It was an unusual weekend as we were largely confined to the barn by massive storm winds. We had a cosy time and the hosts were very helpful when the central heating stopped working during a power cut. Exciting times!

We spent a week here - the house is cozy, well furnished, in summer certainly also nice with the private patio in the back, which we no longer used because of the temperatures. Amazing views of fields and hills in the hinterland! We went to different destinations by car, and the location was perfect. The kitchen is very well equipped, we had everything we needed. The bed in the master bedroom is a queen size, and very soft - rather uncomfortable for us, but that's a matter of taste! There was always a super quick response to inquiries. Two small leaks we had discovered in the rain at the house directly checked / repaired the Jew mentioned below, who also lives next door. We liked it very much here!

We stayed at Snodsbury Barn for a couple of weeks with our two young children in August 2024. The property is more run-down than the photos show. It could do with a spruce up including new sofas and beds. There were also a lot of spiders and a few woodlice inside the barn, which was not ideal! The bed in the main bedroom is broken, and it was not fixed during our stay. I want to mention this so future guests don’t have the same problem. The Host did try to help but they don’t have the power to resolve issues as they have to refer most queries to the property owner, who didn’t respond. We had to escalate to Airbnb for a resolution. The location itself is pretty and peaceful and the pub nearby is great. The property has a well equipped kitchen and plenty of hot water. But overall we were disappointed and would not stay there again.

I knocked a star off because it was unseasonably cold when we arrived and the heating controls unresponsive . We had my 93 year old mother with us and couldn't stay so had to book into a hotel for the first night. However, Jude, who oversees the place, got this sorted the following day and was a mine of information about the local area and wildlife. He was charming and gave us his phone number in case we needed anything. The place is starting to look a little tired in places but it has charm, and was clean and comfortable. The setting is idyllic. Rabbits, ducks, moorhens, a hedgehog, a fox and multiple birds of prey as you look out across beautiful rolling countryside. It feels peaceful and secluded but is actually very convenient for exploring whether by car, or walks from the front door.

Stayed Friday-Monday for my mother in laws birthday. There was 5 of us in total. Enough bed space for 5 (2 doubles and a single), however only 4 seater dining table, 4 seats on sofa, 4 seater outside table. Bedroom were lovely, well presented. Great amenities, everything we needed was there, it did feel like a home from home. Only downside was the bathroom. Very small for 5 people. Also had a very foul smell like blocked drains, especially worse when the weather was warm. The shower is also quite dirty. Overall brilliant stay. I would definitely recommend the host considers a hot tub and allowing it to be dog friendly but for a quiet weekend in the country it was fab.

I booked this place for an extended period because we were doing work in the area, and although I never stayed there myself, the guys I booked it for couldn't speak highly enough of it. The communication was clear throughout the process and all questions were answered throughly and promptly. Should I ever want a break in Upton Snodsbury, this is the place I would go.

Nice period barn in a rural setting, easy to get to just off the motorway. Communication and check-in was really good. Nice and warm with the heating going and a couple of nice spots to sit outside (although we didn't have the weather) Only small downsides are the living room layout is a bit awkward as it's a barn it is narrow and thin. Cold floor so bring slippers. Only the basic amenities of tea, instant coffee and a couple of milk sachets. No salt, oil etc so need to come prepared.

Lovely place to stay for a staycation with friends for a few days. Private courtyard with seating which was a perfect sun trap to sit and relax. Really clean, great equipped kitchen good for self catering. Enough sleeping space for 5 people however only 4 chairs in the kitchen and seating area outside. Host was really quick at responding too.

Can highly recommend a stay at Snodsbury Barn, set in peaceful and private farmland. Comfortably captured for 2 adults and 2 children, very comfy, clean furniture, and excellent utensils. Lots of outdoor seating too. Very easy to self cater, or some very nice eateries in a short distance. ideally located for Worcester, 15 mins car journey, Stratford-upon-Avon, 30 mins and close to the Cotswalds villages and towns. Great communication from the host, all is explained and easy to follow. Would definitely stay again- thank you

The barn is a lovely property. It’s got some quirky features combined with mod cons including a decent shower and heating. The views are fab and it’s so peaceful. Although we stayed in February so didn’t make use of the outdoor space, there are a choice of seating areas. We had a walk along to the Oak Steakhouse Pub one night and it were really impressed - good quality pub grub and friendly service. We went to Worcester for the day which is just a few mins drive and if we’d had more time Stratford not far in the other direction. Would definitely recommend staying at Snodsbury Barn.

Amazing stay,everything thing you need for a few relaxing days away, lovely cottage with wonderful views would definitely recommend and if we're ever in the area would love to stay again,. Only thing that spoilt the stay slightly was the 10am checkout would have liked a little longer to have breakfast and pack up it was a little bit rushed maybe 11am would be more reasonable.

What a Rare Find indeed! We came with our 6 year old little girl for a cultural trip, this place was our base for us to visit Worcester. We were so pleased to have found it and stayed two nights. The Barn had this classic and rustic yet modern style, clearly well lived in and well maintained. It had everything we needed. With beautiful decor and solid furniture. The entire place had a feeling of a beautiful and peaceful home. We had the view of the field with sheep and cows, close enough for us to see them but far enough for us not to hear a thing. The place was spotless clean, we really enjoyed our stay and have recommended the place to our other friends. Neighbours were friendly too. It’s a 10 min drive into Worcester City Centre so we really had a great time visiting the Cathedral and the Museum of Royal Worcester. Loved the peace. Heating worked fantastically, rooms were beautiful. Thank you for having us. We will be back soon.

The cottage has lots of lovely features and was very clean, the kitchen is well-equipped and the shower is super hot and powerful. It's in a very peaceful location but not too far from the motorway (you can't hear it though) and there's plenty of parking. The main downside is the double bed in the smaller room is AWFUL! The mattress is wrecked, you can see, hear and feel the springs, I can see others have mentioned this previously. It's a shame as the main double bed and single bed were both very comfortable. We were staying in very cold weather and felt the cottage could do with some rugs and runners as the stone floors are freezing so not pleasant to step out of bed onto - definitely need slippers! One of the radiators in the lounge wasn't working and it's not very 'cosy' so would be better to stay in warmer weather as there's a good outside space to enjoy as well. Besides the awful bed it served its purpose for us which was a stopover on the way down south.

The place was lovely. Well appointed and relaxing. Do bring slippers as floors are stone and cold! The only down side were mattresses felt cheap and/or a bit worn and weren’t that comfortable. Otherwise a lovely stay.

This property is just incredible. A great space to be in. Light private courtyard, fab views the other side. Very well equipped. Comfi beds, lots of towels provided. Location wise, great pub and cafe few minutes walk away, The Oak and The Twisted Spoon. Fantastic independent place I’d really recommend. On a bridal path with great walks, bring your walking boots, if that’s not your thing head to Worcester. Cathedral is a must just stunning inside. Shopping excellent too, mix of chains and independents. So great to stay in and chill and also great to explore the area. Book now!

A beautiful home tucked away from the road, so very private, yet within a couple of minutes walk from a fabulous pub/tea room and country walks. Beautifully decorated with spacious bedrooms and a gorgeous rustic kitchen. Loved sitting with a cuppa early in the morning whilst watching the wildlife outside. Lovely friendly owners who shared their knowledge of the local area and provided a great information pack to explore further. Definately will be returning.

Very nice accommodation - clean, bright and airy with comfy beds. The view is lovely and the location is only a short walk from a very good pub (breakfast and dinner) and local shop. Choice of outdoor seating gives you countryside views or a secluded sun trap. Overall highly recommended.

We recently stayed for two nights, three adults and two children (one baby) and have discussed going back already. The property is fantastic; clean, spacious, well equipped and in a pretty and peaceful location. We went for a walk on arriving down a public path / right of way, and found a stream, endless fields and livestock. It’s a perfect location for a quiet weekend, ample pubs nearby and other amenities. The photos on the listing while good, don’t truly ‘show off’ the barn and the lovely accommodation you’re getting. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The cottage far exceeded our expectations on arrival. Photos dont do the location justice, it is so quiet and not overlooked, with two private patios areas to provide morning and evening sun. We did have to make use of the sofa bed which wasnt the most comfortable but manageable for a couple of nights (a foam topper would really help this). Cottage itself is well equipped and provided a great base for a weekend's catch up with friends. We unfortunately had no hot water on Saturday morning for showers (turned out previous tenants had changed boiler settings). Dropped a star rating for guest homes lack of communication while getting this fixed. Promised a call back within 5-10 minutes to give update. Didnt hear back for 4 hours! Which meant wasted time hanging around in the morning in the hope of a hot shower. Landlord did come out same day to fix and was very apologetic

Everything about the place is very well thought out from the flag stone and brick floors to the rooms and the furniture within. The kitchen is very well equipped with all you need and parking is by the front door. Brilliant Brilliant. Very much hope to stay again when next in the area.

Lovely cosy and very comfortable barn conversion! Clean and immaculate presentation with comfy beds. We stayed 3 nights and cooked each night. Kitchen was very well equipped (the lack of a freezer didn’t bother us) and it was a real home from home. The single storey, step free layout was perfect for our toddler who could run around quite happily. The views of horses, sheep and cows from the living room also kept her very happy! It’s worth noting that the 2nd and 3rd bedroom doors are glass, which doesn’t afford much privacy, especially in the room off the living space. This didn’t bother us as we were a family group, but worth bearing in mind if friends/two couples are sharing. Thank you for a lovely stay! We’d definitely stay again if visiting the area.
