I arrived at the accommodation at 21:25 after being on the road from 5am to find a French family was in the house. The company had actively double booked. We both had correspondence from the host and the family that was already there even met Tony. They must have known that they had double booked as they liaised with both parties frequently. I got no help or relocation to another place to stay. I was left exhausted in a very dark area with no help for hours. I was finally told very late on to go and find my own accommodation and pay for it myself. This led to even more time on the road to travel from Nottingham to Grantham struggling to keep my eyes open to stay at a Travelodge. This double booking forced me into a very dangerous situation which could have had terrible consequences.
