Once you are discharged, you must have an appointment with a doctor to treat back problems due to poor bed mattresses. The iron in the mattress is stuck in my back while I sleep, causing me great discomfort

Nice place to stay that needs an update here and there. We liked the quiet location and the parking space on the doorstep. The place was clean and sufficient for the purpose. The mattresses of all beds would need to be replaced, as the springs are noticeable. The en-suite bathroom has broken tiles. There is a basic equipment in the kitchen but something like kitchen towels are missing.

We were moving house and required accommodation for a short period whilst the new house was undergoing some decorative work throughout and this Air BnB was located close enough to our new house that when required we could visit quite quickly . Whilst this Aur BnB is showing some evidence of wear and tear we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and I know it is a cliché but it really did feel like a home from home and had a very good vibe. Would have liked a more comfortable sofa but overall we were able to fully unwind and relax from the day to day work we were having to do at the new house.

Our family enjoyed the stay very much! A comfy place as described, the neighborhood is quiet. A minor problem with the smoke alarm beeping once, the host quickly responded and provided helpful advice to solve it. Overall we are satisfied with the experience.

Good location to where we had a wedding, bedrooms nice and lovely clean towels. Front door was slightly sticky and we had a little trouble opening it at times. Locals were very kind and helpful. Would certainly return.

It was a lovely stay with friends for the weekend, exactly as described so we were all very comfortable. Nice rooms, clean bathrooms and access to Amazon Prime was convenient. Only fault was a few spider webs in the kitchen which we presume had gathered since the last time it had been cleaned, but this was minor on the whole. Would definitely recommend.

The property was family friendly and my ground floor bedroom was quiet and away from the occasional playful noises from my grandsons. The 2 double bedrooms on the 2nd floor were nice. The house felt chilly although the first floor was ok. Parking excellent. We had to call the GuestHome chap out as the front door wouldnt close. Something to do with the bar at the bottom of the door..he said it looked like someone had tried to get in at some time. But we had a lovely 3 nights there and my grandsons could play outside in a traffic free zone.

This was our first time using Airbnb and we were so impressed. The house felt so homely and the kids loved it. The rooms were big and really comfortable and the house had some very homely finishing touches. The kitchen was very well equipped and the location was perfect. We were visiting family and were so close to them. The area was very leafy and felt very safe. Entrance to the property was super easy and everything worked like clockwork. We felt so chilled after a long journey and so grateful that we had lots of space to relax in. We didn’t use the garden but it looked like a lovely size and easily accessible. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the house to anyway visiting Worcester. Thank you for such a fabulous base for us to have x

Great property, ideally situated near to the M5. We were attending a family wedding in Birmingham and the location was ideal as a the reception was not far from Worcester. The property was clean and comfortable, with an ideal living area for the six of us. Thank you.

This was a great stay - very comfortable and modern place with plenty of room and a great tv and living room area to socialise in. bedrooms very spacious and comfortable. it is only a short taxi journey into Worcester and this was easy enough to arrange. minor things to improve would be more cooking utensils, pans etc and a better hob, as it was quite difficult to make food that didn't require oven cooking. also the windows make it difficult to air as they only open slightly. but all in all a good stay

First of all the apartment is just like the pictures I saw here on Airbnb, very stylish furnished and chic. Unfortunately, there are a few things I have to criticize. Overall the apartment is just not really clean and rather dirty. 1. On our arrival we had to start the dishwasher, because the cutlery and the tableware were really dirty and filthy. 2. Where there is no carpet in the apartment, the floors are sticky and were obviously not properly cleaned. 3. The dining table and the small table in the living room were, as well as the kitchen worktop, not properly cleaned. There are still the stains of the previous visitors visible. 4. Some of the provided towels also had visible stains on them and locked used. 5. The downstairs bedroom had a staple sticking out of the bed near the floor and one of us hurt themself there. 6. The front door was very hard to open. Later we noticed that the door was kinda warped and was not properly fitting in the door frame anymore. So opening and closing the door was quite the difficult task to accompish, it needs to be repaired. To sum it up, I'm quite dissatisfied with the apartment, as I was expecting it to be clean. I was not expecting to have to clean the apartment myself, especialy given the price I payed. I contacted the landlord and they gave me a small discount. Nonetheless, ich won't be coming back.

Brilliant stay for a couple of nights with the family for a wedding nearby. the bedroom rooms were all lovely and decorated beautifully. Beds were comfortable and nice for all rooms to have access to their own toilet facilities. The living area was perfect for us to sit and eat. Would stay here again if we needed to be in the area again.
