 2nd floor front bedroom was extremely hard & uncomfortable to sleep on. 2. We couldn't get the TV in the lounge to work. We messaged the host but the information that came back was next to useless so we gave up. 3. The "house manual" is online - accessed via a QR code displayed in the lounge. The Wifi password was only accessible via the house manual - so we were stuck as we had no mobile internet on arrival - we had to take the QR code outside to be able to access the house manual and then get onto the Wifi. The rest of the house manual is basically useless - how to set the cooker clock but not how to operate the cooker - not great as the markings have worn off. 4. The floors creak when walked on and the doors all have auto closers so they slam shut if you leave them - not great when people are asleep.

Unclear instructions on getting through the gate to the parking area. Kitchen also was a bit dirty and some of the cutlery/ mugs were stained. No washing up liquid of sponges to wash up so would be beneficial if these could be provided. Good location and overall was decent but not amazing.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
