We had a gorgeous stay here. The place was spacious, clean and nicely furnished. The location is also great, the town is set within a castle and there’s lots of pubs and restaurants within walking distance. It’s also half hour drive from snowdon which we climbed. Overall great experience would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you!!

This property was outstanding and we would definitely recommend if staying in Caernarfon. Seems to be recently decorated and felt like new with quality bathroom and kitchen. Very well presented for holiday stay, and welcoming cake!

Very spacious apartment in a good location as a base to explore Snowdon. The rooms were nicely furnished and clean but the management was truly a let down. They were generally responsive but seemed to be unwilling to offer any real help. We found the fridge to be not functional and it was mouldy with a bad smell inside. And the terrace was dirty and clearly not been cleaned. We reported these issues to the host and we were just told to use the wine fridge (which was tiny) and they didn't clean the terrace either. Before arrival I inquired after how to get a taxi from Bangor, and instead of giving me some numbers to call, I was just told to find taxis outside the station even after 10.30pm (and of course there were none). We weren't able to leave our luggage after check-out either. The building itself was also quite old and poorly insulated. The top-floor room was quite cold and noisy and the pigeons would wake you up at 5am! Overall, not worth how much we paid.

The flat was well appointed, bright and spacious and Dale kept us well informed. The sheets and beds were clean and comfortable. The property is excellently placed in the heart of Caernarfon and was a perfect location for our break. It was pity it was rather let down on this occasion by a few simple property management issues.

The apartment is very clean and tidy. It is conveniently located for reaching out to nearby restaurants on foot and for driving to some scenic spots within a reasonable distance. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunset with sea view within two minutes' walk from the apartment. However, as we have six persons living in this apartment, it will be good if two parking permits could be arranged for tenants upon request. Although we could still find free parking spaces nearby during 4:00pm to 10:00am, it would be less convenient and flexible for us.

A lovely apartment in a great town-centre location. The interior is very well-equipped with high quality furniture and appliances. Very comfortable stay, with everything we needed laid on, and more, a generous gift basket on arrival and a well-stocked kitchen. Professionally cleaned, with nothing looking tired or worn out. Good communication too, with quick and clear responses to our questions. The only trouble with this stay was the admin costs were quite high for a short stay. £90 for cleaning, £250 deposit and £10 deposit admin fee (or alternatively £30 for insurance) would probably seem reasonable for a week or two-week stay, but for a few days, it adds up to a large amount relative to the accommodation fee. I guess this is due to being part of a larger company rather than a private host.

It is a great place to stay in the heart of the town. Very close to the castle and town center. Parking close is a bit of a pain but they do offer parking a 10 minute walk away! Overall great experience.

Very nice place. Clean and tidy. 6 adults used as our base for a weekend of hiking in Snowdonia. Only one bathroom and toilet. Lots of stairs to get to the bedrooms over the 3 floors. Short walk to car park, pubs and shops.

Where to begin. This apartment is a gem. Very easy to find. Easy to get in. Regarding location, it's located on a charming little street within the medieval walled city, literally steps from a number of excellent pubs and restaurants... not to mention the castle itself is a four minute walk away. The apartment is gorgeous and felt larger than the photos suggest. It's bright, clean, and updated with high quality furniture and appliances throughout. We were able to unload bags at the front door (since there are next to no cars on the street at any given time,) meaning we didn't feel rushed at all moving in and out — which was great for us traveling with 2 toddlers. Furthermore, we were provided with nearby parking pass for the main lot (again, a five minute walk away) and our host was in touch on a daily basis asking us if we required any assistance or support. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone looking for a memorable stay in this charming town.
