Lovey house which is nicer than the photos. Very useful to have the parking space. Nicely decorated and equipped, clean and tidy. Very helpful to have all necessary shower gel/shampoo/conditioner/handwash in dispensers. Breakfast items/tea/coffee/milk also left which was great. Would highly recommend.

This stay was a literal diamond in the ruff. It meant all our needs in Caterham. The host was responsive in addressing the issues we raised. The space was lovely, and comfortable for our family. We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend

The place was very well appointed, and a kitchen stocked full of coffee, tea, and hot cocoa was such a treat. We were there just as the temperatures were dropping, and the heat kept us nice and toasty. It was very easy for this place to feel like home for the week.

The house is in a nice location, quiet setting, and the upstairs bedroom is downstairs in the common area.The appliances and other supporting facilities are very complete and will choose to stay in this house again next time.Would have liked to have a phone charger plug if something else could be improved.Also like I would have liked a better discount if I stayed for two weeks.Everything else was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much

This is a fabulous location. We really appreciated the helpful instructions posted brightly around the home. It was the perfect size for a family of four and a short walk to train station, eateries and shops. Highly recommend!

Hosts were responsive, getting back to us quickly. Compact cosy and clean house. It was also nice to have leather chairs. The house was very well equipped. Seated garden area looked nice, but unfavourable weather meant we were unable to make use of it. Very good power shower with lots of hot water. Front lounge was nice to sit and relax in. Was only a short walk into the centre of town. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep, so those with mobility issues might find them challenging. Had an overall enjoyable stay. Thank you

This home was great in Caterham. Close to the shops and train services. The house was well stocked snd had everything you needed to stay. The owners were very responsive and made it very easy to figure out where everything is in the house.

Had a wonderful 5 week stay here whilst on a placement nearby. The host were always responsive and friendly. The house itself was fantastic, looked better than the photos, very well decorated and fully stocked with whatever you’ll need. One of the few places with a parking spot which was super helpful. Caterham town centre is a short walk down the hill and has everything u need from fast food chains, Morrisons, Waitrose as well as the train station. Very easy to get to m25/ Croydon/ Purley etc. all round wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend!

5 of us stayed here: 2 parents and 3 teenagers. 1 slept on the sofa in the lounge and was content. The house was small but efficient and well equiped. The heating kept the place cozy. 2 toilets and a separate bathroom with a really good shower. The kitchen worked well. Parking and driving along the road can be tight, but is reasonably doable

We booked this place because we are having renovations at home and we wanted a sanctuary away from all the mess. This was exactly what we needed. Perfect for our little family. We felt really cost and comfy. Great to have parking right outside and Caterham town walking distance. We also visited Godstone farm park 9 mins drive down the road. We left feeling recharged and rested.

We arrived in June for a holiday from Australia, this small but spacious accommodation was perfect for everything we needed. I loved the backyard it has a lovely view looking out with good scenery. Furniture was comfortable, good amenities, board/card games available. Always quiet in the area. Shopping centre only a 5min walk and easy to access central London with plenty of transport options. I definitely recommend to anyone who is planing a holiday to book this Airbnb. 6thumbs up from all of us Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this lovely place!

Lovely place, nicely furnished, beds a bit springy and squeaky, some mold bits around but we are hyper sensitive,easy to park in once got the hang of the drive, lovely and quiet yet 2 min walk to high street shops and restaurants. Very responsive and thoughtful host. Appreciated their help.

We had a very pleasant stay at the house. We were helping to renovate our daughter’s home in the area so it was great to have this place to return to after a long day of hard labour! A warm, cosy, comfortable and convenient house with every amenity. We will be back

The place is very well located, with parking, in a quiet street and yet it is only a few minutes walk to a very good supermarket and the train station. The apartment is comfortable and very well equipped, the beds are comfortable and also the sofa bed is ok. Everything is very clean, communication and check-in was very simple. Unfortunately, on our weekend, there were no trains running from Caterham, but Upper Warlingham, the next stop, is only a few minutes by car or bus, just a few minutes by car or bus. From there it's only half an hour to London, Victoria Station.

This is an excellent property, clean and well-appointed, in a great location for the centre of Caterham, just 5-10 minutes walk from all of the shops, restaurants, and railway station, but still quiet and relaxed. The street is very busy and tight for parking, so the driveway is a godsend and we always managed to get the car in, although sometimes it took a wee bit of back-and-forth.

Live in America now, but we grew up a couple of towns over, so we know where to stay in this area when we visit family! This is a perfect little gem - a classic “two up two down” with a beautiful little ground floor extension for the kitchen and bathroom. Home is exactly as shown in photos, only much better!! We stayed Christmas 2021 and arrived to find beautiful holiday decorations. Lovely touch! Comfy beds. Luxury towels. Very modern and well designed. Hairdryer, iron, loads of coat hangers, soap and shower gel in dispensers… every touch had been thought about. Well equipped kitchen. House sleeps 6, but we had 14 mugs and just as many tea cups!! Off-road parking was a MUST in this area. Excellent access to London - just a 5 minute walk to the overground train line. Straight into “London bridge” for full access everywhere in the city via rail/bus/etc. Just a few minutes drive from M25 for road access to the UK. Several supermarkets were within 5 minute walk. House would NOT be good for disabled or very young kids due to the steep stairs and location was on a steep hill. As a family of 4, we would absolutely stay here again, especially a visit in summer to use the beautiful little outdoor garden.

A modern, cosy house, well situated near a shopping centre. All modern services are provided, from good quality wi-fi and and all the online streaming services. We very much enjoyed our stay here and recommend it highly. Only one thing to note: if you do intend to do some driving, the road outside can be very tight at times, though the driveway to the property is nearly always accessible. Large vehicles may find it difficult

We had a great stay. The property lives up to its cosy description and is located no more than 5 minutes to local shops, pubs and restaurants as well as access to other towns and London via Caterham station. The off-road parking is a huge plus given the narrow road and the elevated back garden is done really nicely, with relaxing views across the valley.

Absolutely loved this place! I had actually rented it for my wedding weekend and so a few bridesmaids stayed prior too. It was a perfect space, well stocked kitchen, and walking distance to Caterham station for those who need it! Definitely recommend!!

Beautifully decorated property and garden. We were there in good weather and the view from the terrace was a surprise and a treat, especially in the afternoon and evening as it caught the sunlight. Very quite and peaceful setting, but with shops ten minutes walk away. The property was clean and equipped with everything we could reasonably need. We loved our stay!

Nice quiet location overlooking Caterham Valley. Lovely patio at the top of an upward sloping garden gives nice views. The house itself is nicely furnished and very comfortable. We stayed for 5 weeks and had everything we needed during that time. Would certainly book again.

The house is immaculate. It has every piece of equipment needed, is warm, has constant hot water and is extremely comfortable. The outside space is fantastic too for eating and barbecues. The Caterham area is an amazing location for access to Central London and the Surrey/ Kent/West Sussex countryside. It is very near to the M25 to access by car and so close to rail networks and buses. The parking space at the house is an added bonus. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

This place is perfect. The place has been refurbished and kitted out to a great standard!! Everything you could need and more!! Walking distance to Morrison’s and local train station. Lovely green spaces just a few streets back. Ideal stay. Quiet, warm and homely!! Highly highly recommend!!

This is a great place to stay, highly recommended. House was very clean. Very well equipped, including the kitchen. Comfortable beds and bedding, nice towels. Every room had a TV, and the internet access worked well and was fast. We stayed over the winter and the heating was great, very cosy. The house is located on a very quiet street, we heard no noise whilst in the house. The house has a nice, very well maintained garden to the back and side. It was less than 5 minutes walk to the shops, restaurants, buses and train station. The house has a driveway so parking was easy. We had zero issues whilst staying here, would definitely stay here again. Josh is a great host.
