Great location for Worcester and St Johns. Plenty of restaurants and bars in St Johns, if you don't fancy a walk over the bridge into Worcester.
Flat cozy and with easy access. Safe and easy parking right outside.

Very convenient location. Extremely clean and comfortable. The bed has a mattress topper on it and is even more comfortable than last time we stayed The shower is AMAZING. Good kitchen. Heating in both lounge / kitchen area and bedroom.

They use another company called Superhog for protection of the property, which is fine but not apparent on booking. After booking, Superhog gets in touch and you have the option to either pay £25 non- refundable damage waiver, or £250 refundable damage deposit. The second option has a £5 non-refundable admin fee. We think this should have been made clear before booking. This is the only reason for not giving 5 stars. The property itself is excellent.

Used the property numerous times and enjoyed our stays there.
But not this time.

The smell ! Every time we opened the fridge door the smell hit you like a ton of bricks !
The cleaners, lovely ladies, had to come back and clean again.
After being shown photographs of what they walked into we understand why. We do not blame the cleaners.
The sofa was covered in food bits and stains. Not the cleaners fault. They must have spent hours cleaning the fridge.

very clean and comfortable within waking distance if the town. only 1 slight issue is that there are only blinds on the window, no curtains so I would definitely recommend taking an eye mask to sleep in otherwise it's a very early wake up.

The parking was easy and the location was convenient for the city centre

The arrrival instructions were not provided and I had to ask for them.
The blinds in in living room were broken and the blinds in the bedroom were poor and did not stop the light getting in so sleeping was difficult.
There was no bowl or plug in the kitchen sink so it was very difficult to wash up!

Comfy, had all amenities, quiet, near Uni, near Sainsbury’s, warm!

Got to the building at night and could not find the building number (59-61). I think check in at 15:00 and check out at 10:00 is a little unfair :)

We had an incredible time at Worcester ! The location was ideal, the space was spotless and stylish, and Guest home were an exceptional host. From prompt communication to thoughtful extras, every detail exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to return – highly recommend this place.

carpark behind property off road. I liked being on the ground floor. Quiet, didn't see anyone else.
EXCELLENT shower (hot water and shower pressure). Everything seemed clean and new. Good heating.

The mattress was rather soft and a bit lumpy but I slept well. having to pay a £200 deposit in case of damages. Welcoming communication from the owners would have been nice

Location was excellent, so handy for bus stop (5 minute ride) into town (though beware - buses only appear to run up to 7 pm in Worcester!). The apartment was well equipped for a short stay, and very comfortable.

Location of key safe outside was far too low for elderly/infirm guests. My husband simply couldn't have managed it, luckily I am still able-bodied enough to cope. Can't understand the logic of placing it so low down, anyway. If we hadn't been able to manage it, we would have had to enlist the help of someone nearby, and that would have compromised the security, as we would have had to give them the code, defeating the object. Couldn't you relocate it higher?

good parking, nice shower, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen, easy to find and to get into the apartment. Excellent location within easy walking distance of the Cathedral.

The apartment was quite noisy, you could hear the neighbours but it was quiet by eleven and it is not very private, with the blinds open everyone going to and from the carpark could see in the windows.

Basic things provided like tea bags,coffee and milk sachets. Everything was clean and tidy.

The plug got stuck in the sink and we could contact the host. Eventually emailed them but they never did reply. Had to solve the plug ourselves.

Within easy walking distance of the centre of Worcester and even if you didn’t fancy a walk, you could catch the no. 30 bus from nearly outside the flat! Comfortable clean flat with great parking. Felt secure. Some great pubs, such as the Bull Baiters Inn and the Bell. The Himalayan is a fab restaurant to visit too. Would definitely stay there again

The apartment itself was as described, free parking which was perfect and walkable into the city which was great. Overall clean and a nice little place; However, I wouldn’t say it was worth the money and the apartment had a HORRENDOUS stench to it. Quickly realised it was coming from the fridge/freezer (obviously something had been left in there for a very very long time) in the end didn’t put anything in the fridge as couldn’t bare to open it as it was that bad and stunk the whole place out once opened.

all equipment was good bed was comfortable. the Wi-Fi and tv was good a lot of places to stay barely have a tv you can watch let alone Netflix and everything so that was nice surprise a decent tv good for price and what you get compared to other places

the kitchen cupboards had dirty marks over them and it’s very hard to find walked up and down same round for about 20 minutes😂

Nice flat that was well serviced and clean. I raised issue with shower head that hopefully will be remedied for next guests. Professional service received from management hosts, who were friendly and easy to get hold of. Overall really good value for money.

Location was good apartment was very clean.

We booked for 3 adults there was no quilt or pillows for 3rd person, no towel either. We were unable to sit at the table together as only 2 chairs supplied and sofa was small. Apartment was set up for 2 people not 3.

Really central location, though the flat itself was quiet. Nicely decorated and lots of space. Hosts helpful with queries before our stay. Worcester is a historic and interesting city

Slightly challenging to drop off luggage at the apartment because of busy traffic. Parking in a public carpark nearby was fine when we worked out our route.

This apartment is perfectly placed for a stay in Worcester and you can walk into the town and the Cathedral. The space is fine for two people and is warm and comfortable. Free parking is available on site and the apartment is on the ground floor close to parking making easy to drop off all the things you have with you. The bed is comfortable and the shower good and hot. The kitchen has most things you will need but no dishwasher or coffee machine. There is an excellent fish and chip shop within a short walk.
