Remarkably quiet for being on a busy road. Highly recommend reversing into the spacious driveway. Load in/out very easy. Stairs inside for both bedrooms upstairs could be challenging for those with mobility issues. Lovely property.

We were visiting family in Hereford. The house was in the perfect location for the centre of town, walkable distance to local shops / restaurants and supermarkets. The house was clean and presented beautifully, feeling warm and welcoming. The master bedroom boasts an expansive, beautiful ensuite with a large free standing bath, my favourite room! Thank you for a positive stay! We will be sure to stay again when we are back in Hereford next.

First and foremost, the location of the property is excellent ... easy 10 minute amble into the centre of the city, right by the cathedral Overall the property was fine, but ... There were lots of "little niggles" that were annoying, e.g. only 3 desert & tea spoons However this continued, so we have things like ... - the bed lights switch was part of the switch by the door, so you had to get out of bed, turn of the light, and stumble back to bed in the dark :-( - the position of the sofa w.r.t the tv meant on one person had a clear view of the TV - there wasn't anyway to open the downstairs loo windows or a fresh air spray Some things that were not happy about ... - the rugs don't have non-slip backs, e.g. walking in I stepped on the "Welcome" mat, and it slipped away :-( - the heating mean the bathroom was cold, when the lounge was hot ... had the heating on at 20 deg. C, but no joy :-( And the road can be busy so reverse onto drive if you can manage it!

Lovely, clean, modern house with great amenities. It had everything we needed. Instructions on how to use sofa bed would have been helpful but this is only a suggestion for improvement, not a criticism. Would definitely visit again.

This house was as advertised except no heating or hot water all weekend. We were unable to resolve this while we were in the house which led to a disappointing stay. The facilities were otherwise as advertised and it is an easy walk into the town of Hereford. Make sure you find the subway under the main road to cross over. Some good things to see and we were recommended the Bookshop for supper which was excellent.

The house was ok, the sofa bed wasn’t comfy and really needs a mattress topper to be a suitable sleeping option. The house on the whole is well kept and tidy. It is also well situated to walk into town. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was having to pay an extra charge for the renters insurance and hand over my personal details to a third party for an ID check. In my opinion this is part of the Air B&B package when you book through them. For this reason I wouldn’t book again.

So…there’s nothing wrong with the house itself - you can hear a bit of noise from the neighbours but it’s not a problem. And personally I’d put curtains up as well as the blinds because it gets light in the bedrooms too early but again not a big deal. The issue we had is that the property just wasn’t clean, especially the two bathrooms, and there was a lot of dust. It made us feel quite uncomfortable for our three night stay and I had to persuade my partner not to spend half a day cleaning ! Eventually the management company agreed to refund us the cleaning fee and we accepted because we couldn’t be bothered to argue any more but really that wasn’t enough.

The house is spotless, well equipped if a little impersonal, with comfortable beds. I was slightly put off by having to do an external registration with their own system of checking my details, this seems wrong when booking via Airbnb though I could understand it if I had booked with the company directly. There is also the requirement to pay either a warranty against breakages or a large deposit, again outside the Airbnb platform. This is detailed in the listing but I hadnt realised it would be separate from the payment to Airbnb. The house is easy to find on a main road, and the off road parking excellent. I was here for work but I believe it is in a good location if you want to visit Hereford.

Great place to stay. Tricky to get inside as we were given the wrong code. But managed to speak to someone who suggested trying another one. Once inside the house is great! Very clean. All necessary equipment is provided in the kitchen. Nicely decorated place. The fact that there are two bedrooms upstairs and only one with an en-suite means that the other guest had to go downstairs to use the bathroom at the back of the kitchen. A little inconvenient but fine for a short stay!

Fantastic location 10 minute walk into Hereford city centre, the house is amazing, really modern, fully equipped kitchen & is as beautiful as the photos. It's was great having a safe place to park two vehicles, we found it's best to reverse onto the drive. Guest Homes are great, they provides all the information you require & respond quickly to any questions you have.

Second Time staying in both 34 and 36 Barton Road houses. We were here for work and both houses have all you need for a successful work trip: good WiFi, centrally located, close to shopping and restaurants, responsive host. Excellent walking distance to the City Centre. Lovely relaxing home for the after work time.

Nice town hose with an extension. Good parking and the property is located on the outskirts of the town centre. Someone’s spent a lot of money on the place making it really classy. Minimalistic but has everything u need. I would definitely go back there.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, convenient parking on the premises, home was comfortable and warm, beds comfortable, showers great, towels thick and fluffy, well equipped kitchen. There is quite a busy road at the front which means it can be tricky getting off the drive and there is some noise to the front bedroom but double glazing pretty effective. Would have been a 5 star review but unfortunately the fridge and oven weren’t clean and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes which we ended up hand washing as there were no dishwasher tablets. We did report this at the time and received an acknowledgement but nothing further.

We were very happy with this home. 10 minutes’ walk to Cathedral, 22 minutes to train. Two very large bedrooms upstairs; two very recently remodeled bathrooms, and also a newly renovated kitchen.

This is a very comfortable and modern place with two very high spec bathrooms. Great parking and superb location for Hereford town centre. We were very comfortable and would definitely come here again. High quality, very easy check in via lock-box with combination. We did not use back garden but looks like a very nice place to sit in the sun. Overall, we strongly recommend.

The booking and check in process was as straight forward as can be with accurate and easy to follow directions with a long driveway right outside for easy parking. The house is a 5 minute walk from the city centre and has everything you could need aswell as being much larger than it looks in the pictures. Cleanliness was immaculate and just an all round great place to stay. Would definitely recommend.

This house is in a great location, walking distance from Hereford centre and close to the River Wye which makes for a nice walk or Run. The place itself is really nice, newly renovated and decorated by the looks of it, with masses of space, and the driveway is also really handy. Communication throughout was prompt and informative and check in and check out was a breeze. Thank you.

We had a good stay. The location is great for exploring the city, 5 or so minutes from the cathedral. The house was clean and generally well equiped. If you have young children beware the stairs are steep.

Lovely place to stay. The photographs don’t do the property justice! Amazing bathroom, very comfortable beds and just a two minute walk into the centre. Only criticisms are that the windows at the rear cannot be opened and I was given the incorrect postcode to the property by the host.

The place is beautiful, but there are some things I think future guests should be aware of: - There was no first aid kit to be found despite being listed. - The oven didn't function - No salt, pepper or oil was provided despite being listed. So I had to buy these items. Most disappointing was the customer service from Guest Homes which is very impersonal - when I raised the above issues with them, they sent a generic response and no apology. I happened to have a 2 hour powercut during the stay (middle of the day). Although this wasn't the fault of Guest Homes, their customer service during this time was poor. On the positive side, the place was in a great location & parking was brilliant.

We had a really lovely stay in this house. The place was immaculately clean and really beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities we needed and was really quiet so we slept perfectly. Really well placed to walk into the centre of town and with a huge Sainsuburys round the corner it was a really convenient location. We will defo stay again

Potential to be 5*, however a few teething problems Positives: Beautifully refurbished home, very clean and warm. Great location, just a short walk to Cathedral and pubs and restaurants. Parking for two cars a big plus. One large en-suite, and another bathroom downstairs. Beautiful fluffy bath sheets. Toilet paper, hand wash, shower gel, tea and instant coffee provided. Full size fridge/freezer. Full size oven. Things to be addressed: These have been reported to the agency and maintenance were due to fix the issues listed. Microwave was listed, but not provided. Washing machine and dishwasher listed but didn’t function. First aid kit listed, didn’t see it? Two front door keys should be provided, having just one was an inconvenience. Some of the newly painted windows didn’t open. Keys for upstairs window locks were not provided (fire safety). The downstairs bathroom had a lock that didn’t function.
