Stayed here as a family of 4 for 2 nights, great location within walking distance of the town centre, apartment was exactly what we required, clean and equipped with everything you need, would highly recommend!

Perfect for what we needed. Walkable into town and the Abbey was only another ten-twenty minutes away. Quiet area, nice park across the road to walk through into town. Clean, had the basic amenities needed, nice and comfortable sofa.

2, Pannett apartments was a great find for our family! Comfortable, spacious and great location for wandering down into the town. Would book again should we return to Whitby. ☺️

Had a lovely family weekend in Whitby staying in this apartment. It’s within walking distance to all of Whitby, which was a big help! The lounge area was great, especially after the kids were in bed so we could relax. Would definitely stay here again if we were to come back. Thank you.

Great location, found street parking easily. The apartment was clean, enough space for the 5 of us & the dog. Quick communication from the hosts. A lovely apartment for a few days between Christmas and new year would highly recommend.

Cosy apartment, very close to everything, great walk practically on doorstep along the cinder trail No hand soap, t towel, dish cloth foil etc so take own We didn’t have any issues with parking but could imagine it getting tricky in height of season Unfortunately parts of the flat do not match up with some of the descriptions but still a decent place to stop

Fantastic location on Chubb Hill Road & opposite Pannett Park which is great if you have kids. Lovely clean modern apartment however the shower cubicle is in need some attention. Parking spaces are limited but we managed to get one directly outside which was great. All in all We enjoyed our stay here.

The same ussues that are repeated over and again in previous reviews are still an issue, and that is really disappointing. The shower.... SO difficult to turn on + off and adjust the temperature...we had to use a towel to get some traction but still difficult. Also, the shower unit itself (alrhough clean) doesn't look great with lots of black all over the grouting. The kitchen tap, again, very difficult to use. We also had an issue that will need sorting before the next guest: the fridge door has to be pressed really hard to close. The ladt person in there before us obviously hadnt shut the door properly and so the freezer box is one big lump of ice and unusable until it has been defrosted. The apartment itself was lovely. Clean and nicely decorated. The large lounge windows were an absolute godsend over this hot weekend too. We had no issues with parking either 👍🏻

Great location!! Easy to walk down to town & beach. Flat was quite compact. Neat & tidy. Spotless surfaces. However, could do with a more thorough clean. Carpets in living area and bedroom were stained. The sofa needed a good hoovering under the seats. Cushions were stained. The kitchen tap seemed to have a limescale issue, making it hard to move. The shower was also hard to get on and keep at a comfortable temperature (so hot, it was unbearable to stay under) Both these issues seem to have been brought up by previous guests, but still remain. The toilet bowl needed a deep clean. No complimentary bits left for guests. Just having a pint of milk in the fridge for tea & coffee would have been a great gesture. Any bits and pieces to use in the kitchen, seemed like those left by previous guests.

Looked just like the photos, really clean and smart in a lovely building opposite Pannet park (which had a brilliant play park for the kids). My children loved the bunk beds which was one of the reasons we booked this apartment! Manged to get on street parking just outside the door. Less then 10 mins from Trenchers 😋

The apartment we was meant to stay at was not at all clean very dusty used sanitary products left in the bathroom bin, bed sheets wasn’t changed and rubbish left in the kitchen bin, we spoke to a guy called Louie and the property owner confirmed it wasn’t clean due to a emergency accommodation the night before, however Louie managed to get us in another property though host and stay and it was absolutely perfectly clean tidy and better location, we can’t thank him enough for being so helpful, we will be returning to Whitby however we would be staying at sand and surf again and not where we booked prior to our stay for the weekend !

Nothing wrong with the apartment very nice in a great location, it’s just host and stay themselves. I booked the holiday then realised you had to pay £250 damage deposit, and get this … you have to pay them £10 for the pleasure !!!! Unbelievable, In a cost of living crisis the last thing you want is people taking the Micky and unfortunately they did, took me NINE days to get me deposit back too !!! Won’t be using them again
