Really good stay. They kept me informed of checks going on the building. Place was clean and good for a stay. Got a bit loud on the weekends because of the bars but it wasn’t much of a disturbance. Really good place close to town and was a very enjoyable 2 weeks here 😊

Good location and value for money but some problems need fixing Have stayed here a number of times . Front street facing flats ( 3,5and7) need double glazing and larger curtains to the bedrooms . Nightclub one block away with constant doof doof until 1230 am Fridays and Saturdays make sleeping impossible. Busy road outside with traffic lights closeby cause loud vehicle noise . As too a late (3am ) Kebab shop next door which for some reason lets customers and staff stand outside jabbering loudly for lengthy periods till early hours . Also street lamp immediately outside which intrudes into bedrooms . Curtains need to be larger to fully cover the windows and heavier blackout material . Bathroom floors and couches now grubby. Pillows like rocks . Cooking ability reasonably good which is a saving grace .

This apartment is well situated for the train, right in the city center, within walking distance of several restaurants, cafes and many city services. The beds and bedding were absolutely amazing and very comfortable. the bathroom was well equipped and the kitchen had everything we needed Furthermore, communication with the host was perfect. They were prompt and accommodating, ensuring our stay was pleasant. We would recommend this airbnb to anyone looking for a convenient, clean and comfortable place to stay in Worcester xx

Place is fantastic and exactly how described/photographed, we unfortunately visited during a classic British heatwave where the buildings aren't suitable to keep you cool. GuestHomes had this sorted with a tower fan ready in the living room without asking and we greatly appreciated this! the flat is fantastic with everything you could ever need. There is slight noise from the city life but that's to be expected and its outside of GuestHomes control. fuck the seagulls!!!!

When I entered the apartment it looked like it was being used by someone else. There was left over food on the table and kitchen surfaces. A used towel on the kitchen floor. Dust on the sofa. All windows were open. The place was filthy. I called for assistance, I was a female travelling alone and wanted assurance no - one else would enter the apartment. I was told that it was booked soley for my use. There were no cleaning products available to clean the kitchen surfaces. As a cleaner was not available I had to go out and purchase products to clean so I could make my evening meal. I was offered alternative accommodation after 8pm but told I needed to drive to the alternative premises - an option I did not feel safe to do whilst travelling alone. A full refund is not being offered on the basis that I should have travelled to the alternative accommodation. Really poor service.

This place was good with good location and home finishing. The house was clean but didn’t appreciate the strands of hair on the bed (I had a newborn with me). Noteworthy; I think previous guests probably smoked in this apartment because the smoke stench that oozes out from this beautiful home was unbearable. It irritates the eyes and nose too. There were no air fresheners which could have helped or shower gel for bathing. Overall, this was a no place to stay and located close to everything you can think of including the bus or train station. I honestly enjoyed the location the most and everything about the apartment except the smell. Something has to be done about it starting with the use of air fresheners.

The place itself was excellent, although we had a problem in that the agent asked us to leave the key in the lockbox during our stay so that one of their staff could collect it and make a copy. We did so and when we returned to the property that evening, the door to the apartment was left unlocked, and it smelled of smoke inside. It was clear that someone had entered the property without our permission, had caused it to smell of smoke, and then left without locking the door. This clearly was not safe for us or our belongings, and when we queried it with the letting agent, they said they would investigate and then didn't come back to us. I'm afraid as a result, I couldn't recommend staying here, as I don't think it's very safe as the agent doesn't manage it responsibly enough.

Clean, comfortable and well presented. Great location and we loved the colour co ordination throughout. Superb kitchen/lounge area and all appliances were in great working order. We can’t wait for our next visit to Worcester!

This apartment in Worcester is a gem! It is not only beautiful and modern but the location is excellent. Close to the train station, the hive (public library) , restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Prior to my arrival I received clear instructions which made the check in really easy. I would definitely recommend guest home.

Good location in the centre of Worcester, lots of coffee shops and restaurants in the area, straightforward/easy to walk about. Parking is not adjacent to the property, but parking is available within a five-minute walk and is relatively cheap £2-4 per day/overnight. Apartments spotlessly clean, the host was super easy to get a hold of and helpful/informative. I would definitely return to this apartment.

great spot. got what you need. couldn't check in on my first day due to problems in property but they were quickly resolved and i was in a different apartment in same location until it was ready. just as good. will stay when I'm home again next.

Good location and nicely decorated. Seem to be a few bits of snagging that need fixing. Cant open freezer, shower not easy to point down, bed not very comfy.

Nice newly refurbished cosy apartment, ideal for 2 people. Centrally located 2nd floor apartment at city center with supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants just a few minutes away by walk. Apartment was neat and clean and tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed and pillows. Useful array of cooking appliances and utensils provided. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and even cooking oil was provided. We were unable to communicate with host initially and we had to go through Airbnb to establish contact. Also the telephone number listed did not work. Thereafter communication was fine via messaging. The freezer door does not open because there was not enough space left between the door and wall skirting. During our 12 night stay in the 1st week of September, the weather was quite warm for 4 days and we really felt the need for a few fans as the nights were quite warm and uncomfortable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this place.
