Good stay, our host gave good instructions and communicated well. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. It was a very easy walk to and from the station. A note to be aware of is that it is located on a busy street in Worcester in the evenings. So great for eating out or having a drink but not quiet until quite late. Thanks for hosting. Really appreciate it.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of Worcester by the best pubs and bars, and a couple of minutes' walk to the Cathedral.

O lugar é realmente bom para ficar e perto de tudo, só descer que você já estará em bares e supermercado. Não me incomodei com o barulho do bar que fica a frete(somente fim de semana) porque eu gosto de festa. Único ponto positivo foi que tivemos que esperar por mais de uma hora pelas instruções do chekin e só recebemos porque ligamos para eles. Fora isso, recomendo muito.

well kept, modern apartments with full kitchen, wifi and tv. comfy rooms, set on the high st.
based opposite a bar which plays music quite loud until quite late and then the sound of people in general is loud (out of the hosts hands)
also out of the host hands is the smell of urine that travels back up the pipes in the bathroom from the partygoers outside the night before.
one thing to note- the living room is tilted at quite an angle.

very noisy at weekends as is opposite a number of bars - something I was aware of, so no issue there for me.
A lot of the furnishings are very tired and need replacing.
Overall, it's a comfortable flat that I have used before and will use again.
Owners are quick to respond, although not sure about taking action There was an incident where - I assume - residents of the other flat gaffer taped the front door open.

We had a few issues the first couple of days, that the team solved in a quick and kind way.
As others have pointed out, the apartment is near pubs and you can hear the music, but that wasn't a problem for us. We actually enjoyed it :)
Close to the station, car park (a little over 4 pounds for 24hours), ASDA supermarket.

I like the floor plan and the near by city location.

The first we met when we entered the building 1st floor was a smell of urine. We recommend the land lord to also clean the enter of the building. Also in the bathroom it smells urine, this can be from all the birds in the back yard? Further is the location in a bar street, you must expect loudness until 3 am.

great location in town, walkable to all nearby attractions, however meant nights were noisy as there is a lot of bars on the road. some wear and tear to the house that could be improved but overall good for what we needed.

The heating worked and the property was well insulated. Host & Stay were responsive and helpful for all the issues we had. Good central location for the stations.

Shower was broken - any hot water came only a trickle. Owner claimed it was due to water pressure but it did not work like normal electric showers. Beds were uncomfortable. Floors were wonky in the living area. Front door very tricky and stiff. Location looks nice but actually we had issues with teenagers on the street outside in the middle of the night clearly high on drugs. We checked out early to move to Premier Inn because we couldn't stand staying there any longer.

Comfy beds ,nice and warm ,great location for us.handy to everything.lovely shower .lovely kitchen and bathroom.good facilities.

To be fair we were warned about noise of nightclubs close by but it was horrific.far worse than we thought.
furniture needs upgrading.
It had a terrible smell.not nice .its in a very old building.
Will look further nxt time.😢

A little grotty and smelly but in fairness could be adjacent pipes rather than property itself, very noisy above nightclubs (although was noted) impossible to find and key box not numbered,

The property is in a nice social area and in the middle of the town.

The front room is slightly slanted but it makes no difference to the stay!

We had a lovely stay. A few things to be aware of are the stair up to the flat, my mother struggled but alright for younger people. The flat is opposite a lovely bar but it can be noisy so dont book if that is going to be a problem for you. It wasn't a problem for us. All in all a good time in a good location.

Great location, property had everything we needed and the price was good.

It needs a bit more attention to cleaning, floors were gritty on arrival, bathroom needs a deep clean and then maintenance. Tables in the living room need repair : replacement.

We stayed at this place for 10 days during a family trip and appreciated how close everything is (grocery stores, shopping centers, pubs, and restaurant) since it’s located in the city center. The convenience was especially great for us as vacationers, and we liked that there was a pub right in front of the property. The place was neat and tidy, and the hosts were accommodating. If I were to point out a minor drawback, it would be the limited wardrobe space, other than that it is overall a great place to stay especially if you’re looking to explore the city.

The apartment is located above a pub and across the road from bars. This is great if you’re using those amenities but not so great if you plan on sleeping before 2am.
Not everything within the apartment was working upon arrival and the floor in the living room is extremely uneven.
That said it is quick to get anywhere in Worcester from here and it did the job as a city centre flat for a few nights.

Unfortunately, we didn't end up staying at this unit. I'm grateful to Guest Homes for their understanding and ability to promptly respond to concerns. Airbnb was also very helpful. I have confidence in the Airbnb system and will continue to use their services.

Really central to Worcester and near all the bars, shops and restaurants. The apartment is large and clean with lovely fresh towels and very comfortable bed

It was Friday and Saturday night so very noisy but if you take ear plugs it will be fine. Its location is really hard to beat as everything is around you - you need to pay to park but the car park is really near

Stayed here for a girls trip with friends. Was just what we needed, and GuestHomes were there whenever we needed a hand.
The place was clean, cosy and perfectly situated. Gets noisy at night, but we understood that we were near local nightlife so this was to be expected.

Location was spot on

Wasn’t told about £200 deposit I had to pay until after I paid the £200 for 2 nights charge I had already paid . Only to be told is was in the small print so cost me £400 on total , property wasn’t ready when I got there had to keep calling as no keys in box , until some teenager knocked on car windows to hand me a set of keys , then couldn’t get in property as where the key box was located next to a different gate . Did manage to gain access after another telephone call … had to wait 5 days for £200 deposit to be returned as they go through everything at the property before it is released charges like £10 for a missing towel and £10 for a fork etc …. Apart from this property is nice can’t fault that location is it’s best feature . I would go back again if it wouldn’t cost me £400 for 2 nights with the deposit just a lot to front up in 1 go

This apartment was perfect for our needs. Easy to find and only a few minutes from all the main attractions and Foregate Train station. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The hosts were extremely responsive to my questions which I can't fault. The only issue we had was the noise outside was quite loud and didn't quieten down until about 2am (Fri/Sat), and the people in the apartment above us kept leaving the outside door ajar which was a little disconcerting as there were a lot of people hanging around outside the pub/bar and we were a bit worried about being in the flat as the front door seemed do be an internal fire door rather than an external door. Neither of these things are in the control of the hosts - but I would recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Other than that it was perfect and I would recommend for a trip to Worcester.

Good location, close by to the centre of Worcester.

Not as advertised in the photographs. Very grubby, with a stale smell of smoke. Walls were dirty, the shower and bathroom were unclean, as were the carpets. The sound insulation was poor; the street was very loud until 2.30am and then very loud again from 5am with cleaning trucks and keg delivery. There was a €200 booking deposit which was unexpected and not required from other property on Booking.com. The check-out time of 10am was very early. No soap, shower gel or washing up liquid and some of the furniture was broken. In conclusion, consider staying at a hotel instead.

As others say, the area is noisy at night or "vibrant" at least.
I liked the central location though.
A few issues: the key safe isn't next to the correct door and I had to call them- this should be made clearer ion the instructions eg with a photo and labels.
There is a horrid step between lounge and landing, only small but enough to catch me out multiple times and other people might easily fall and injury themselves. It is an old building it is entitled to be wonky but more could be done to either eliminate the step or make it more visible with hazard lines or something. This needs fixing asap. (Future guests do report back please!)
It is a bit tired in places, the TV is old and not latest connectivity. The wifi password is nearly worn off the label but is readable on the router. A noticeboard with key info for the visitor would be a good idea, it feels a bit more effort could be put in.
Saying that, I liked the place- all these niggles are remedial. Though why not so far?

Thank you for nice holiday. The apartment was nice but the street below was very noisy at nights. Lot of pubs and night club near. Peaceful after midnight. If you want to party, this is place for you, if you want to go to sleep early, choose another location.

It was close to the wedding venue we were attending

There was a mix up with the keys to our flat being left in the wrong lock box so we had to phone the owners to sort it out.
There was only a sofa to sit on, a bit awkward to all sit in a line. Couple of additional easy chairs would help.
The flat was superficially reasonably clean but needs a good deep clean, especially paintwork and doors. The floor where the pedal bin is stored is very dirty/stained. All the decoration needs freshening up.
Not knowing Worcester, we were not aware that the flat is in a street full of bars and restaurants and is, in fact, right opposite a bar that was very noisy until 2am.

Very poor standard of cleanliness, smelt musty and had to clean out the fridge and wash the floor as it was so sticky - the bathroom wasn't clean and white what looked like body fluid on the bed throw -more attention to detail and it would have been great.

Vastapäätä ravintola missä su aamuyöllä karaoke loppui n. 3. Klo 6 tuli pullojen noutaja. 6.30 kadun pesijä joka oli 45 min jonka jälkeen muu roska-auto. Sunnuntai iltana oli live musiikkia joka kesti yöhön ja sitten samat roskisten tyhjentäjät ym. Musiikki soi niin kovaa ettei vastamelukuulokkeista ollut hyötyä. Asunnon ikkuna-aukoissa oli kaksi lasia mutta niissä sellainen väli että pystyi laittamaan sormet ulos. Tämän vuoksi ei ollut mitään ääni eristystä.

The apartment was beautiful. I totally disagree with the last review. We found it to be bright and very comfortable. The kitchen was great and had everything I needed. The beds were very comfortable. The hot water on demand was very hot. The couch was comfy. Nice location close to everything.

There is some noise. We were there early in the week and it was quiet but I imagine it could get hopping. The garbage truck comes by right under your window at around 6:00/7:00 but we’re early riser so no problem. Yes I tripped on the entrance way but only once and easy to get used to it being there. The drain in the shower just needed to be lifted, drains well.
