Had to call police! Parking - no instructions on arrival that the parking space would be marked ‘3 st Stephen’s court’. This is not mentioned in the property address so was a little confusing. Came back from a day out on Saturday to find another car in the parking space so we had to get our child to get out of the car so we could park and we had to encroach on to number 4’s space. Police - resident kicking the entry door at 12am for 20 minutes and being aggressive. Police were called and attended. Toilet doesn’t flush - smaller toilet didn’t flush; fortunately husband was able to make it flush from inside and then we didn’t use it again. Stains on carpet Stifling heat - all windows were closed when we arrived even though it was 28 degrees, no fans, it was impossible to sleep Damp - the whole front of the flat (kitchen and living space smell terrible) Fridge smells rotten, so does the sink- both need a deep clean No cooking trays Not enough cups/plates and 1 fork!

Positives: Great location. Walking distance to the town centre and lots of local pubs, cafes and restaurants to choose from.Easy to find and includes parking. Clean and fresh linen. Negs: The building the apartment is in smells awful, so does the dishwasher, fridge and freezer. No hairdryer. Also I do not recommend going through a secondary third party. Id rather deal with the actual host through Airbnb not another company who have another set of conditions on top of Airbnbs. Beware! I accidentally booked the wrong apartment and emailed them within minutes of booking, they said i could cancel through Airbnb but would not receive a refund. We still stayed there but I shall be super careful in future not to choose these types of "Hosts".

The apartment was in a good location, with spacious rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the shower room was very nice with the heated flooring. Unfortunately, we would have liked some more attention to cleanliness as we had to wash dishes prior to using them due to them being dirty. We would have also appreciated some more attentiveness from the host as a frying pan was missing and this was not resolved or replaced during our 4 night stay, meaning some of the food we had bought for the stay could not be used.

I would love to return, my only gripe is the hidden costs that lurk in the verification process. That should be placed upfront and not hidden behind a verification email.

A perfect place for our family stay in Worcester. Lovely apartment in a great location and the off street parking was a great bonus. Would highly recommend.

We had a pleasant stay in Worcester, the home was reasonably neat and tidy and the easy parking out the back was a bonus. The house was conveniently located and it was easy to access other places in the local and greater area by car. It was nice to be able to walk to the park at the end of the road with our toddler.

Decent place in a nice location. Apartment had it all for a pleasant stay. Fast wifi, smart TV etc. We needed to check out an hour later and the host showed flexibility in satisfying our request.

We had a wonderful stay here. The property was exactly as pictured and the space was very comfortable. The only negative was that we were provided only with hand towels and no bath towels but we still had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend. :)

Used for access to the hospital to visit a relative. Inflexible and unsympathetic with the booking despite a member of my family passing away suddenly, which meant we did not require our booking to be extended. They had almost a week to get another tenant in there, but we were blamed for pulling out of the booking despite plenty of warning on the change in our situation. They encouraged us to book our extra week on a third party site outside Airbnb so they could avoid fees, not to mention the leaky shower and broken dishwasher. I would not use this host ever again.

All as expected. Spacious flat. Attention to cleaning could have been a touch better, but 4/5 :) No hot water on the first night but engineer was there in the morning to fix it.

Comfortable and clean with easy access parking. Main bedroom and bathroom a good size, the second bedroom is a small single but fit for purpose. Good location and walkable distance to town if you wanted to walk.

This was a fantastic apartment. Spotlessly clean, well set out, fantastic soaring ceilings and so lovely and warm. Everything about this booking was exceptional from start to finish. When you arrive there is a brochure which answers any questions you might have, so that you don't need to contact anyone, although any query is very quickly answered. You're perfectly placed for access into or out of the city, close to all the amenities, but it's the apartment itself which was a joy to stay in. The bathroom, with its superb minimal feel and art deco style white tiling, was elevated by the underfloor heating. This will be my go-to booking for an exceptional Worcester city stay!!

Generally well equipped flat reasonably well located for central Worcester with a good kitchen and parking. Ideal for an longer stay for 2 or more people. I would have liked a comfortable relaxing armchair for the lounge to complement the low modern style sofa
