Fantastic stay, walking distance to all shops and restaurants with a beautiful park right on the doorstep. The only disappointment was the awful smell of damp in the buildings entrance apart from that I would highly recommend

Ideal location in the centre of Malvern. Really nice bars and restaurants . The host gave very good instruction and the parking is a bonus. I would not hesitate to book this apartment again should I need to stay in the area.

No bed that can be separated into two beds, as stated in the listing. No sofa bed as advertised in the listing. Shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper provided for 4 people. Garbage truck that passes very early... Otherwise, Spartan cleanliness.

This property was ideal for our stay, so close to the town and great location near the theatre. The floorboards are very squeaky in the bedroom and the key fob for the parking barrier is cracked and you worry it’s not going to work but then it does. The armchair by the window is lovely and a great spot to sit and people watch. We were very happy with our stay. I would say that the kitchen equipment needs updating, the baking tray and pan are very scratched. Also there was very much provided in the washing up department so we had to buy doe washing up liquid and a sponge. But we did enjoy staying here and would stay again.

The apartment is comfortable and in a very convenient location for the centre of Great Malvern. This also means that it is not the quietest place we've ever stayed but that didn't trouble us too much.

I have never left a bad review but people have a right to know what they will be experiencing when they stay at Club Chambers. There was a very strong smell of urine emanating from in or around the toilet. I contacted the management company twice about this, a health and safety issue, yet they did nothing. The apartment is situated fifteen feet from a busy crossroads and the traffic lights make noise constantly through the day. The traffic is very loud, particularly at weekends as is the club over the road. The windows have no soundproofing so everything outside can be heard including 4-6am deliveries to the supermarket over the road. There are wheelie bins kept outside the bedroom window. The curtain in the small bedroom is insufficient for keeping out the light in the morning and my request for a better one ignored. The laminate flooring is old, cracked and splinters. The heat in the apartment, in August, was absolutely stifling. Staying here was, in short, a nightmare.

The location was good for us in the centre of Great Malvern we were getting married at the Winter Gardens and the reception was at The Abbey Hotel. The flat was functional but lacked warmth. We were expecting cooking oil to be there and there was none,. The most shocking was we dropped something in the bedroom and had to move the bed to get it back and it was filthy under the bed looed like it hadn't been cleaned for months - after discovering this we had to vacuum under the bed and we checked the sofa in the living room and this was the same. That all said the stay was ok but these things kept it from 5 star.

we used this accommodation for work in malvern for a week and the facilities had everything that was needed for use to make some food and chill after work.. we have a few more weeks working away in this lovely town In December and ay Easter. we will see you guys again

Handy central location but noisy at night as a result. Probably better suited to 2 or 3 but not 4 guests as the sofa bed was not comfy and bathroom not really able to accommodate a family. Cleanliness and standard of accommodation not as high as we have come to expect from Airbnb.

The apartment is located in the center of the city. Every morning at 5 am, huge trucks are unloaded opposite, so the sounds of containers rumbling are present. Keep in mind that the parking space is under a tree and every morning I found my car covered in sticky sap and fluff from the tree. I had to drive the car to the car wash every time and the owner of the apartment refused to help in resolving this issue or in any way compensate for my inconvenience and additional expenses.

Lovely accommodation in the centre Malvern, with everything on our doorstep. Stayed for a wedding that was even closer than it looked on the map. Property was clean and spacious and TV had access to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ etc.

We had an AMAZING stay here and Guest Homes were extremely responsive. It was very very cold the week that we stayed (-9 at night) so we asked if it were possible to have another duvet or blanket. Within half a day we had been given three brand new duvets. Absolutely excellent service, very professional, very helpful with queries and absolutely fantastic location. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone looking to stay in Malvern. Thank you Guest Homes!

1) The location is great and the flat/apartment roomy and livable, but does not live up to the moniker of "a home from home". The fridge and food storage is small/limited. The heating is by ancient, first-generation electric storage heaters taking a couple of days to warm the flat up, then need constant adjustment to maintain a pleasant temperature (and not sure if they would really cope with winter's cold). The affair feels cheaply set up with open hanging racks etc, and under progressive renovation eg: the casement windows have been repaired and work, but have not been painted. while the cheap laminate floor is in poor condition, is soft under-foot and "bites" bare feet between the boards. The water supply to the shower was weak. However, the bedding and towels were clean and the beds were comfortable (which is what really matters!). I would stay in this flat again given its central location, but recognize that this is not a "home" in which I would want to live. By itself, I would have rated the flat "3". 2) Early checkout is essential prior to the early 10:00am deadline. Otherwise, the remote manager will pursue you for late checkout charges and make it an issue with Airbnb if you are at all late (a first for me). This felt like a simple money grab, and for this reason, I will not use Guest homes again. Rated "0".

Lovely, clean apartment and in a great location for malvern. Few minutes walk from the shops and close to malvern hills. Only downfall was that we could only open one window in the apartment so it was a bit stuffy.

Overall, the location is great as you have few places around in case you want to get a few things. As it’s on a main road, you can hear Althea outdoor noise, especially in the early hours of the mornings. We did a have few issues, like locating the cutlery but we did manage to find it. There is a with the tv remote as it was quite slow and changing when pressed.

Great location - very central, great bars and restaurants close by, a couple of minutes to the theatre. Beds were comfortable as was the sofa and good range of crockery and bits in the kitchen. Shower a bit lack lustre but water was hot and there was a bit of a musty/smoky smell when you first arrive but didn’t ruin the experience. Would recommend to others due to great location, parking and has enough to make it a comfortable stay.

Good location for exploring Great Malvern and helpful, responsive, staff/host - a hiccup at arrival was dealt with quickly which was much appreciated. The apartment has 2 rooms with double beds and a lounge/dining/kitchen space with a sofa bed, as well as a small but perfectly formed shower room. All is perfunctory, with decor and flooring that suggest a bit of an upgrade is needed. Some reviewers noted that the property wasn't clean. We were pleased to see that everywhere was clean when we arrived and didn't experience any of the issues others have noted. However,I don't think it's been deep cleaned for a while - black feet when walking bare foot and when we had to move the sofa a bit for more dining space we could see it had been a long time since hoover or mop had been there. All of which sounds like nit picking, and maybe it is, but in time of Covid it feels more important. However, the beds are comfortable. The shower works. Linens were comfy, clean and plentiful. The kitchen had tools required for a glass of wine, spot of breakfast or quick evening snack. The location was great for walks and exploring. The car was safely parked and instructions and service were very good. If you're looking for a base from which to explore this is a great spot. If you're looking for an apartment to spend time in, perhaps not for you.

Bathroom unclean / damp/ smelled of stale cigarettes hence numerous air fresheners dotted about. Bedrooms were dusty in fairly obvious places and the laminate flooring was lifted / separating in places which was dangerous for my children. Dining room chairs were dangerous - the legs gave way as I sat on 2 of them. Location was great, correspondence was good, generally not a bad place but personally feel it was overpriced but hope issues raised will be ironed out for future guests

The property is in an ideal location, just off the main Great Malvern high street, and the parking provided is great. The beds are very comfortable and Joshua was good at responding to messages before and during our stay. However, in general we found the inside of the flat to be very disappointing. It was dirty in areas and did not match the bright, well kept pictures that are posted on the listing. On entering the building there was cleaning equipment left everywhere and a pile of dust and old chips which had been left on the floor. Inside, the glasses in the kitchen were not clean, the bathroom sink was dirty and there were hairs in the shower on our arrival. Considering the current Coronavirus pandemic, we felt quite uncomfortable staying there and had to do our own cleaning on arrival. Overall, whilst the location is very good, we found the flat to be dirty and not as well kept as is implied.

Great central location and a good base for the activities which we had planned. As other reviewers have commented the bathroom is probably ready for a makeover. Having a torch handy to find the key box if you arrive in the dark is definitely a good plan. Joshua was flexible with our check out time which was greatly appreciated.

Great location in the centre of Great Malvern, walking distance from all the shops and restaurants. Ideal for a walking holiday in the hills as you can walk from the apartment. Very spacious living area with Wi-fi and TV (with plenty of choice), and kitchen. Comfortably furnished. The bathroom is probably due an upgrade. The apartment has one allocated parking space, and there is free street parking nearby. Joshua was great at communicating and helping with any questions.

Centrally-located apartment with dedicated parking space. The fob to open the car park barrier is located in the lock box, which means that, on arrival, you may need to park up somewhere first. The lock box is padlocked to the railings immediately outside the front door to the apartment. If you arrive in the dark, you will need a torch to see the lock box. The apartment is spacious and warm, with comfortable beds. The wi-fi is good. There was no corkscrew but I'm sure the host will have sorted that out. It is not the quietest of apartments but it is in the centre of town, so that's no surprise. There is a nightclub close by and you can definitely hear the thump of the bass in the small hours but it's not too intrusive.
