The space
Princes Place Hideaway II is a newly refurbished, two bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area, just off of the famous Georgian Quarter.

Spread across two floors, you'll have access to an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, two bedrooms and a family bathroom.

As you walk in, you are welcomed into the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Furnished to a high standard, the living area offers a great setting to unwind and relax with a large Smart TV provided. There is also a sofa which can be converted to a double bed sleeping two guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob/oven for your home-cooked meals, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle for your afternoon tea, a fridge/freezer and more! The dining area boasts of 8 elegant black chairs by the breakfast bar/dining table.

Head down the stairs to the basement where the bedrooms are located. The master bedroom boasts two double beds comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. This bedroom opens up to a patio, offering lovely views of the nearby trees — perfect for basking in the early morning sunshine on a beautiful summer day or enjoying a refreshing breeze on cooler days. The second bedroom offers a double bed and is decorated with a desk that can be utilised for work or as a dressing table.

The modern and clean family bathroom is located on the same floor as the bedrooms and is fitted with a WC, a wash basin and a bathtub with an overhead shower. 
Guest access
Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the apartment is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Free on-street parking is available in the surrounding streets.

The entrance to the apartment is located on the ground floor of the building - the apartment itself consists of two floors split over the basement and the ground floor.

Other Things to Note:

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Not much

It was difficult to get into the property- instructors were not clear. The windows were FILTHY. There were no cloths for cleaning. Bedroom 2 has NO Windows and no fresh air. The hot water didn’t work and would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND

We had a great time staying at the listed property. It was a great location for accessing the city centre and everything Liverpool has to offer. Place looked as described, well decorated and easy to access. For the most part it was spotless. Beds very comfortable, even the sofa bed was great quality. Only issues were that the property did have quite a few areas with cobwebs, some areas had been missed when cleaning but nothing extreme inside. The outside of the property wasn’t great. Cigarette butts, rubbish, beer cans etc which took away from how nice the inside was when entering and did take away from the overall appearance. Our hosts were great with clear instructions and easy to access for help. All and all a great stay and would return despite some small issues.

Had a maintenance issue customer service were fantastic and a maintenance man came out to sort issue who was very friendly.

Shower could have more power.
More cleaning some dust on items.
Patio area could be renovated as can't be used and is unsightly.

Great location - did parkrun at Princes Park and was easy to get to and from the station as well as good transport to city centre. Facilities were excellent and had a beautiful open plan kitchen/living area for a group of friends.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
