The space
This lovely property features its own private entrance from the front, offering easy access and a warm welcome. The garden includes seating, providing the perfect spot for enjoying a summer evening. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catered stay, complete with a cooker/hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary utensils. Complimentary coffee, sugar, tea, and milk are provided for your convenience, and if there’s anything else you need or any questions about the kitchen, just let us know!The living room is a comfortable space featuring two sofas and a bean bag, ensuring there’s plenty of seating for everyone. It also comes with a smart TV for catching up on your favourite shows. The living room is located at the entrance of the property and leads into the dining room.
There are three spacious bedrooms in this home. On the first floor, the first bedroom has a double bed and ample wardrobe space, while the second bedroom offers two single beds with a hanging rail. On the second floor, the third bedroom has a double bed, a dressing table, and a small WC for added convenience.
There are two bathrooms in the property. The main bathroom, located downstairs past the kitchen, features an over-the-bath shower, while the master bedroom has an en-suite with another over-the-bath shower. Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.Other things to note
A digital parking permit can be issued for one car during your stay which provides one roadside parking space.Please note this is not a dedicated space and space may not always be found directly outside of the property.
All of the surrounding streets are permit holder parking so parking can be anywhere in the permit areas.

In over 10 years of staying in Airbnb/vrbos. This is my first time, I have ever had a negative reaction to where we stayed. In fact I’m writing this review weeks later as I didn’t have anything nice to say. And didn’t want to hurt their business. The unit is well decorated like pictures show, but it feels so dirty. The corners were buggy and cobwebby. The carpet was so horribly stained. Like someone dripped grease all over. It needs replacing for sure. The couches are so uncomfortable that we didn’t even last 15 minutes and went to our beds. It photographed so so cute. But it doesn’t represent what you see when you get there. The view of the rooftops is so picturesque. The wallpaper is so pretty, beds are good, closet space was appreciated. Overall I give this place a 3 star, my lowest I’ve ever given a place. It was ok. Needs a deep clean and tile and carpet replacement.

Stayed here for a family funeral - 5 adults. Great location and quiet. It is like staying in a student house - which is ok- but a few things would improve it. Main bedroom and bathroom is good - clean and comfortable. Great to have fans in all bedrooms. Towels and bedding all clean and new. Single beds - need new mattresses - v uncomfortable. Top room mattress is ok. Downstairs bathroom just needs some mould cleaner and a good scrub on the tiles. All downstairs could do with a lick of paint. Coffee plunger would be good as could not make a fresh coffee. Would stay again if needed for a family do as know what to expect now. Did have to hoover up an outbreak of wood lice in the front room because of the warm weather - maybe needs looking at.
