The space
Cobblers Cottage has an open plan living and dining area where you can unwind during your stay. With a large corner sofa and a flat screen TV, it’s a cosy and homely space for all of the family.

Fully equipped, the kitchen has modern appliances and cookware so you can prepare meals easily.

Upstairs on the first floor, you’ll find the master bedroom and family bathroom. The master bedroom features a double bed and ample storage space. Traditional in style, the bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, WC and basin.

The second bedroom is located on the second floor. With sloped ceilings and large windows, this space has a cosy feel. Ideal for solo members or teenagers, this room has twin single beds.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

The location was excellent, the apartment was a nice surprise after reading some negative feedback, it was clean, very spacious, and decorated really well.

The blinds do not distract light and struggled to sleep.

The kitchen was well equipped, the living room sofa was comfortable and spacious, the living room was nicely decorated and well furnished.

Didn't sleep well due to blinds in the bedrooms letting lots of light in, the TV only showed 6 channels on the guide, wasn't cleaned well(dirty doorsand walls, cups and glasses, says dog friendly but just before you arrive you get a list of what the dog isn't allowed to do, this should be listed before booking. The light on the stairs from the front door was barely lit, the landing light didn't work at all. Kitchen tap was loose and wobbling about, cut off cables hanging loose. Wall paper and plaster peeling off.
When you're asked to pay £250 security deposit or take out an insurance policy against damage you expect the place to be in good repair and it wasn't, it's not the worst place I've stayed in Whitby but it needs lots of small jobs doing, which if we're done would make the place really good.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
