staff very helpful , bed was comfy and spacious and when the plumbing had issues they were effectively resolved. the building was very noise cancelling and quiet.

This place on New Street is situated between a pub and a nightclub.
The entrance is a walk-in sewer with broken bottles cigarette butts and the constant smell of urine.
The carpet on the entry to the building is stained with blood up the stairs. The carpet in the apartment is filthy and has cigarette burns all over, the bedding has cigarette burns all over, the smoke from the takeaway joint across the street Bellows into the apartment all day and night, even if the Windows are closed.
The noises from the pub and club are ridiculous
Half the furniture is broken or near to it.

We got used to the flat once we stayed there a couple of days. The use of a washing machine was great especially for longer stays. However, as we got into the flat, there was a strong smell of cigarettes. Water pressure on the taps is very low, drainage sometimes a bit slow. But we communicated all theses issues and the landlord came to have a look and sort things for us. The cigarette smell was probably from the near by pub.
The kitchen could do with a frying pan. Otherwise, plenty of storage in the kitchen and bedroom, wifi was not the same as the one provided in the details, but we figured it out.
Overall, it was an ok stay, the communication with Host and Stay was the best part. Shame there are so many external factors that affect the stay like noise and smells from outside the flat.

The agent helped us to find a new stay that was clean .

Upon my arrival, the corridor to the apartment was filthy, and the apartment wasn't clean even though it was supposed to be. Was still in the state that the last guests left it.
Contacting their services wasn't easy as it looked like it was only 1 agent taking calls and supporting costumers. When I finally managed to get a hold of the agent ( he helped us out), he sorted it out and found us a new place.
However, they sent us the wrong address, causing some issues to those who lived in that address and had to be asking people since I wasn't familiar to the place and it was being impossible of getting into contact to any agent or anyone of the company for guidance. The new place that they got us was further away from the city center, which wasn't part of our plan and outside of it, since it was behind a restaurant it had a strong smell of rotten fish.
Beyond that, this other house was better. It was a nice update. Sadly, the tv controller was damaged, and we couldn't even use the tv during our stay.

The host was helpful and super responsive throughout most of the process, providing clear check-in instructions. However, there were some challenges during my stay. The kitchen and bathroom sinks were blocked, which also made the washing machine unusable. The host immediately offered me another room as a solution, but since I had booked a 1-bed flat, it wasn’t ideal. Communication was slightly delayed towards the end, which is understandable given it was during the holiday period (Christmas and New Year). Thankfully, Airbnb stepped in and resolved everything with a refund. Overall, a good experience, and the host handled most things well.

Location was good - that is the only good thing about this property.

The spare bed's bedding had no covers on and when we pulled it out it was covered in crumbs/dirt. The kitchen was dirty, the floor is damaged and the paint could do with retouching everywhere - some of the bathroom wasn't even painted! There was hair in the bath and the toilet did not flush properly. The property is very dated and in a very deteriorated condition. We left the property 2 hours after check-in as we couldn't relax in such a filthy place.

Good location in centre of town. Good for what we needed but very noisy as in centre opposite bars. Overwelming smell on arrival and some some dirty kitchen utensils.
overall it was fine for what we needed it for but I wouldn't want to stay for longer than a couple of nights.

The bed was so comfortable and my daughter says the sofa bed was comfortable too.

That I had not received the confirmation email, with the location of the apartment, key box or code needed to access it.

The property location is good, shops and stores are just a few minutes walk. The apartment is very well done and maintained with all possible facilities one can think of.
The keys to apartment are easy to locate and collect as per the instructions. Just to mention here, it was my first experience of collecting keys from a small key locker, so took me a little extra time and the support team were successfully able to guide me to the same over a phone call at around 8PM in the evening. Kudos to Guest Homes.
In addition, Guest Homes team is very supportive and response time is very quick. Cheers.

It is not that I did not like, but to mention that the flats facing the street get the party fun over the weekend as the property is in proximity of very nice and happening clubs.
Do note, it is not a problem since the bedroom is towards the back of the apartment.

Very comfortable. Night club across the road but absolutely no noise in the bedroom. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Only problem was the dark hallway, not easy to see the light switches outside the door to my accomodation.. would definitely stay again.

The communal front door was insecure and open every time my daughter returned to the property. The communal staircase was steep and unlit, the wall light switches failing to illuminate the dark corridor. There was a light switch in the hallway with wires exposed, the general appearance of the communal area was shabby and dirty. Because of the insecure door, I would not allow my daughter to return to the premises alone, concerned that somebody could be hiding within the labyrinth of corridors and stairwells.
The flat itself at best was okay. TV channels apart from a couple were pixelated and unwatchable. My daughter tells me that the electric shower was temperamental, either lukewarm or absolutely scalding hot. She told me that she has stayed at many Airbnb properties in the past, in her opinion, this was the worst. Very over priced for what it was.

Very well located. We enjoyed our stay there. Lots of nice places to visit and good pubs around (Cardinal's hat was our fav !) . St Martin's car park is only a few minutes walk from the flat, which is very convenient. i'd recommend Joshua's flat.

My stay at Josh’s place was very good. The flat may have minimal decor but is spacious, very centrally located and has all the amenities. This was all I needed for my work stay, recommended!

The flat is comfortable and right in the city centre. It is exactly as it looks like in the pictures. There is a steep and narrow staircase to reach the flat, so it is not ideal with little children or pushchairs.
Josh, the host, is very helpful and always available for any requests.
During the weekend the pubs nearby play music until late and it may be not easy to go to sleep until 1 am. The advantage is that you have everything you need a few steps away: shopping centre, pubs, restaurants, grocery shops (M&S Food hall at 3 min walk, ASDI at 5 min walk, Sainsbury's Local and Tesco Express - these last two open till 10 pm also on Sundays - at 10 min walk), main touristic attractions between 10 and 20 minutes walking distance.
There is also a very convenient car park (St. Martin's Gate Car Park) at 2 min walking distance. You can leave the car for 24 hours for £3.60.

Clean, nice apartment in the heart of the city center of Worcester. Easy to get around.
During the daytime its a really quiet place. During the evenings there's a lot of activities going on many nights a week.
The communication with the host was really good and he did all he could to make our 2 months stay as good as possible.
Super comfy bed in the bedroom, and our two kids slept well on the sleeping couch.
We felt safe in the apartment and the city.

A fantastic apartment for a weekend away!!
Location cannot be beaten. Lovely comfortable bed and kitchen equipped with all you could need. Smart TV available.
Property was clean throughout with new furnishings.
