Droitwich Road Dwelling is ideally located close to Worcester City Centre, making it perfect for exploring the shops on the high street and discovering the city's rich history. The apartment is within easy reach of several dining and leisure spots, including the popular restaurant Fuego, just a 6-minute drive away, known for its fantastic pizza. Ounce Bar and Kitchen is also nearby, a 3-minute drive, while the Alma Tavern Pub, just 1 minute away, offers a great spot for a casual drink. For convenience, there is a Co-op supermarket just a minute away on Ombersley Road. Additionally, Gheluvelt Park is a short walk from the property, offering a peaceful green space for relaxation.

The apartment is located on the first floor, up a single flight of stairs, with parking available for one car.

As you enter the apartment, the fully equipped kitchen is to your right, just past the living room. The kitchen includes a hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the essential utensils and pots and pans. You'll also have a tea towel, washing up liquid, and a sponge for your stay.

The living area is a cosy space where you can settle down on the sofa to watch Netflix or catch up with daily life on the TV.

The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, chest of drawers, a dressing table, a full-length mirror, and a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. The second bedroom is a cosy space with a single bed.

The luxurious bathroom includes a large shower, toilet, and sink, with towels, soap, and toilet roll provided for your stay.

Had to call police! Parking - no instructions on arrival that the parking space would be marked ‘3 st Stephen’s court’. This is not mentioned in the property address so was a little confusing. Came back from a day out on Saturday to find another car in the parking space so we had to get our child to get out of the car so we could park and we had to encroach on to number 4’s space. Police - resident kicking the entry door at 12am for 20 minutes and being aggressive. Police were called and attended. Toilet doesn’t flush - smaller toilet didn’t flush; fortunately husband was able to make it flush from inside and then we didn’t use it again. Stains on carpet Stifling heat - all windows were closed when we arrived even though it was 28 degrees, no fans, it was impossible to sleep Damp - the whole front of the flat (kitchen and living space smell terrible) Fridge smells rotten, so does the sink- both need a deep clean No cooking trays Not enough cups/plates and 1 fork!

Positives: Great location. Walking distance to the town centre and lots of local pubs, cafes and restaurants to choose from.Easy to find and includes parking. Clean and fresh linen. Negs: The building the apartment is in smells awful, so does the dishwasher, fridge and freezer. No hairdryer. Also I do not recommend going through a secondary third party. Id rather deal with the actual host through Airbnb not another company who have another set of conditions on top of Airbnbs. Beware! I accidentally booked the wrong apartment and emailed them within minutes of booking, they said i could cancel through Airbnb but would not receive a refund. We still stayed there but I shall be super careful in future not to choose these types of "Hosts".

The apartment was in a good location, with spacious rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the shower room was very nice with the heated flooring. Unfortunately, we would have liked some more attention to cleanliness as we had to wash dishes prior to using them due to them being dirty. We would have also appreciated some more attentiveness from the host as a frying pan was missing and this was not resolved or replaced during our 4 night stay, meaning some of the food we had bought for the stay could not be used.

Great flat, very well kitted out. I was there for 6 weeks! Brilliant location, short walk into the city centre. Would 100% recommend.
