Ideal place to stay whilst on a course, parking was easy, not far for food. Room was warm and clean. Comfortable bed.

Exactly as described, very clean and well presented. Although on a busy road, didn't notice any adverse noise, slept really well.

Good location and a lovely walk in to the city centre. Very responsive help with the door lock from Guest Homes and the pub landlord. Massively appreciated. Pub very welcoming and had a lovely Sunday breakfast. Highly recommend. Thank you

Visiting relatives close by so worked very well for us. Good local eateries nearby and local buses so could leave the car parked most of the time. Would use again.
