Front communal door continually open during night and day. Door purposefully latched to stay open. Very odd. I found people that didn't seem like guests in the corridors late at night. Hosts said they were "very concerned for my safety" but did nothing. Worst air&b experience ever. Other things to bare in mind. No washing machine (details said there is one, needs amending) Very loud next door to pub with karaoke and live bands. Bedsit. Pretty grubby and no hoover to fix it. I ended up buying a dust pan & brush. Main issue was the door, but over all very overpriced for what feels like it should be budget.

The location was great

Getting key from lockbox took forever.
A bag of household rubbish which tipped over during our stay was right outside the door.
The stair carper was filthy,looked like a work site.
Top of the stairs outside our apartment door was a pile of old tvs,mirrors, toaster and various other stuff.
Apartment. wae small but fine.
On entering and leaving the apartment it was embarrassing as people must have thought we were in a slum
Just as well on line there are no photos of entrance to property..

I liked the area and the room.

That the shower was to high the Internet never worked the room wasnt clean and the shower handle was broken

The apartment was well located and easy to get into however the apartment itself although well set out, was untidy. Un-emptied bins with the previous persons rotten food, dust and hair everywhere. I wasn’t expecting the ritz but an expectation of a certain degree of cleanliness. Staff were very friendly on the phone and really helpful.

1 fork other missing cutlery ...cobwebs all over ...shower pipes n sink pipes to bathroom outside continually poured with water when in use...TV aerial kept coming loose no picture couldn't get Internet to work on phone... sofa very uncomfortable ..needed updating and a good clean .the bed was very comfortable though ...

I liked how it was near town and near most things you need..

I didn't like how we couldn't use the freezer especially when it's hot outside..there should be a fan or some sort of cooling equipment as the windows don't do anything.i know you can't help this one the cushions on the sofa and the bed had feathers coming out what was uncomfortable. And there needs to be more information on the property such as where the rubbish bin goes as I was told there wasn't a pin when there was and needed to ask the pub to use there bins. Opening the door was stiff when you try and unlock the door.

Really good location.Quiete.

Maintenance.Agency should react when problems reported.eg plug in the shower room sink stuck so wouldn't drain, not fixed when we left after 2 weeks.Advertised as a 1 bedroom flat but it is a studio.

Location right in town

The room was vey dirty. Was not cleaned prior to us and was never cleaned the period of stay which is 5 days. Smelt cigarettes from stairs to the room. Cold shower. I was told to pay deposit the dirty environment of £200 instead they took £300 to get the refund of £100 back. We have checked out hope collecting deposit won’t be a problem.

Location was great but really poor quality flat with flimsy (hard to open) front door, making me feel unsafe plus really stained on walls, needed a paint and no washing machine, located down an alleyway, not good for a woman. Next to bar so music most nights.
Could do with a cupboard for clothes (only a few plastic hooks). Bathroom was minimal. Towels were old. Bedding was old.
Luckily, I had my own towel. Table placement meant I could not use laptop easily and rug on floor was stained and old.
Felt really ripped off, as I was there a week. I wish I had gone to a hotel by the end. No shampoo and no conditioner. A thimble full of washing up liquid.
I did no cooking as oven was old and stained on the top cooking elements.
I won’t stay there again.

it was a nice little apartment in a good location.

the bed was a little small my husband was not comfortable, we have a 6 ft bed at home . the floors were not clean and the bathroom plug hole also , the toilet could of had some cleaning solution , with the windows being open it was quite noisy from the road . it was ok .

This Apartment is ideally located in the city centre with easy access to amenities such as shops and restaurants. I would thoroughly recommend staying here and using it as a base for exploring Worcester.

An absolutely lovely apartment, the only thing I would like to have omitted was the Cleaning fee, as 30 pound extra was a little much as we only stayed 1 night.
The extractor fan above the stove knocked a bit aswell but that was due to a windy night.
Overall an excellent stay which I would recommend again!

We had the best stay in Worcester, the apartment was lovely, ideal location and wasn’t as noisy as I thought it would be being right next to the pub! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Really brilliant central location. You can be at all the sights in 10 mins. Very comfortable. Feels like a new place as there was a check in mix up, but that was quickly sorted out. The hallway is bleak and that reflects badly on the apartment which is well done. An excellent stay. I had a great time!

I love finding little gems like these, and it’s prime location and standard of apartment were exemplary for the price.
Highly recommended for most people. However, if you’re a light sleep you may struggle with the local night club’s bass, that can be faintly heard into the early hours of a Friday/Saturday evening.

The apartment was super clean and checking in and out really easy- the building the apartment is in is a bit dodgy and the door to the apartment isn't great- once inside the apartment everything is good; clean, tidy, everything you need.
