Perfect for 3 of us whilst helping son at uni pack for trip to New Zealand - I’ve never walked to a supermarket so many times in a day for emergency purchases - perfect location for walking into town too - I hope we’ll be allowed back to stay again?!

Excellent central location at a good price, with dedicated parking space. The property was very clean, well presented and ideal for our two night stay with two good sized double bedrooms.
Host & Stay were very helpful with the only wifi related question we had as everything else was very well documented.

Great location, Sainsbury's just opposite with long opening hours, easy to walk to and from the town centre, nearby pubs, snack bars and restaurants.

The accommodation was great- shame about the parking area though... It's the little details that were sometimes missing... No non-slip shower mat, very small ironing board and only one and a bit toilet rolls for 4 adults, 4 nights was insufficient.

Location was very close to pub / eateries / supermarket and fishing tackle shop.

Parking is limited very difficult if you had a large 4 x 4 or s. u. v.

Location close to the centre of Worcester

Very confusing parking situation which could easily be rectified with a small sign stating "parking for Rose Cottage". The current sign is purely one deterring people from parking there.

The position, the fixtures and fittings, the parking or lack of it, there was no-one on site to see and speak to, not enough glasses etc, beds uncomfortable, not enough seats for four people in the lounge area and what was there were very uncomfortable and so on!!!

Well placed in Worcester, although the immediate environment, with an abandoned mattress, was scruffy.

The heating not working, although rapidly resolved, was disheartening. The sofa was uncomfortable and parking very tight.

Smart compact little cottage with everything you need for a short stay.

Bathroom was very small and the heated towel rail was constantly on meant it was like a sauna in the bathroom.

Parking whilst it was available it is shared with two other flats. We had two cars both flats had a car each. There is only space for 3 cars meaning each day we were blocked in and had to wait for the person in the flat (who worked nights) to get out of bed and move his car.

Directions to the property weren't great. My Sat Nav sent me past the property. The booking.com location showed it to be at the other end of the road. The reality is it is in between the indian restaurant and the back of the pub.

Very tidy nice college. Really cosy and had everything we needed.

The parking was a nightmare, no where to park and the other people that parked there weren’t happy at all when we were unpacking so we were to worried to park again in case anything happened to our car.

In the parking area there was always dog poo and in the dark it was hard to avoid!

A nice private space to stay. Quiet and still convenient to get to the city centre. The only problem was the parking. It’s so tight and not easy to get round when other cars are there.

We stayed for 7 days with kids. The flat was modern, clean and cozy and a step away from Sainsbury's. We wished we had booked for longer. It cant get more comfortable than this!

Good location.
Property nice and clean.

Sofa only accommodates 3 people so have to use a kitchen chair. Needs to have an extra soft seat or bigger sofa.

Poorly lit kitchen due to 3 of the 4 spotlights not working. This should have been addressed during cleaning/inspection in advance.

Shower not very good.

Parking is an issue with people who are not staying at the property blocking us in each day meaning we had to try and locate who the owner was of the car blocking us in without any luck. This meant doing literally a 20 point backwards and forwards manoeuvre to get out but meant unable to park there upon return.

Clean & well presented having recently been updated.

Unfortunately the parking let it down.
On our arrival the parking area was already occupied by two cars leaving only one tight parking slot at 90 degrees immediately on the left on entry, a problem if you are driving anything larger than a Fiat 500.
This could be improved if the concrete slab that occupies half of it was removed. It has a vicious edge running length ways which could damage tyres & wheels.
The information provided states that there is allocated parking but no explanation as to which area is actually allocated for the property. If the two cars hadn’t already been there I would have been pushed to work out where I was expected to park and which way round. The ground is rough clippings with no bay demarcation or signage.
Unfortunately the surrounding roads have double yellows so no immediate on street parking whilst Sainsbury’s opposite has a 2 hour limit. In the end I parked half a mile away on Malvern Road overnight.

The cottage itself was pleasant enough, although very simple and without anything complimentary (e.g. shower gel, shampoo) etc.

Hidden extra fees that are charged after booking. I really resented paying £8 for the classic 'admin fee' excuse. A greedy offer to allow a late check out from the notably early 10am was salt in the wound.

As the property is managed by a private company, it all felt very corporate and impersonal. This was never more obvious than when I had to deal with yet another faceless company when providing a £400 (!) security deposit (or an outrageous £35 waiver, clearly designed to squeeze more money out of the financially cautious).

St Johns is a fairly unexciting corner of Worcester (I know, I grew up there), so the location certainly didn't justify the cost. You're a twenty minute walk from the city centre, 15 from the river, and you could get a luxury room at a central hotel for the same cost - they'd probably also give you some shower gel.

Guest Homes are a great host and always on hand for any problems.
We locked ourselves out of the property at 8pm and had to message them in the hope someone could help. Not only did they respond within 5 mins we were back in the property straight away without any problems.

It was very clean, modern and comfortable. The location was good a short walk into Worcester.

Just needed a few extra bit of kitchen equipment, larger cafetiere more crockery etc.
Some small shower gel and shampoos .

We liked the fact it was very up to date with decoration. The beds were comfy, smart tv so we could watch iPlayer, Netflix etc
Ideal location for everything you need, lot of takeaway options on Uber eats.

I was looking forward to a nice bubble bath. Could have been I didn’t read the description properly!
Thermostat was off and the heating come on as and when it was set too rather than what we would have liked it too.
Need privacy stickers on kitchen window, or a blind.

Very lovely little place, big enough for up to 4 people, very nicely decorated and furnished. Location and parking perfect for us as we like a walk, Worcester City centre less than 2 miles away.
Very warm and cozy in the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Plenty of room to cook, eat and relax.

Sadly, certain areas were not clean, we had to buy some decent washing up liquid and re wash all of the cutlery, crockery, glasses, pans and oven trays before using them. There is a very dusty bathroom caddy that doesn't need to be there really, skirting boards were dusty too.
Our mattress was hard and uncomfortable so didn't sleep well which is a shame because bedrooms are a great size and nicely furnished with plenty of storage space.

Is very close to town, there is parking on a gravel although I had a car blocking my entrance and I had to wait to get in!
The house is ok but needs better cleaning in the bathroom and replacing cutlery and cups and glasses
There is good wireless, is a quite location and very close to food shops

Comfy bed and spacious rooms.

Location of premises down a side alley, right next to a pub who had a karaoke night on Saturday. The car park was blocked by a recovery vehicle upon arrival. The car park is very tight and surrounded by rubbish bins. No view apart from a wooden fence. Glasses in the cupboard needed to be cleaned before use along with the chopping board.

Accommodation itself is lovely, new and clean. Kitchen, lounge and bathroom have all the mod cons but the property is in a very odd location.
Situated behind a takeaway more or less in Sainsburys car park! It is also advertised as having parking for 3 cars but this is very confusing as other people use the parking area aswell so it’s not private and if it’s full then I’m not sure where you are supposed to park. It is also a good 20 minute walk into Worcester City Centre.
Property has most amenities and although there is an iron there is no ironing board. Also with all the recent hot weather a fan would have been appreciated.
As I said before it’s lovely accommodation but would stay closer to the city if in Worcester again…..

Modern house with nice entrance hall and pleasant rooms.

We found that the property was comfortable but minimalistic.
The bathroom had absolutely no surface or cupboard to store a washbag or cosmetic products and no hairdryer which is unusual in this day and age.
There were no cleaning products provided, the toaster was full of crumbs and we had to wash the cups.
We had planned to make our own meals as too late getting back from working to go out to eat - but there was little provided in the way of kitchen utensils - useless knives, no garlic crusher, salad bowl, grater and other basic equipment, so lots of empty cupbards! One cereal bowl provided seemed a bit stingy!
Only one lamp working in one of the bedrooms and the wiring looked a little dodgy - minimal storage space.
The apartment was fine otherwise and noise levels quiet considering a pub next door, an Indian restaurant in front and Sainsburys across the road.

Comfortable and clean cottage which was walking distance to the Cathedral and other attractions. Sainsbury’s was across the road which was helpful however it was not specified that the property would be right next door to a pub and basically within an alley way. The pub was quite noisy on Friday night as they have Karaoke night. The alley did not make me feel safe but overall the stay was fairly enjoyable.

Location superb, sainsbury opposite, pub next door, and abundance of eateries only 5 mins away. Town centre about 15-20 mins walk.

only one small gripe...No blinds or curtains on lounge windows.
Only one sofa, so even though sleeps 4, I would say property is suitable for no more than 2 adults.
