The flat was hard to find down a side alley. Once inside the building it was ok. Be prepared that this flat is directly above a bar which is open all night and very loud. Great location, close to city centre.

The apartment was really dirty and had not been properly cleaned and smelles like cigarette smoke. The couch was full of stains and carpet with cigarette burns, furthermore the kitchen was not duly cleaned. Overall a very negative experience from a cleanliness perspective. The position is ideal as in the center but very noisy at night which is mentioned prior to booking. I have used guest homes in the past with positive experience, but unfortunately this time round it did not live up to expectation.

windows are very old and noise was high specially at night. bathroom has stains and fungus on edges of bath cabin, water tap were not easy to use.

Great little apartment perfect for a couple or solo traveller. Comfy bed and sofa, electric shower and functioning kitchen with washing machine. Great location for shopping and exploring the city. Unfortunately the noise from the bars of a weekend (as stated previously also) is like being out in it. There are also 2 flights of stairs up to the landing then another set down to the entrance of the apartment. I imagine through the week would be quieter as one of the bars is only open at weekends.

Highly not recommended for weekend stays, we could not sleep until 4 am when the bars shut. Even after considering drunk people were very loud in the street which is super close to our windows. The instructions to find the flat where not super clear. It is not wheelchair accessible and to reach flat D you have to go up a flights of stairs and down a flight so good luck if you have suitcases. The apartment itself was clean with good WiFi connection.

For the price this is more or less what I expected. The location is very convenient but also extremely noisy (even on weekdays). If it's not the cars it's trucks unloading, or city vehicles cleaning, or the pub goers, or the MUSIC STORE IMMEDIATELY BELOW, or (my favourite) the hundreds of gulls that seem to have overtaken Worcester. The flat resembles the pictures but is clearly warn down. There is a smell of cigarettes despite a No Smoking sign being present. The flat was moderately well equipped though and was an OK place to do work (with noise cancelling headphones). There are plenty of shops nearby and the locals all seem to be super friendly. All in all, this is a good place for sorry stays.

This was a lovely clean and well presented place to stay. I will say however the noise levels on a weekend are high so if this doesnt bother you then its a cracking place to stay and close to everything we needed.

Nice studio apartment, great and central location. Lively street with nice pubs, bar and nightclub but never a noise problem. Stayed for a week and had a lovely time.

A very noisy weekend stay! If you're planning going clubbing or just out to the pub then stay here, if not avoid at all costs. There is a beer garden next door, a bar opposite and a nightclub that runs until 4am at the weekend and the noise, music and general boisterous atmosphere can be heard clearly in the flat until this point... And then the club goers descend on the street outside and the noise of a good night had by all, expressed through the ejaculation of vomit, breaking glass and the general merriment that goes hand in hand with anhebriation. Not ideal for a family stay especially as one of the windows wouldn't close and was in a fused open position. After one of the worst nights sleep we have ever had (we've slept better on the Kho San Road in Thailand) we thought we'd motivate the kids with a cartoon however as the WiFi was 'down' (non-existant even trying to find it on our phones) the TV wouldn't work... At all. In a bid to make the most I decided to put a wash on. Travelling with 2 children this was one reason why we booked a flat. The mould on top of the washing machine should have dissuaded me from using it, but despite this, I persevered and was rewarded with it leaking water all over the kitchen floor and a batch of half-laundered dripping wet clothes. Again not ideal for a family stay. The communication was poor when we communicated our discord. We refused to stay the second night of our booking and this was refunded but nothing was given in compensation for the ordeal we had endured and it ruined my husbands birthday. The positives are that the flat is reasonably priced, nicely decorated and well furnished (except for the washing machine!).

This experience has made me never want to use Airbnb again. It’s not that the listing was bad, it’s how the situation was handled. Me and my family couldn’t stay in the flat ( which feels as though it’s located in a basement) due to the extremely high temperature. Yes, it was hot in the UK and there’s no AC in most, not ALL places, but this was another level, and very minimal ventilation. We were there not even 30 minutes before having to leave due to our baby overheating. All I wanted was my money back, and they wouldn’t do it for me. After being told to wait by a member of their staff for the Airbnb resolution center response, i waited, when in reality i could have received 4 days more of my “ 1/2 refund” but waited because she told me i would be happy with their response. A literal scam. I booked 21 days in this flat, and received a $600 refund, when it cost me $3k. They refused to give me a full refund, when it wasn’t a safe condition for us. They will respond and try to make it sound like they were nothing but helpful, but that is not the case I’ve had to spend another $3k USD for an alternate accommodation. Just disappointing, and I feel that I have been severely taken advantage of. I’ve learned my lesson.

The location is perfect, the flat was clean and cosy. It is very good value for money. However, we were 3 guests and there were only beddings and towels for two so we had to request extra linen but Joy and Arnie arranged for some to be dropped off on the second day. I really recommend this airbnb!
