Our stay was in consett. I do not recommend unless you want missing items , broken / damaged equipment , children jumping in the garden and hitting the ball in your windows, having neighbours play music till 4 am and when u tell the host they want to charge u extra for another property. Place is in absolute state, broken furniture, used care products. The host went Ghost on us during our stay. Horrible. I do NOT recommend.

We arranged to stay here to be near our family including 3 grandchildren. This was the ideal location 5 mins walking distance so we saw them every day and had family time after school. The accommodation is clean we checked with our neighbour for wheelie bin collection (Wednesday). We had lovely weather this time. The host Charlie emailed to see if all was well and advised about check out time and things to do which is our usual procedure even though it's not asked. We stripped bed, put towels in the bath ready for cleaning team to pick up and wash. We didn't use oven as we only had breakfast and we always take our own washing up things although this was provided. Bed and sofa was comfy but I do sleep with 3 pillows so bought my own. We only used heating couple of days as it was not needed. The water is hot and good pressure including the over bath shower. We will gladly book again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Parking is a little tight there is 1 allocated space but very close to the wall if the other neighbour parks. Eg there is enough space for driver to open their door but not passenger. However this was easily overcome by driving out of the space and then I got in or out.

It was in a secluded spot near town so very quiet but all bars and restaurants were easily accessible. The house had been well cared for and stylishly decorated. Plus the app was very useful.

Just had a bit of hassle with the check in form but I'm not sure if that was anything to do with Aynsley Mews.

The location was perfect for the Theatre which was the reason for my visit. Very close to the bus station and shops too.
The house had everything you need for a trip away.

The house was a real home from home. Exactly what it said on the tin. Very modern, nice furnishings and a brilliant location to walk into town. We would have extended our stay for a few more weeks, given we remain in the area, but unfortunately it had understandably been booked. Would definitely book again, a real gem!

Maison ultra confortable et mignonne. Grande chambre parentale, cuisine toute équipée.
Quartier résidentiel très calme, mais à proximité des commerces. Pratique pour rayonner.
Place de parking disponible sur place. (Pas très clairement indiquée)

Location great, wifi brilliant, very clean and modern. Everything you needed was accommodated. Easy to use the thermostat, though was freezing when we entered.
Bed super comfy.

Couldn’t watch live tv ie, 1-5, ended up watching mainstream TV on my iPad, instructions were available, shower was hit and miss with temperature.
Neighbours garden on the left a mess, not the owners fault, but wouldn’t be nice to sit out on a sunny day. £100 a night quite high.

The house was great size and very well equipped for a stay .
The beds were very comfy which is what you want when away for work .

The extra surprise insurance costs asked for after the original booking costs .

We had a wonderful stay at Aynsley Mews. The house was exactly as described. Everything was extremely clean and well laid out. Instructions were clear and helpful. We would highly recommend this Airbnb.

This was a cute little property and lovely and clean. The beds were very comfortable and everything needed was available.

If anything, it was just the shower head was a bit loose but didn’t cause any problems once on full pressure.

An enjoyable experience; very clean and modern. Although not shown on the listing the property has a dedicated off road parking bay which was a bonus. Very good communication with the letting agency. Would be happy to stay here again.

It was very close to shops and buses so that was great, aswell as blackhill park which made a great place for picnics. The property itself was homey and cleaner than other places we’ve visited which was definitely nice. The beds were comfy and clean, which of course is expected but it’s always nice for that.

Very handy for our purpose

Property was great but some information about where we could park would be helpful as someone was in the parking space allocated for us and we didn’t see this until the last day
The constant reminders to leave by the required time
I know what time I was leaving no need to remind me twice daily
Someone to meet you when you’re checking in would of been good

the location was ok no problems there

Everything was ok except that we had no hot water so could not shower and had no heating as it was very cold over the weekend so we had to go out to keep warm and straight to bed when we returned. I checked the boiler as I am up to date with combination boilers as I am a building contractor and have them installed on site at work. The pressure was below .5 and should be 1bar I think it was the boiler at fault. I did take a picture of the reading on the boiler in case needed. A heating engineer will confirm this if not as I said I have the photos. not a pleasant weekend

The property was very clean and warm when entering. The welcome pack of chocolates and milk were unexpected. The beds were very comfortable too. It was a good base and location for visiting family.

The house was perfect clean and tidy would highly recommend this accommodation. Was the small things that made it having tea bags and fresh milk for your arrival was great. Communication from the start was fantastic and the house is very homely great location to get around and close to local amenities.

you could and should have provided toiletries. The bath mat was still damp the next day. Gas cooker no good. The bath towel barely covered your body.
