Property fine.. It was clean and contained everything we needed... Second bedroom very small and windowless so we used the lounge as the second bedroom..

Location

3rd time staying and can safely say will not be staying again!
On booking an extra night I called company and asked them “To please make sure parking pass is left as we would be arriving very late’ gentleman confirmed it would be left and put note on system. In the past we’ve had no pass left & I wanted to ensure with such a late arrival we could park. Surprise surprise no pass! Called helpline who told us could t do anything till following day!!

Following day - I had to call 3 times with promises of call backs etc to chase pass & we ended up paying £12+ for all day parking.

Apartment now needs a huge update! Cracks everywhere! Lounge curtains are having off. Lounge windows filthy and one can’t stay open.
We went to have food and had to was tins, plates, glasses as they were filthy!
Kitchen towel left was dirty so we had to go and buy one!
Paint is peeling off the wall in the bathroom. Big plastic holes left in shower where something used to be. No where in shower to put items
1 roll of toilet paper left for 3 people for 3 nights - again no where to put so you either balance on radiator or put on floor! Why isn’t there a toilet roll holder?
Main bedroom - window will not staying open! You need to prop it open.
2nd small bedroom - springs are coming out of mattress esp on side so watch your legs! This room has no window so with warm weather a fan needs to be provided. Advertised as double and more of a large / 3/4 bed. Definitely not made for 2 people.
Hall way to bedrooms & bathroom is covered in huge cobwebs
Outside the property all weeds and trees are over grown so makes the property unappealing

The apartment is well located with many things to do within walking distance. It was clean, spacious and comfortable however requires maintenance and a cosmetic refresh (huge cracks in living room ceiling, holes in various walls and tired paintwork throughout). There were a few issues with the place that although didn’t impact our stay, could do with being sorted - curtains hanging off in living room, mattress smaller than bed in second bedroom, Wi-Fi only sporadically reached living area so couldn’t watch the advertised Netflix, no hairdryer or coffee machine despite being advertised. It’s also worth noting that the second bedroom doesn’t have an exterior or ventilation. This apartment could be lovely with a bit of TLC.
