The space
Shaftsbury is a colourful and characterful property.Located on the ground floor of the building, the apartment features a large, open-plan living and dining area. The living area features two comfortable sofas, an electric fire and a wall-mounted, flat-screen TV.
The dining area features a wooden dining table and matching benches, the perfect space to allow all guests to dine together, whether you have cooked at home or ordered in.
The master bedroom at Shaftsbury features a zip & link bed, which allows guests to choose their preferred bed option; a king or two singles.
The second bedroom is a single room, ideal if you are travelling with children or a guest who prefers privacy.
The bathroom is a simple and bright space. There is a bath with an overhead shower, WC and basin for all guests to use.
A washing machine is also provided for your convenience.
Shaftsbury is the ideal choice if you are looking for a comfortable short break, or a longer stay with easy access to larger towns and cities.

Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.There is parking available on a private driveway to the side of the property, with additional on-street parking close by, where no permit is necessary.

Not helped by being unable to find the place to start with - pin on map was on the wrong side of a main road. Helpful phone call, albeit that it entailed being sent photos which are of little use if (a) it's dark and (b) you're nowhere near the property.
Flat was very cold - heating very efficient, but if we stayed again we'd have to have it on all night because the place became Baltic very quickly.
What we were provided with was ok, but, for example, only having one bowl for three adults is at the lower end of expectations.

Foi uma ótima experiência! A casa é completa. Cozinha todos os itens básicos para cozinhar e com eletrodomésticos bons e novos. Todos os cômodos possuem aquecimento a gás. Sala confortável, com uma TV gigante. Um pequeno quintal para a precisar a noite ou o dia, perfeito para fumantes como eu. Os quartos também são ótimos. Todos equipados com cobertas pesadas que adorei e colchões são muito bons!
A casa é excelente mesmo.
Nosso anfitrião é uma pessoa muito bacana! Apesar de não termos nos conhecido pessoalmente, ele nos orientou muito bem e nos deixou muito a vontade durante a estadia.

- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
