although it has what feels like strict cancellation policy/rules, this apartment is lovely. the neighbours in the building were friendly and the location is great. host & stay send lots of helpful information prior to your stay.

We’ve just spent 3 nights in this lovely apartment , location is excellent , 5 min walk to Whitby centre , Lovely and clean , has everything you could want , all amenities in place , lovely shower room , I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this stay , fantastic and will return , Many thanks John and Gill X

Very pleasant stay here in Whitby. Very clean and homely place. Unfortunately there was no parking available with the accommodation, which was a little misleading. We parked down by the harbour which was a seven minute walk away, and paid for the 24 hour ticket.

perfect location to get everywhere on foot. close to all the sights. clean and comfortable. brilliant shower! hot hot water in both kitchen and bathroom on demand. it was perfect for our needs and we really enjoyed our stay. we managed to park outside the apartment but I imagine that's not always possible so do bear that in mind if you are travelling by car as the on road parking is in high demand, parking permits are not available and the long stay car parks are not cheap. brilliant location for the train or bus so close to everything a short walk from large coop supermarket, train station and harbour.

We had a great weekend, the apartment was well situated to park the car and walk everywhere. Isn't really a parking space, felt this was a little misleading, but plenty of parking close by so not an issue once we had unloaded. The apartment was clean bright and airy.

The apartment was in an excellent location and was extremely well equipped. However parking is not available. The mattress did not make for a comfortable good night’s sleep. Musty smells in building. Kitchen equipment not cleaned properly so any we used made you give them a quick clean. Milk was left to make a cup of tea etc however curdled in our tea no date left.

Comfortable, spacious and cosy apartment with luxurious finishing touches. Plenty of space to rest and relax. The apartment is next to the road, so it’s a little loud in the living area, but they have done a good job to mute this in the bedroom. It’s a quiet place, so traffic does not continue through the night and we slept very well. Perfect location for quickly walking into Whitby (5 minutes) where you can park and find the bus/train station. We used the long stay car park (Endeavour walk) where there were always plenty of spaces. The instructions sent ahead of our stay were fantastic and instructions for check in very good. We loved our stay here and would absolutely recommend this apartment.

Had a lovely stay here for 2 nights. Ideal location and lovely furnishings. Did think it would be bigger than it was. Downsides - hearing a lot of traffic noise as you're right on the main road but during the night it's quiet and our sleep wasn't disrupted. Found it quite warm even late September and I'm someone who likes to have open windows whilst sleeping for fresh air and circulation, but unfortunately as far as we were aware there were no ways to open the windows which left me rather stuffy. We also noticed whilst trying to figure out if we could open the windows that the flooring in the living area by the window nearest the start of the kitchen is very loose and not stable. The parking is 1 space for all flats so if someone gets in the space it's not ideal, luckily for us when we arrived we were able to park and unload our suitcases and bags. However, I can see this being quite cumbersome if you weren't able to get right outside and had to go further up the road, up the hill.

Location is fantastic, just a few mins walk from the seaside. The apartment was immaculate, warm and with everything that you need. The bed was comfy with lots of pillows. Great place to stay a few days to explore Whitby. Thanks!

We would definitely recommend this wonderful apartment. Very clean, warm and comfortable with lovely furnishings and fixtures. It’s very bright and airy with sun flooding in during the afternoon. Welcome treats and everything you need for a perfect stay away. Host was very friendly when contacted. The location is ideal with easy short walks into the town, harbour, Abbey and the beaches plus next to Pannet park with its very well kept grounds and museum. Only downsides I would say is the traffic noise but double glazing is fitted in the bedroom plus you can hear other residents, also very light at night as only blinds. Also although it says parking space there are only 2 outside on the front garden area for the 5 flats. We managed to park there. There is free parking further up the hill or pay and display car parks local. Thank you for a wonderful break.

Myself and my partner stayed between the 30th June & 2nd July, and we had a lovely visit. The apartment was clean, spacious, and the location was ideal. Only between a 5 & 10 minutes walk from the centre of Whitby, whilst also having that air of privacy about it. Would certainly recommend and stay again in the future.

Brilliant place to stay, clean, comfortable and as advertised. Only drawback was single pane windows in the lounge area so road noise was loud during the day but not a problem in the bedroom due to secondary glazing…sleep not affected. Would stay there again.

Very clean, well located and comfortable place to stay, but hidden costs of the £10 deposit admin fee and the fact that parking is so sparse that you’ll almost certainly need to pay extra were not well advertised. That said, I would still go here again.

apartment superb. clean and exactly how it is on the photos. host and stay kept in touch all the way through. apartment near to all amenities. parking, we found a space just up from the apartment near to the cinder trail. A local was very helpful helping us with this. we offloaded the car outside the apartment and then parked. Apartment very spacious, very cosy and warm. No complaints. Would we go back yes. we did have a glitch on Sunday late pm. The electricity tripped. Owners were very helpful. However, host & Stay did not act on this. separate complaint issued.

Beautiful property, everything was immaculate and very well presented. Was a lovely surprise when we entered the property to have a welcome basket with lots of lovely goodies. This property has everything you need for a lovely break away from home. Only 5 minutes walk from the town centre, therefore great location. Parking was limited, perhaps as at the time of our visit, scaffolding was on property, therefore only room for one car. However, we parked in one of the pay and display car parks a short walk away. Would definitely recommend this property, owners were very responsive and helpful when texting.
