The place was amazing and in a quiet spot very near to local amenities. All I would say is there is a flight of approximately 20 wrought iron steps which can be a little slippery and when you’re trying to get suitcases down it is a bit of a challenge. There’s also no where to pull over and unload so you have to block the road (although it is a very quiet road and no traffic came whilst I was unloading)

I really enjoyed my stay. Very clean and well appointed flat with some real charm and character. Check in was easy, and the location had a number of good pubs and restaurants close by. The bathroom is large and spacious with wonderful water pressure and a massive tub. I really enjoyed the little tv/living room. A very comfortable experience. The pub next door was very quiet during weeknights and only a couple of nights on the weekends did I notice it. Nice, well appointed kitchen too, and love having a washer/dryer in unit. My only complaint was the WiFi speed. It's fine for a single device on Netflix or web-browsing, but if you are a remote worker it can pose a real problem. Download speed ranged from 7-9 Mbps, and upload from 3-5 Mbps. I would definitely stay here again if it were a non working stay.

A modern, spacious apartment with a rare outdoor space. Well-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you could need, and comfortable bed with black out blinds and plenty of home comforts and finishing touches. Only a short walk from the city centre, and accessible to drive from motorways. However, the apartment is very, very noisy in the evening, so be aware of this. It is below a pub that has live bands playing what appears to be most days of the week, and when we stayed this was with the doors open and until around midnight. There is also a cafe directly above with tables positioned in front of the apartment's kitchen, so you don't get much respite in the morning either, although at least this isn't loud music. The cafe also overlooks the yard so you will get noise here and staff going back and forth at times. So whilst a modern, well-equipped space, bookers need to be advised of this - best booked if you're spending most of your time out and about.

A lovely place to stay for a couple, probably not suitable for children because of the access to the basement apartment and because of the neighbouring pub at ground level it could be a bit noisy for children to sleep. Not a problem for us and we enjoyed the music and it didn't go on too late at night. There was a eatery opening directly above (probably just daytime) which we'd love to go to when its open and would stay at this accommodation again.

The apartment was great. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Although it is a basement there was plenty of light due to clever design and glass doors. The patio was lovely but the weather stopped us from using it enough. It was easy to walk in to the main city centre which was busy, vibrant and lots of great restaurants. We had a great time and would recommend.

A basement flat but it has all you need. You can walk to and from town, racecourse, asda, pubs and restaurants easily. Clean and tidy, homely, comfy bed, all mod cons.

Lovely apartment with everything you need in the kitchen. Easy to self check in. And nice and clean. Some free parking at certain times nearby which meant we didn’t pay for any parking. There is a noisy pub above which plays loud live music till late on weekends (may have been worse due to bank holiday weekend) so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

The accommodation is very tastefully renovated and impeccable. Despite being a basement, it is very bright because it has all the glass doors. Very close to downtown and also Gheluvelt Park to take a walk along the beautiful river. Great for visiting Worcester!

Fantastic location for exploring Worcester, apartment has absolutely everything you need to cook meals at home. Or your a few steps away from some lovely restaurants/pubs. Look forward to returning

one of the best airbnb I have ever been to! the host prepared the place considering every single details, the essentials were there for breakfast during our stay, the place super clean and everything worked perfectly. plus the decor it is so nice altogether! another highlight was the communication and availability of our host to respond promptly and help us with the heating as soon as we arrived. highly recommended, thank you! i would only suggest to r umbrellas too, during our stay it was so rainy and that would have been very helpful!

What a fab place you have! It is even bigger than the pictures show, so much space, felt very luxury. Brilliant location. Had everything you needed, even a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Very comforatable bed. Enjoyed sutting on the breakfast bar for food. Would move in right now if i could. Hopefully stay again sometime soon. Thank you.

Absolutely wonderful apartment! Never had a breakfast bar so spent most of my time sat on the comfy stools in the kitchen - I didn’t even utilise the living room, which was immaculate. Super comfy bed. Lovely big bathroom with esperare bath and shower. Plenty of towels. Loads of nice little touches here as well. Dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge, oven, toaster and kettle. Everything is here. The outside area was very nice and would often have coffee and read a book on the patio chairs. The free wifi was easy to connect and had no issues. I couldn’t give the location a full 5 stars due to the noise from the pub above but there’s nothing you can do about that (I wouldn’t recommend if you have small kids with you as the language by the pub’s patrons was ‘fruity’ to say the least!). Overall, a top class place to stay - I didn’t want to leave!

Wonderful apartment! Spotlessly clean, very well equipped, excellent location very close to the Art Museum and the city centre. The host was very responsive and really helpful. We had a great stay and would recommend!
