I liked the location. It is near where I grew up and was familiar to me. Access to the motorway is nearby. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning easy to use and beneficial for my stay.

The table, whilst foldable, barely met my needs. Whilst large enough for my laptop, it was too high if I used the chair and too far away, if using sat on the edge of the bed. The toilet is too close to the basin and as such I had to sit with one leg to the left of the basin support. This made sitting down to use the toilet uncomfortable. The wash basin is too small. When cupping water to wash my face, with the lack of room, the water went everywhere, other than the basin. The toilet door when open actually brushes the bed. The parking spaces are not clearly signed as being specifically for "apartment" use and as such my space was occupied when I returned after a long day. I had to visit the restaurant below my digs to find the occupant.

Room was minute, bed was small and had noisy springs. The shower was good but mould around the bottom. Bathroom is Very small was awkward to sit on toilet with basin in the way. Needs more milk sugar teabags and coffee as was not restocked over long weekend.

The bathroom is a place of hell. Space is so small that you have to sit on the toilet sideways, because half of the space for legs is blocked by the sink. The shower is growing black mold. The ceiling was covered by cobwebs. The window can not be opened for more than 10cm (cca 5inches because it is broken... so I had to find a stick to hold the window open. Air conditioning screen states it is working, reality is like a toddler blowing out a candle, which does not cool the room down even a bit.

Working air con was a bonus during the heatwave. My own car parking space was great. Two pubs very close both offering decent food. Most importantly, right next to bus stop with a regular service to and from Worcester, about a 15 minute journey. So I could leave the car parked.

The Bull pub didn't open until 5 pm but that said. There was another pub just across the road. Room and Bathroom a little on the small side but a comfortable stay was had.

The accommodation was described as a flat, and was nothing of the sort - it was just big enough to bunk down, and not a room in which you could spend any time. A flip up table was provided, but only one chair in a room for two. There wasn't even a waste bin - just a collection of large bin bags. There were plenty of teabags, but only two sachets of milk for a three night stay. The kettle was too big to fit under the tap. The toilet seat and lid were broken. There was nowhere to store clothes. There was a function room on the floor below hosting a noisy party on the first night which meant we couldn't get to sleep.

On arrival the key would not open the door. By chance the young lady cleaner happened to be passing and gave us a replacement key...apparently this happens on a regular basis !
There were several problems with the room as follows :-
Only one bedside cabinet and lamp even though there was a space for a second one.
No waste bin near to the tea making facility
No place to hang towels
No hangers for clothes
No toilet roll holder
The mixer tap in the bathroom is loose on the basin
The only hook which is on the back of the bathroom door is falling off
The bathroom is extremely compact....sitting on the toilet you are overlapping the washbasin !
No hairdryer and no socket close to a socket for a dryer
Why is it called a flat ? A flat usually implies an apartment or at least some space. Instead this is one of the smallest double rooms we have ever stayed in ....an extremely compact and tiny room.
We were under the impression that we were staying as guests of the pub ..The Bull inn . We were surprised to see a scrappy note next to the keysafe telling us not to bother the pub staff as the " flats " were operated completely separately....this in our view was miss sold to us .
Parking was minimal and very tight . If we had pulled in to the designated no.1 space we would not have been able to exit the car !
All in all we were extremely disappointed with our stay and strongly feel that with the so called "flat" and nor having any connection to the pub was a misrepresentation of the listing on Booking.com and should be revised.

The Bull Inn pub and restaurant was amazing . The food and staff were excellent.

We wanted somewhere to sleep close to what we were doing on the weekend which this did perfectly.

The room was clean.

The whole process with Superhog was a shambles, it increased our stay financially. How can anyone justify taking a 'damage waiver' and then not give it back if nothing is broken? Add the cost to the room if you want more.

The room wasn't worth the cost. The bathroom was so small we werent able to sit on the toilet properly....simply unacceptable.

Shower room too small,couldn’t fit kettle under tap,couldn’t have the curtains open due to no net curtains,tv was hit and miss with signal,no internet unless you went in pub,no tea bags sugar or coffee yet there was milk.

It was the perfect location and easy to get in and out of the room utilising a lock box for the key. The bed was comfy.

The bathroom was really cramped and it felt you needed the bathroom door open to use the toilet. The film out table under the TV didn't feel stable and the TV wouldn't work or connect to any WiFi. The noise from the road outside was also very loud from about 5:30am onwards.

paying a lot of money for a very small bedroom and bathroom and being asked to pay an extra twenty five pounds for
a damage insurance after i booked and paid 148 pounds for two nights, this is not acceptable and receiving an email last night to bag all my rubbish to put in bin for the cleaners that is there job i think i should be paid my 25 pounds refund for damage insurance and twenty pounds back because room was not up to the standard as required.

The bedroom part of the room had nice decor and was nice and clean. The bed was comfy, and the most was made out of the room. The folding away table was a clever space-saving addition.

The shower/bathroom was very cramped. I could use the toilet, brush my teeth, and wash my feet in the shower all at the same time.
Having to hang clothes on what, in reality, is just a wall mounted coat hook.
No iron or board is available, even when asking in the pub.

The actual Bull Inn pub staff were brilliant and may me feel welcome rooms comfortable for one or two nights.

The superhog host who arranged verification was awful process I had to pay either £25 non refundable damage up front or pay £5 not refundable for them to approve £250 on credit card in case of any damages. They should include in the room rate dreadful process and won’t book a property again that uses them.

It was cheap, bed was comfy and TV worked fine.

The parking space was taken by vendors of a burger van. The pub next door was loud. The bathroom is poorly installed with no thought for spacing to sit on the toilet you have to turn at an angle because the basin in the way. They should've installed a toilet and basin combined. You have to stretch to switch on the shower as the door blocked the shower valve.

Location in relation to work place very good. Communication was good. Room was very clean. Communal stair and corridor also very clean.

When window was open, it was very noisy due to being on main road, but there was aircon to counteract that and obviously outside noise is beyond anyone's control.
En suite very small - maybe smaller vanity sink would be better as sitting on the loo at an angle is not great!
Having to pay either a £250 refundable deposit or Non-refundable £25 after paying for room. It is mentioned in the literature but this is extortionate. They make extra money either way, in getting an extra £25 immediately, or interest on £250 as it states that will be returned within 3-5 working days after you have left! Shame because I would have used this regularly as I travel from North Yorkshire to Worcester for work and I would expect more than what the accommodation offered for what I actually paid.

The fact there was no welcome pack 3 tea coffee and sugar jars all empty, no shower gel no shampoo. Contacted Guest Homes poor response just told it is room only but there should have been a welcome pack of tea coffee etc; just for the first day, but there wasn't. It is the first time I have stop anywhere and there has been no welcome of any description. I have a very poorly wife and went away for a weeks respite this was a disappointment. At the end of the day less than £5 would supply tea coffee sugar shampoo and shower gel for a week, this is very mean these are expected by most guests just add a tenner to the cost if necessary.

The room was made out nicely, great facilities and a great location. Extended my stay by 1 night. Room had everything needed and nice clean bedding, bathroom etc, with plenty of toilet rolls and unexpected shower gel/shampoo. Only downside was that the pub was shut on Sunday at 4pm and the mattress was hard and had springs poking up through it. I wanted to put the rubbish I had into an outside bin but I couldn't see any that were available so took rubbish home with me to dispose of. I'd definitely stay again but would address the rubbish disposal options

This was a true home from home experience. It was clean, tidy and modern. Lovely shower & air conditioning if needed. Fresh, clean towels provided.

Unfortunately breakfast was not available on my day of departure, but dinner in the Bull was very good and the staff were very "can do". The room was small, but very well equipped - even had Netflix on TV

Overall my stay was what was shown in the add and the shower was very good.

Erm I did sweat a bit in the bed not sure if it was the quilt or under sheet but that was the only thing I could say I didn’t like

The proximity to the M5 is brilliant. A great place to split your journey up. Easy instructions to get the key to get in and such a lovely room. The air con was an absolute bonus as it was nearly 30 degrees outside!

The room is on the small side but fine for one night.

Only stayed the one night but everything I needed was there also food options close by. air con was much needed due to the hot weather so very comfy nights sleep.

As not seeing any one I still haven't had a an invoice / receipt for the stay I have spoken to the accounts and they said it would be sent by email but still not had it. I require this to claim back the costs from the company I work for

Very small. The bed is not double but semi double, I think. Street light is just outside of the window. So even the curtain is blackout, bright lights still comes in.
As an amenity, cleaning kit was provided lol.

The bed was comfortable, the staff in the pub attached pleasant and the parking ample

I should have used google street view - I knew above a pub and that was NOT noisy - the car on the busy road junction meant that you could not have the window open for air because of the noise
outside was a street light level with the room and because there are no blackout blind (or net curtains!) the room was very bright ALL night.
Coffee was literally one sachet per guest per day

Dirty hands prints about the toilet were off putting and the bedroom light flickered and we reported it on exit

Rooms are so expensive now - I really believe that host need to ensure quality for the price
This was not quality it was noisy but functional

The bed was very uncomfortable. The springs were showing through the mattress cover, you could feel them when you were lying down.
The accommodation is described as an apartment. It is not an apartment it has no facilities as you would expect to find in an apartment. It is only a room above a pub with a tiny on suit.
There was tea and coffee but no milk!
The TV was switched off at the plug behind the TV, it was impossible to reach without the aid of a coat hanger!

No private parking as advertised - A food truck was parked across designated bays.
Food truck customers blocked access to the front door of accomodation and took up next door pub parking.
Wifi did not work
Room was very small - couldn’t fit a suitcase in the room.

Very poor communication. Throughout All the communication, it was never mentioned about entry would be gained by the keys being in a lockbox. When I arrived at the property to check in as per all the communication I was taken aback to find out I should have been sent an email with the room number and key code for the key box.
I had to contact the company who initially claimed I had not paid the security deposit, which I had. I eventually gained accès but this was not an acceptable level
Of service particularly as I had left a wedding I was attending to check in. If I had been told that it was a key box entry I would not have had to leave the wedding to check in. Very poor communication and not in my view acceptable and would like a part refund as this meant I had to miss some of the wedding reception. I look forward to hearing back from you regarding this.

It did the job, clean area. I liked how supposedly easily accessible it was.

Communication could have been better, maybe text the lock safe codes as I had to call a guy to let me know what the codes were.
Primary contact number was unreachable, ended up calling someone who's number was on a receipt and I don't think that was what I was meant to do.

Went to the lock safes and used the codes, but only one room key was available, with the second lock safe empty. Went to call the same number but the lady from the pub next door lent me her spare key for the second room.

Very small rooms, but they do the job, £105 per night seems excessive but I appreciate it's private owned and not part of a chain, but even so..for a tiny room that is not an apartment which it is listed as, and with a low touch as we didn't see any staff.
An OK stay, just disappointing about the keys and Communication

The management company. I did not realize I had to put a deposit on top of the booking fee. I was really tired after a 16 hr shift and 3 hrs drive I was expecting to get in my room shower and sleep but was unable to do that as I had to deal with a 50£ deposit when I got there and for the management company to pick up the phone to confirm the receipt of my deposit and send me the code which took over an hour to get sort it. They are not very responsive either had to ring 3 times to get through. Horrible management company but decent room. I would not stay here again which is a shame as the location is perfect in relation to the hospital I worked in. Also my deposit has not been refunded yet 15 days later.

I think the price is a little too much for the space. Very little room. I think the price paid could get you a spacious hotel room with breakfast.
However, the place is very clean, immaculate and modern inside.
