Lovely little place. We were spending a week working in the Cathedral, so its proximity was great. As it's city centre it's rather noisy, so perhaps bring earplugs if you want to sleep with the windows open.

really lovely place to stay. you’re right in the centre of town - everything central is within a 5-10 minute walk away. we found the place was really clean and tidy. a little smaller than the wide angles make it look but perfectly liveable for two people. lighting left a little to be desired as 6 out of ~14 bulbs didn’t work in the overhead lighting, but left room for mood lighting at night 😂 bed was comfortable, shower was a nice size and walk in too with a sliding door. we found it to get quite warm at night even with windows open and no heating on but if you can cope with that it’s great. again it is very central and near bars and pubs so outside noise at night is pretty continuous but can’t be helped by hosts. just note if you don’t like background noise overall fantastic stay ! would definitely pick here again if visiting worcester

The apartment could be a great place.The location is perfect for the centre of town. The apartment is very cute and has most things for a short stay, although it is a bit small. No washing machine existed, even though it was incuded in the listing.. We have had to spend an extra £30 to do our washing at a launderette. Everything was dusty, the plates, dishes & glasses etc were sticky and had to be washed before use. Dust & cobwebs on light fixtures, windows were filthy on the inside. No light in the bathroom. The small sink in the bathroom had no hot water. I had to boil a kettle to have a shave. Heaters do not work. Access to the apartment by car is not allowed as the top section of Friars Street is pedestrian only Eventually found that we should approach the flat via Charles Street. After the weeks stay was completed, the maintenance was never achieved. No bulbs replaced, heaters never worked, hot water in bathroom sink never happened. It feels like the apartment is neglected.

I really enjoyed my one month stay here. Everything is highly walkable. lovely pub across the street. Surprisingly the nightlife can get a bit boisterous in the later evenings but good fun to be had. the kitchen is small but has everything you could need. The refrigerator is excellent and keeps one’s bevvies frosty. the bed and linens are comfortable the bathroom is newly remodeled and while a bit small, quite nice. if i were to pick two negatives, the first would be a lack of laundry facilities. There is a laundromat very near by, but it’s £15 a load between wash and dry. ( They did not list laundry services to be fair ) The other is the internet connection ranged from great, to awful, which can be tricky when you’re a remote worker. overall i loved it and yes, i would book again. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there

Great apartment! Very responsive host with instructions and checking in, thank you Guest Homes! Apartment was very central, walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants as well as river walks and cathedral. Perfect for me. However this did mean it is extremely noisy at night, especially the weekend. I was ok with this, as earplugs sorted it out- buy some in advance. Apartment was tidy, light, modern, nicely furnished and has everything you need to make yourself some coffee and cook up a little dinner. There is a strange smell in the apartment, as if the person previous may have been a smoker however once you are inside it’s no longer recognisable. Great heating and warm shower. The only real thing worthy to knock a star off, is that it is £25 extra charge to check out an hour later at 11am, even when there is no one else booked in after. Whereas private rentals/hires it is much cheaper and sometimes even free. Enjoyed my stay! Thank you again

The location was perfect! The apartment is right in the centre, minutes away from shops and grocery stores, though it is a little loud at night, because people are constantly outside right in front of your window. I thought the kitchen could have a little bit more supplies, but it was mostly fine.

I used this location for 5 days as started a new job in the area, was perfect for transport, shops and eateries. Very comfortable bed, and more importantly not overlooed (in the evenings onwards). Highly recommended and will be likely to be booking again.

Our stay was perfect. Very clean apartment, great central location, seamless checking and check out. The apartment is also kitted out with everything you could need appliance wise. I would definitely stay again, my only note would be that there was a notable odd smell (maybe cigarette type smell), but this could have been from previous guests.
